Abstract

De manière générale, l'invention concerne une prothèse mammaire avec indicateur de position et base texturée comprenant un anneau périmétrique. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne une prothèse mammaire consistant en une couverture ou enveloppe avec cavité intérieure, à base d'une matière élastique, qui présente une face antérieure formant un dôme et une face postérieure formant la base, un corps structurant ressemblant au sein d'une femme, rempli et fermé de manière étanche, qui présente une crête centrée symétriquement sur le dôme, et dont la finalité est de servir d'élément positionneur de point de guidage, en vue de faciliter la mise en place de l'implant dans la poche mammaire pendant l'implantation, la base présentant en outre une structure de texturation différente de celle de la surface du dôme pour améliorer l'adhérence à la base de la poche mammaire, un anneau de renfort périmétrique étant par ailleurs utilisé pour fermer et entourer l'intersection entre le dôme et la base, en vue de renforcer les points subissant le plus d'effort pendant l'implantation, ce qui permet de réduire la perte de projection des implants durant leur séjour à l'intérieur de la poche mammaire.
