而小众媒体中,以户外广告为较能提升顾客对产品或公司的一大手段, 其中, 户外广告的特色, 有以下几点:
1、 面积大, 广告醒目, 注意度高; 2、 重要路口看广告的人潮多; 3、 广告期限长, 易造成印象累积效果; 4、 以简单文字、 特殊构图取胜。
又户外广告呈现类型, 有以下几种:
1、 壁面上油漆或悬挂 PVC布招; 2、 屋顶上架设 PVC布招、 霓虹灯; 3、 特殊集会场、 表演场四周广告牌; 4、 重要路口架设的大型广告牌、 计 算机广告牌; 5、 特殊地点的电视墙。
随着时代的进步, 户外广告的美观度越来越高, 配合高科技的应用, 有成为一新兴都市景观的趋势。
所欲解决的问题点:
前述户外广告存在着下列问题点:
1.所有的户外广告, 其最大的共通问题点就是, 广告效果好的位置有 限、 不易取得, 且租金高昂, 更具有时效性, 需要常常维护的问题。
有鉴于此, 如何让降低租金, 并延长时效性、 降低维护机率, 更不必 担心位置有限的问题, 便成为本发明欲改进的目的之一。
2.户外广告中, 一般以电视墙、 计算机广告牌等会发光的广告装置, 最能吸引人的注意力, 但是此种类型的广告装置, 有几个共通的缺点, 就 是装置昂贵、 耗电、 及易出故障。
有鉴于此, 如何在会发光的前提下, 降低耗电量、 装置成本、 与故障 率, 便成为本发明欲改进的目的之二。
3.新兴的户外广告中, 虽然有一些能做为都市景观用, 如台湾台北 101 大楼的灯光排列, 美观度度是够高, 还能当做一种装饰手段, 但是其能应 用的地点有限, 且变化小、 广告成本非常高, 不能广泛地应用。
有鉴于此, 如何增加应用地点、 范围及变化, 降低广告成本, 便成为 本发明欲改进的目的之三。 发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种省电、 不易出故障、 容易维护、 成本低、 光 影变化多、 能作为装饰用的光纤广告装置。
为解决前述问题及达到本发明的目的, 其技术方案有以下两种应用型 态:
本发明第一型态: 为一种光纤广告装置, 包括:
一具有数个与外界接触的表面的结构基材;
数个穿设于结构基材内、 能让一端的光线传导至另端处的光纤, 该光 纤是由一第一端部, 一设于第一端部一侧端的第二端部, 及一设于第一端 部与第二端部间、 能将两者连接、 外侧被结构基材所包覆围绕的导光部所 组成, 而前述第一端部和第二端部、 为分别以一间距、 数组排列形成一图 形和 /或文字造型、 暴露于该结构基材的不同的表面处;
至少一以一距离、 设于该结构基材一侧外、 能将光线投射在前述设有 第一端部的表面处的投光装置所组成; 以及
一设于前述各表面处, 并将第一端部和第二端部覆盖、 以保持结构基 材与光纤的结合度、 且能透光的涂布层。
根据上述的光纤广告装置, 所述结构基材的材质为下列之一: 不透明 的高分子材质、 半透明的高分子材质、 矿石材质、 混凝土材质、 金属材质、 陶瓷材质。
根据上述的光纤广告装置, 所述结构基材为下列之一: 广告广告牌、 广告墙、 采光墙、 外墙。
根据上述的光纤广告装置, 所述投光装置为下列一: 多彩投光灯、 单 色投光灯、 投影机、 发光面板。
根据上述的光纤广告装置, 所述涂布层为含有钛化物的涂层。
根据上述的光纤广告装置, 所述第一端部和第二端部, 暴露于该结构 基材的不同的表面处, 前述表面为相对和 /或相邻的表面。
本发明的笫二型态: 为一种光纤广告装置, 包括:
一具有数个与外界接触的表面的结构基材;

根据上述的光纤广告装置, 所述涂布层为含有钛化物的涂层。
根据上述的光纤广告装置, 所述第一端部和第二端部, 暴露于该结构 基材的不同的表面处, 前述表面为相对和 /或相邻的表面。
本发明可获以下优点:
1.本发明中, 通过结构基材与光纤的结合应用, 再加上一投光装置, 能产生出非常多变的光影变化, 以达成吸引众人目光的目的, 还有, 因为 结构基材的材质与造型能做多样化的应用与变更, 让本发明能应用能做多 元化应用, 让整体的应用范围增加; 而藉由光纤及投光装置的配合, 能产 生较柔和的发光效果, 能减少光害的产生, 而且通过投光装置的应用, 让 本发明相较于大型的灯光秀、 电视墙、 广告广告牌、 计算机广告牌, 有着 能较低的成本、 耗电量、 方便维护、 及不易出故障等等的优点, 此外, 更 不必担心位置有限的问题, 还能增加应用地点、 范围及变化, 有空间就能 应用, 使本发明的实用性, 大幅度地提高。
2.因为结构基材的热膨胀系数, 与光纤不同, 所以本发明通过一能透 光的涂布层, 将两者结合, 避免因为放置于户外时, 过大温度的变化, 使 光纤与结构基材的结合处, 产生裂痕、 裂缝, 而其中, 更可以通过其中所 包含的钛化物, 让整体的强度与耐候性提高, 能延长时效性、 降低维护机 率。

如图 1所示为本发明第一实施例为第一种光纤设置型态时的立体示意 图, 如图 2所示为图 1的部分放大示意图, 如图 3所示为图 1的部分剖面 示意图, 如图 4、 图 5所示为图 1的实施示意图, 如图 6所示为本发明第 一实施例为第二种光纤设置型态时的立体示意图, 如图 7所示为图 6的实 施示意图, 如图 8所示为本发明第一实施例为第三种光纤设置型态时的部 分剖面示意图, 如图 9所示为本发明第一实施例为第三种光纤设置型态时 的实施示意图。
图中示出, 一种光纤广告装置, 包括:
一具有数个与外界接触的表面 11的结构基材 1;
数个穿设于结构基材 1 内、 能让一端的光线传导至另端处的光纤 2, 该光纤 2是由一第一端部 21 , —设于第一端部 21—侧端的第二端部 22, 及一设于第一端部 21与第二端部 22间、 能将两者连接、 外侧被结构基材 1所包覆围绕的导光部 23所組成, 而前述第一端部 21和第二端部 22、 为 分別以一间距 h、 数组排列形成一图形和 /或文字造型、 暴露于该结构基材
1的不同的表面 11处;
至少一以一距离 w、 设于该结构基材 1一侧外、 能将光线投射在前述 设有第一端部 21的表面 11处的投光装置 3所组成; 以及
一设于前述各表面 11处, 并将第一端部 21和第二端部 22覆盖、 以保 持结构基材 1与光纤 2的结合度、 且能透光的涂布层 4。
其中, 透过结构基材 1与光纤 2的结合应用, 再加上一投光装置 3 , 能产生出非常多变的光影变化, 以达成吸引众人目光的目的。
其次, 藉由光纤 2及投光装置 3的配合, 能产生较柔和的发光效果, 能减少光害的产生, 而且通过投光装置 3的应用, 能以较低的成本和耗电 量, 达到广告与装饰的两大目标。
再者, 因为结构基材 1与光纤 2的特性, 不怕风雨, 所以不易出故障, 整体装置中, 只要维护投光装置 3 即可, 十分的方便, 且因为装置十分的 简单, 投光装置 3又小, 所以不必担心位置有限的问题, 能增加应用地点、 范围及变化, 有空间就能应用。
还有, 因为结构基材 1的热膨胀系数, 与光纤 2不同, 所以通过一能 透光的涂布层 4, 将两者结合, 能避免因为过大温度的变化, 使光纤 2与 结构基材 1的结合处, 产生裂痕、 或是裂缝。
另外, 距离 W大小的抉择, 是依结构基材 1的大小, 与投光装置 3的 种类来决定; 而间距 h, 则是依使用者所需的发光效果、 及结构基材 1 的 种类来决定。
上迷中, 所述第一端部 21和第二端部 22, 暴露于该结构基材 2的不 同的表面 11处, 前述表面 11为相对和 /或相邻的表面 11。
其中,表面 11包括了一第一表面 11A、一与第一表面 11A相对的第二 表面 B、 一与第一表面 11A相邻的第三表面 11C、 一与第一表面 11A相邻 的第四表面 11D、 及一与第一表面 11A相邻的第五表面 11E; 当第一端部 21和第二端部 22, 暴露于该结构基材 2的相对表面 11时 (如图 1 能让光 平行地穿过, 让光线自第一表面 11A, 透出于第二表面 B; 而当第一端部 21和第二端部 22, 暴露于该结构基材 2相邻的表面 11时 (如图 6), 能让光 线自第一表面 11A, 透出于第三表面 11C、 第四表面 11D、 及第五表面 11E 等表面 11, 能多方向发光。
其次, 虽然第一端部 21和第二端部 22, 能暴露于该结构基材 2的相 对表面 11, 但是当其入光端 A与出光端 A、于第一表面 11A和第二表面 B 处, 是呈倒置状地设置时 (如图 8), 能让结构基材 1两侧的光线、 影像相反 (如图 9), 有别于传统的广告、 装饰装置。
第二型态:
如图 10、 图 11 所示为本发明第二实施例的实施示意图。 图中示出, 一种光纤广告装置, 包括:
一具有数个与外界接触的表面 11的结构基材 1 ;
数个穿设于结构基材 1 内、 能让一端的光线传导至另端处的光纤 2, 该光纤 2是由一第一端部 21 , —设于第一端部 21—侧端的第二端部 22, 及一设于第一端部 21与第二端部 22间、 能将两者连接、 外侧被结构基材 1所包覆围绕的导光部 23所组成, 而前述第一端部 21和第二端部 22、 为 分别以一间距 h、 数组排列形成一图形和 /或文字造型、 暴露于该结构基材 1的不同的表面 11处; 以及
一设于前述各表面 11处,能保持结构基材 1与光纤 2的结合度的涂布 层 4。
其中, 与第一型态最大的不同点, 就是不使用投光装置 3 , 而是使用 环境光源, 如太阳 S的光, 或是室内的散溢光, 做为光源来使用, 能达到 零耗电的目标。
其次, 当白天时, 室外的光, 能透过光纤 2的第一端部 21 , 自第二端 部 22进入室内, 提高室内的亮度, 并将光纤 2所排列形成的图形和 /或文 字造型, 展示于内(如图 10), 当室外光线有变化时, 如: 有物体自外经过, 遮掩住室外的光, 即能产生光影的变化, 非一般死板板、 静态的广告、 装 饰所能相比。
再者, 而当晚上时, 则是相反, 室内的光, 透过光纤 2 的第二端部 22, 自第一端部 21射出室外, 并将光纤 2所排列形成的图形和 /或文字造型, 展示于外 (如图 11), 同样当有物体自内经过, 遮掩住室内的光时, 一样能 产生光影的变化。
前述两种应用型态中, 所述结构基材 1 的材质为下列之一: 不透明的 高分子材质、 半透明的高分子材质、 矿石材质、 混凝土材质、 金属材质、 陶瓷材质。
其中, 配合使用者的需求, 使用不同的材质, 能让本发明能应用能做 多元化应用, 让整体的应用范围增加。
前述两种应用型态中, 所述结构基材 1 为下列之一: 广告广告牌、 广 告墙、 采光墙、 外墙。
其中, 因为结构基材 1的材质变化多, 让其能做多样化的应用与变更, 能让本发明能应用能做多元化应用, 让整体的应用范围增加。
前述两种应用型态中, 所述投光装置 3为下列一: 多彩投光灯、 单色 投光灯、 投影机、 发光面板。
其中, 通过使用不同的投光装置 3 , 能符合使用者的需求, 而其中又 以投影机、 发光面板的发光效果最佳, 能带给观看者, 一种不同的视觉享 受。
前述两种应用型态中, 所述涂布层 4为含有钛化物的涂层。
其中, 可以通过涂布层 4其中所包含的钛化物, 让整体的强度与耐候 性提高, 并有一定的自洁效果, 能延长时效性、 降低维护机率。
上述中, 所述第一端部 21和第二端部 22, 暴露于该结构基材 2的不 同的表面 11处, 前述表面 11为相对和 /或相邻的表面 11。
其中, 配合不同的光线需求, 进行改变, 能增加本发明的实用性, 产 生多元化的光影与采光效果。
由上述能得知, 本发明中, 通过结构基材 1、 光紆 2、 投光装置 3、 及 涂布层 4的配合, 能拥有较低的成本、 耗电量、 装置空间, 与较佳的视觉 效果, 相较于现今的电视墙、 广告广告牌、 计算机广告牌, 更具有实用性、 功效性与产业利用性。 述的技术方案; 因此, 尽管本说明书参照上述的各个实施例对本发明已进 行了详细的说明, 但是, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 仍然可以对本 发明进行修改或等同替换; 而一切不脱离发明的精神和范围的技术方案及 其改进, 其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1 .一种光纤广告装置, 其特征在于包括:
一具有数个与外界接触的表面(11)的结构基材 (1);
数个穿设于结构基材 (1)内、 能让一端的光线传导至另端处的光纤 (2), 该光纤 (2)是由一第一端部 (21),—设于第一端部 (21)—侧端的第二端部 (22), 及一设于第一端部 (21)与第二端部 (22)间、 能将两者连接、 外侧被结构基材 (1)所包覆围绕的导光部 (23)所组成, 而前述第一端部 (21)和第二端部 (22)、 为分别以一间距 (h)、 数组排列形成一图形和 /或文字造型、 暴露于该结构基 材 (1)的不同的表面(11)处;
至少一以一距离(W)、 设于该结构基材(1)一侧外、 能将光线投射在前 述设有第一端部 (21)的表面(11)处的投光装置 (3)所组成; 以及
一设于前述各表面(11)处, 并将第一端部(21)和第二端部 (22)覆盖、 以 保持结构基材 (1)与光纤 (2)的结合度、 且能透光的涂布层 (4)。
2 .如权利要求 1所述的光纤广告装置, 其特征在于: 所述结构基材 (1) 的材质为下列之一: 不透明的高分子材质、 半透明的高分子材质、 矿石材 质、 混凝土材盾、 金属材质、 陶瓷材质。
3 .如权利要求 1所述的光纤广告装置, 其特征在于: 所述结构基材 (1) 为下列之一: 广告广告牌、 广告墙、 采光墙、 外墙。
4 .如权利要求 1所述的光纤广告装置, 其特征在于: 所述投光装置 (3) 为下列一: 多彩投光灯、 单色投光灯、 投影机、 发光面板。
5 -如权利要求 1所述的光纤广告装置, 其特征在于: 所述涂布层 (4)为 含有钛化物的涂层。
6 .如权利要求 1所述的光纤广告装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一端部 (21) 和第二端部 (22), 暴露于该结构基材 (2)的不同的表面(11)处, 前述表面(11) 为相对和 /或相邻的表面(11)。
7 .—种光纤广告装置, 其特征在于包括:
一具有数个与外界接触的表面(11)的结构基材 (1);
数个穿设于结构基材 (1)内、 能让一端的光线传导至另端处的光纤 (2), 该光纤 (2)是由一第一端部 (21),—设于第一端部 (21)—侧端的第二端部 (22), 及一设于第一端部 (21)与第二端部 (22)间、 能将两者连接、 外侧被结构基材 (1)所包覆围绕的导光部 (23)所组成, 而前述第一端部 (21)和第二端部 (22)、 为分别以一间距 (h)、 数組排列形成一图形和 /或文字造型、 暴露于该结构基 材(1)的不同的表面(11)处; 以及
一设于前述各表面(11)处, 能保持结构基材 (1)与光纤 (2)的结合度的涂 布层 (4)。
8 .如权利要求 7所述的光纤广告装置, 其特征在于: 所述结构基材 (1) 的材质为下列之一: 不透明的高分子材质、 半透明的高分子材质、 矿石材 质、 混凝土材质、 金属材质、 陶瓷材质; 而所述结构基材 (1)为下列之一: 广告广告牌、 广告墙、 采光墙、 外墙。
9 .如杈利要求 7所述的光纤广告装置, 其特征在于: 所述涂布层 (4)为 含有钛化物的涂层。
10 .如权利要求 7所述的光纤广告装置,其特征在于:所述第一端部 (21) 和第二端部 (22), 暴露于该结构基材 (2)的不同的表面(11)处, 前述表面(11) 为相对和 /或相邻的表面(11)。
