Abstract

본 고안은 용기커버에 관한 것으로, 용기의 크기에 관계없이 용기를 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 형성되는 일반적인 용기커버에 형성되는 밀폐부재에 공기유입홈을 형성하여 용기 내부와 압력차가 발생하여도 용기커버를 용기로부터 쉽게 제거할 수 있도록 한 용기커버에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 일반적인 용기커버에 있어서, 주연부에 평탄부가 형성된 커버몸체와; 상기 커버몸체를 감쌀 수 있도록 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성된 결합부가 형성되고, 상기 결합부의 하단 끝단에 다수개의 힘살이 형성된 접촉부가 형성된 밀폐부재로 구성되되, 상기 결합부의 하단에는 공기유입홈이 형성된다. 본 고안에 의하면 사용자가 공기유입홈을 찾을 필요가 없고, 밀폐부재의 일부를 들어올리기만 하면 되므로 편리하고, 용기커버의 형태에 아무런 손상을 주지 않을 수 있는 등의 효과가 발생한다.

Description

용기 커버
본 고안은 용기커버에 관한 것으로, 용기의 크기에 관계없이 용기를 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 형성되는 일반적인 용기커버에 형성되는 밀폐부재에 공기유입홈을 형성하여 용기 내부와 압력차가 발생하여도 용기커버를 용기로부터 쉽게 제거할 수 있도록 한 용기커버에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 음식물을 보관하는 용기는 그 입구를 밀폐하기 위해서 커버를 포함하고 있고 이러한 커버는 용기와 같은 크기로 제작되어 용기의 측면 혹은 커버의 측면에 결착할 수 있도록 손잡이 등이 형성된다.
최근에는 대한민국 특허청에 실용신안등록 제0335581호에 개시된 바와 같이 하나의 커버를 다양한 형태의 용기에 사용할 수 있도록 한 밀폐용기의 커버가 개시된 바 있다.
상기 종래의 용기커버는 이면에서 용기와 접촉하는 커버몸체(10)와; 링형상으로 형성되며, 그 가장자리가 상기 커버몸체(10)의 이면 가장자리를 따라 고정되며 나머지 부분이 상기 커버몸체(10)의 이면에 대하여 탄성적으로 접촉되는 밀폐부재(20)로 이루어진다.
상기 밀폐부재(20)는 탄성적으로 유동하기 때문에 용기를 하단에 두고 상기 밀폐부재(20)를 당겨서 용기(30)의 측면으로 내리게 되면, 밀폐부재(20)의 강한 탄성에 의해서 용기(30)가 밀폐된다.
상기 종래의 용기커버는 음식물을 용기에 넣고 용기커버를 덮은 후에 냉장고에 넣게 되면, 내부에 포함되어 있던 공기가 수축하여 밀폐부재의 접촉부를 모두 상단으로 들어올려도 압력차에 의해서 잘 열리지 않는 문제점이 있었다.
상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 용기커버의 커버몸체의 측면에 공기유입홈이 형성되는데, 사용자는 상기 공기유입홈의 위치를 찾는데 많은 어려움이 있고, 밀폐부재를 들어올리기가 어려운 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 안출된 것으로, 용기의 상단을 덮을 수 있는 일반적인 용기커버에 있어서,
주연부에 평탄부가 형성된 커버몸체와; 상기 커버몸체를 감쌀 수 있도록 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성된 결합부가 형성되고, 상기 결합부의 하단 끝단에 다수개의 힘살이 형성된 접촉부가 형성된 밀폐부재로 구성되되,
상기 결합부의 하단에는 공기유입홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안에 의하면 사용자가 공기유입홈을 찾을 필요가 없고, 밀폐부재의 일부를 들어올리기만 하면 되므로 편리하고, 커버몸체의 형태에 아무런 손상을 주지 않을 수 있는 등의 효과가 발생한다.

본 고안은 용기(30)의 상단을 덮을 수 있는 일반적인 용기커버에 있어서,
주연부에 평탄부(12)가 형성된 커버몸체(10)와; 상기 커버몸체(10)를 감쌀 수 있도록 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성된 결합부(21)가 형성되고, 상기 결합부(21)의 하단 끝단에 다수개의 힘살(22a)이 형성된 접촉부(22)가 형성된 밀폐부재(20)로 구성되되,
상기 결합부(21)의 하단에는 공기유입홈(21a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 커버몸체(10)는 용기(30)의 형상에 따라서 다양하게 구성될 수 있으나, 주로 원형으로 형성된다.
상기 커버몸체(10)는 평평한 평탄형으로 형성되거나, 가운데가 볼록한 형태로 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 두 가지 경우에도 모두 주연부에는 평탄부(12)가 형성된다.
상기 밀폐부재(20)는 탄성이 있는 실리콘재질로 형성되는 것이 적당하고, 'ㄷ'자 형상의 결합부(21)와; 결합부(21)의 하단끝단의 주연부에 형성되는 접촉부(22)로 구성된다.
상기 결합부(21)의 하단에는 공기유입홈(21a)이 형성되는데, 상기 공기유입홈(21a)은 결합부(21)의 'ㄷ'자 형상의 단면의 하단에서 접촉부(22)가 시작되는 지점까지 길게 형성된다.
종래의 밀폐부재(20)의 결합부(21)와 접촉부(22)의 결합지점에는 용기(30)의 상단이 완전하게 밀착되지 않는 공간부(B)가 형성되는데, 이러한 공간부(B)까지 상기 공기유입홈(21a)이 형성된다.
상기 공간부(B)는 접촉부(22)를 용기(30)의 외부에 밀착시키면 용기(30)의 상단주연부를 따라서 연결되어 형성되므로, 상기 공기유입홈(21a)이 형성된 접촉부를 개방하지 않고 어느 한 개의 접촉부(22)를 하나만이라도 열게 되면 공기가 용기(30)의 내부로 유입될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 형성된 용기커버를 용기의 상단에 덮을 때에는, 밀폐부재(20)의 접촉부(22)를 커버몸체(10)의 상단으로 들어올리고, 밀폐부재(20)의 결합부(21)에 감싸진 평탄부(12)의 하단에 용기(30)의 상단 주연부를 위치시킨다.
이후, 상기 밀폐부재(20)의 접촉부(22)를 하단으로 내려서 용기(30)의 주변에 접촉시킨다.
사용자가 용기(30)의 내부에 있는 내용물을 꺼내고자 할 때에는, 어느 한 접촉부(22)를 위로 당기게 되면 연통된 공간부(B)에 의해서 공기유입홈(21a)을 통해 용기(30)로 공기가 유입되어 용기커버가 용기로부터 쉽게 제거된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 용기(30)의 상단을 덮을 수 있는 일반적인 용기커버에 있어서,
    주연부에 평탄부(12)가 형성된 커버몸체(10)와; 상기 커버몸체(10)를 감쌀 수 있도록 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성된 결합부(21)가 형성되고, 상기 결합부(21)의 하단 끝단에 다수개의 힘살(22a)이 형성된 접촉부(22)가 형성된 밀폐부재(20)로 구성되되,
    상기 결합부(21)의 하단에는 공기유입홈(21a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기커버.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 공기유입홈(21a)은 결합부(21)의 'ㄷ'자 형상의 단면의 하단에서 접촉부(22)가 시작되는 지점까지 길게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기커버.
