Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour activer et désactiver une porteuse secondaire dans un accès rapide en mode paquet sur la liaison descendante (HSDPA) à double porteuse. Ce procédé consiste à juger si un terminal est ordonnancé sur une porteuse primaire ou sur une porteuse secondaire à une période d'ordonnancement prédéfinie; à calculer l'historique de rendement du terminal sur une file d'attente prioritaire selon le résultat du jugement; dans le cas où un numéro prédéfini de la période d'ordonnancement est atteint, à échantillonner l'historique de rendement, et à obtenir la valeur maximale; à comparer la valeur maximale de l'historique de rendement à un seuil prédéfini; et à activer ou désactiver sélectivement la porteuse secondaire ou à maintenir l'état de la porteuse secondaire inchangé selon le résultat de comparaison. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour activer et désactiver une porteuse secondaire dans un HSDPA à double porteuse. La solution technique selon l'invention permet d'activer ou de désactiver la porteuse secondaire dans le temps pour un équipement utilisateur (UE) selon la condition de charge de l'UE, de réduire un surdébit de commande réseau supplémentaire provoqué par une transmission de commande du canal de commande partagé haute vitesse (HS-SCCH), d'économiser de l'énergie sur la consommation de l'UE, et d'améliorer le taux de transmission de l'UE.
