Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de détection de changements de la saturation en oxygène rétinien dans le temps. Le procédé consiste à capturer un premier groupe d'images d'au moins deux longueurs d'ondes, à calculer la saturation en oxygène d'un vaisseau dans le premier groupe d'images, à enregistrer le premier groupe d'images dans un dispositif d'enregistrement de données, à capturer un deuxième groupe d'images d'au moins deux longueurs d'ondes, à calculer la saturation en oxygène d'un vaisseau dans le deuxième groupe d'images, à enregistrer le deuxième groupe d'images dans un dispositif d'enregistrement de données, à enregistrer spatialement la paire de groupes d'images capturés à des instants différents et à calculer le changement de la saturation en oxygène.
