Abstract

The present invention relates to a hot/cold water dispenser having a selection/display panel, and more particularly, to a hot/cold water purifier or a hot/cold water dispenser having a reservation function for reducing the consumption of electrical energy, which has a selective reservation function for disenabling the operation of the hot/cold water purifier or the hot/cold water dispenser during a long period of non-use such as holidays to minimize the consumption of electrical energy. According to the present invention, the hot/cold water purifier or a hot/cold water dispenser having a reservation function for reducing the consumption of electrical energy comprises: a selection/display panel, wherein said selection display panel includes first and second time selection units which are electrically connected to a control unit, and each of which is constituted by a plurality of time selection buttons, and which are arranged into a circle on an upper portion of the selection/display panel; a time display unit which is arranged below the first and second time selection units, which has a plurality of light-emitting lamps arranged into a circle in a manner that is similar the first and second time selection units, and which displays the morning time and the afternoon time in different colors; a day of the week selection unit which is arranged in a horizontal direction, and which is constituted by a plurality of day of the week selection buttons; and a day of the week display unit which is interposed between a clock and the day of the week selection unit, and which is constituted by a plurality of light-emitting lamps. The hot/cold water purifier or a hot/cold water dispenser having a reservation function for reducing the consumption of electrical energy according to the present invention exhibits the effects of consuming less electrical energy and of being less of a cost burden to a user.
