Abstract

게터층을 갖는 유기전계발광표시장치 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다. 유기전계발광표시장치를 제공한다. 상기 장치는 다수개의 단위 유기전계발광소자를 구비하는 소자 어레이가 형성된 소자 기판을 구비한다. 상기 소자 기판 상에 봉지 기판이 배치된다. 상기 소자 기판과 상기 봉지 기판 사이에 상기 소자 어레이의 상부면 및 측면을 덮는 게터층이 위치한다. 이와 같이, 소자 어레이의 상부면 및 측면을 덮는 게터층으로 인해 유기전계발광소자의 내습성은 크게 향상될 수 있다.
