Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zum Ausgleich der Wärmedehnung von Heißkanal-Verteileranordnungen bei Schmelzeleitsystemen von Spritzgießwerkzeugen insbesondere für plastische Kunststoffe oder Kautschuk. Bei solchen Werkzeugen treten zwischen Schmelze, Verteileranordnung und Werkzeug große Temperaturunterschiede auf, die zu einem Versatz zwischen den Komponenten der Heißkanal-Verteileranordnung führen. Dadurch wird der glatte Fluss der Schmelze gestört. Es wird vorgeschlagen, zwischen den einzelnen Komponenten von Heißkanal-Verteileranordnungen gelenkige Verbindungselemente vorzusehen, die einen auftretenden Versatz kompensieren. Durch eine besondere Gestaltung der Elemente und/oder eine besondere Lagerung der Verteilerbalken im Werkzeug wird ein glatter Fluss der Schmelze gewährleistet, wodurch die Qualität der Spritzgießteile gesteigert und Prozesssicherheit für die Spritzgießfertigung verbessert werden kann.
