本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种多接入的数据连接管理方法、 系 统及相关设备。 背景技术
在多接入的 4艮文数据网络连接与 IP 流移动 (Multi Access Packet Data Network Connectivity and IP flow mobility, MAPIM) 的组网中的多接入 系统中, 用户终端可以通过多个接入网连接数据网关, 从而接入数据网。 多接 入技术中, 用户终端可以同时接入多个不同类型的接入网, 例如: 同时接入无 线局域网 (Wireless Local Area Network, WLAN ) 网络和长期演进( Long Term Evolution, LTE ) 网络, 并且这两个接入连接共享同一个数据连接即 IP连接, 移动终端的同一个数据连接中的不同业务流可以通过不同的无线网络传输。 在现有网络中, 用户的一个数据连接只通过一个接入网接入, 用户终端在数 据连接建立后, 可以通过动态主机配置协议 ( Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, DHCP)机制获取数据网关分配的 IP地址。 数据网关在为用户终端 分配 IP地址后,通过地址更新信息将数据连接新增 IP地址的信息通知给策略 控制实体。
对于多接入的网络, 用户终端通过多个接入网关接入同一数据网关, 但使用 现有的数据连接的管理方法, 用户终端的业务数据无法通过多个接入网的隧道 进行传输。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种多接入的数据连接管理方法、 系统及相关设备, 使得当用户终端通过多个接入网关接入同一数据网关时, 所述多个接入网关可 以获取用户终端的 IP地址, 从而使得用户终端的业务数据可以通过多个接入 网的隧道进行传输。
一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 当用户终端通过至少两个接入网关接入 数据网关时, 所述方法包括:
数据网关接收用户终端通过第一接入网关发送的动态主机配置协议 DHCP Reques t消息;
数据网关通过所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回分配的 IP地址; 数据网关将所述 IP地址发送给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入 网关以外的其他接入网关。
一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 当用户终端通过至少两个接入网关接入 数据网关时, 所述方法包括:
数据网关接收用户终端通过第一接入网关发送的动态主机配置协议 DHCP Release消息, 指示数据网关释放所述用户终端的 IP地址;
数据网关通知用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他 接入网关释放所述 IP地址。

数据网关, 用于通过所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回分配的 IP地 址;
第一接入网关, 用于接收数据网关分配的所述 IP地址, 并将所述 IP地址 发送给用户终端;
数据网关, 用于将所述 IP地址通知给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第 一接入网关以外的其他接入网关。
本发明实施例通过将数据网关为用户终端分配的 IP地址通知给用户终端 接入数据网关的所有接入网关,使得当用户终端通过多个接入网关接入同一数 据网关时, 所述多个接入网关可以获取用户终端的 IP地址, 从而使得用户终 端的业务数据可以通过多个接入网的隧道进行传输。 附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例, 对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。 如图 1所示为本发明实施例提供的一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 所述 方法包括:
步骤 101: 数据网关接收用户终端通过第一接入网关发送的动态主机配置 十办议 DHCP Reques t消息;
步骤 102: 数据网关通过所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回分配的 IP 地址;
步骤 103:数据网关将所述 I P地址发送给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除 第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关。
本发明实施例通过将数据网关为用户终端分配的 IP地址通知给用户终端 接入数据网关的所有接入网关,使得当用户终端通过多个接入网关接入同一数 据网关时, 所述多个接入网关可以获取用户终端的 IP地址, 从而使得用户终 端的业务数据可以通过多个接入网的隧道进行传输。
需要说明的是, 用户终端可以通过不同类型的接入网络接入同一数据连 接,可以使用不同的隧道连接。例如:通过第三代合作伙伴计划( 3rd Generat ion Par tnership Project , 3GPP )网络的 GTP隧道或 EPS 载; WLAN网络的 IPsec 隧道或移动 IP ( Mobi le IP, MIP ) 隧道; WiMax网络的数据路径 Data path; 下一代分组系统非 3GPP接入技术(Evolved Packet Sys tem non-3GPP, EPS N3G ) 的代理移动 IP (Proxy Mobi le IPv6, ΡΜΙΡνό GRE) 隧道、 双栈移动 IP ( Dual-Stack Mobi le IPv6 , DSMIPv6 ) 隧道、 MIPv4隧道等等。 数据连接为 用户终端访问某个数据网报文数据网络( Pa cke t Da t a Ne t wo r k, PDN )的连接, 例如 IP连接、 双栈 IP连接、 PDN连接、 IP- CAN等。 本发明实施例中接入网关 对应的网元可以是: 3GPP网络的服务网关( Serving Gateway, SGW )、 GPRS服 务支撑节点 ( Serving GPRS Support Node, SGSN ); WiMax网络的接入服务网 络(Access Services Network Gateway, ASN GW); WLAN网络的接入网关、 演 进的 4艮文网关(Evolved Packet Data Gateway, ePDG )、 WLAN接入网关( WLAN Access Gateway, WAG ); 3GPP2网络的分组数据服务节点 ( Packet Data Serving Node, PDSN ) GW, 高速分组数据网^ ·入网关( High Rate Packed Data Access Network Gateway, HRPD AN GW ), 高速分组数据网络服务网关( HRPD Serving Gateway, HSGW )等等。数据网关对应网元可以是 GPRS网关支撑节点(Gateway GPRS Support Node, GGSN )或 PDN GW等等。 策略控制实体对应网元可以是策 略与计费规则决策功能实体 ( Pol icy and Charging Rule Funct ion, PCRF )、 策略决策功能实体 ( Pol icy Deci s ion Funct ion, PDF )等等。
还需要说明的是, 本发明的下述实施例中, 以用户终端通过两个接入网接 入同一数据网为例, 提供了数据连接的管理方法, 但本领域技术人员可以理解 的是, 对于用户终端通过两个以上的接入网接入同一数据网的情况, 对于数据 连接的管理可以采用类似的方法。 例如, 当用户终端通过三个接入网接入同一 数据网的情况下, 对于第三个接入网对应的用户终端的接入连接, 可以采用与 第二接入网同样的方式进行管理(可以包括第三接入网的接入网关获取或释放 用户终端 IP地址)。
在下述方法实施例中以用户终端通过两个接入网接入同一数据网关为例, 则所述用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关即 为第二接入网关。
如图 2所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 包 括:
步骤 201:用户终端通过第一接入网关建立了访问数据网的第一接入连接, 数据网关中保存第一接入连接信息, 所述第一接入连接信息包括: 用户终端标 识、 数据网络标识 PDN ID、 接入网类型 (Radio Acces s Technology , RAT ), 数据连接标识和接入网关标识等, 需要说明的是, 第一接入连接信息不是必须 包含上述所有内容, 在某些具体实施方式中, 第一接入连接信息可以包含上述 内容中的一部分;
步骤 202:用户终端通过第二接入网关建立了访问数据网的第二接入连接, 数据网关中保存第二接入连接信息;
需要说明的是, 用户终端通过第一接入网关和第二接入网关分别建立了访 问数据网的接入连接后, 数据网关可以通过接入连接信息关联两个接入连接, 例如: 数据网关根据用户终端标识和数据网络标识关联两个接入连接或数据网 关根据数据连接标识 PDN ID关联两个接入连接, 两个接入连接使用相同的用 户终端 IP地址, 对应于同一个数据连接。
步骤 203: 用户终端通过第一接入网关发送 DHCP Di scovery消息向可用的 DHCP Server请求分配 IP地址。;
需要说明的是, 一个数据连接可以包含多个 IP地址, 例如: IPv4、 IPv6 各一个, 本步骤中用户终端可以通过第一接入网关发送 DHCP Di scovery消息, 请求分配一个新的 I P地址。
步骤 204: 数据网关作为 DHCP Server接收 DHCP Di scovery消息, 为用户 终端分配 IP地址, 并将分配的 IP地址携带在 DHCP Offer消息中通过第一接 入网关发送给用户终端, 同时, 数据网关可以更新自身存储的用户终端的数据 连接信息; 步骤 205: 用户终端从所述 DHCP Offer消息中提取所述 IP地址, 通过第 一接入网关发送 DHCP Reques t消息, 所述 DHCP Reques t消息用于向数据网关 即 DHCP Server请求使用所述 IP地址;
步骤 206: 数据网关通过第一接入网关向用户终端发送 DHCP ACK (应答) 消息携带所述 IP地址, 所述 DHCP ACK消息用于向所述用户终端确认 IP地址 分配;
步骤 207: 数据网关根据关联的用户终端的接入连接信息, 将分配给所述 用户终端的 IP地址通知给第二接入网关, 数据网关可以通过地址更新信息或 隧道更新信息携带所述 IP地址;
需要说明的是, 数据网关根据步骤 201、 202 中的用户终端标识和数据网 络标识关联第二接入网关的对应的接入连接信息;或,数据网关根据步骤 201、 202中的数据连接标识关联第二接入网关的对应的接入连接信息, 数据网关可 以从关联的接入连接信息中获取第二接入网关的标识。
步骤 208: 第二接入网关更新用户终端的 IP地址信息。
需要说明的是, 如果多接入网络具备策略计费控制功能(PCC, Pol icy and Charging Control ), 贝' j :
步骤 201中还可以包括: 数据网关与策略控制实体建立会话, 策略控制实 体可以记录用户终端标识、 数据网络标识 PDN ID、 用户终端的 IP地址及数据 连接标识等;
步骤 202中还可以包括: 由于本发明实施例中第二接入网关是策略执行点 即 7 载绑定与事件艮告功能 ( Bearer Binding and Event Report ing Funct ion, BBERF ),第二接入网关与策略控制实体建立会话,策略控制实体记录会话信息, 会话信息可以包括: 用户终端标识、 PDN ID、 接入网类型 RAT、 数据连接标识 或接入网关标识等, 策略控制实体通过用户终端标识和 PDN ID将与数据网关 之间会话和与第二接入网关之间的会话进行关联。 需要说明的是, 在具体应用 中, 第一接入网关、 第二接入网关中的两个或任意一个可以为策略执行点, 相 应地, 策略控制实体建立与策略执行点之间的会话, 并将所述与策略执行点之 间的^舌和与数据网关之间的^舌进行关联;
步骤 205后还可以包括步骤 205B:数据网关发送地址更新信息给策略控制 实体, 所述地址更新信息携带分配给用户终端的 IP地址。 策略控制实体根据 所述地址更新信息更新所述用户终端对应的数据连接的 IP地址信息;
相应地, 步骤 207可以由步骤 207B代替, 步骤 207B: 策略控制实体才艮据 步骤 202的关联, 获取关联的第二接入网关的标识或会话, 将分配给所述用户 终端的 I P地址发送给所述第二接入网关, 所述 I P地址可以通过地址更新信息 携带, 第二接入网关根据接收到的所述用户终端的 IP地址信息更新与所述用 户终端间的接入连接信息。 更进一步的, 第二接入网关还可以通过发送连接更 新信息给数据网关, 更新与数据网关间隧道的用户 IP地址信息。
下面对本发明实施例中的 DHCP Di scovery、 DHCP Offer , DHCP Di scovery, DHCP Reques t及 DCHP ACK消息进行说明, 其中, DHCP Di scovery消息为用户 终端通过接入网关发送的消息,接收到所述消息的数据网关为用户终端分配 IP 地址,并通过 DHCP Offer消息携带,用户终端接收数据网关发送的 DHCP Of fer 消息, 并向数据网关发送 DHCP Reques t 消息携带所述数据网关为所述用户终 端分配的 IP地址, 请求使用所述 IP地址, 数据网关返回 DCHP ACK消息携带 所述 IP地址,确定用户终端使用所述 IP地址。本说明同样适用于其他实施例。
本发明实施例提供了一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 网络与用户终端之 间使用 DHCP方式完成了 IP地址分配,使得多个接入连接的接入网关可以获取 分配给用户终端的 IP地址, 从而使得用户终端的业务数据可以通过多个接入 网的隧道进行传输。
如图 3所示, 为本发明实施例提供的另一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 包括:
步骤 301:用户终端通过第一接入网关建立了访问数据网的第一接入连接, 数据网关中保存第一接入连接信息, 所述第一接入连接信息包括: 用户终端标 识、数据网络标识 PDN ID、接入网类型 RAT、数据连接标识和接入网关标识等, 需要说明的是, 第一接入连接信息不是必须包含上述所有内容, 在某些具体实 施方式中, 第一接入连接信息可以包含上述内容中的一部分;
步骤 302:用户终端通过第二接入网关建立了访问数据网的第二接入连接, 数据网关中保存第二接入连接信息;
需要说明的是, 用户终端通过第一接入网关和第二接入网关分别建立了访 问数据网的接入连接后, 数据网关可以通过接入连接信息关联两个接入连接, 例如: 数据网关根据用户终端标识和数据网络标识关联两个接入连接或数据网 关根据数据连接标识 PDN ID关联两个接入连接, 两个接入连接使用相同的用 户终端 IP地址, 对应于同一个数据连接。
步骤 303: 用户终端通过第一接入网关发送 DHCP Di scovery消息向可用的 DHCP Server请求分配 IP地址;
需要说明的是, 一个数据连接可以包含多个 IP地址, 例如: IPv4、 IPv6 各一个, 本步骤中用户终端可以通过第一接入网关发送 DHCP Di scovery消息, 请求分配一个新的 I P地址。
步骤 304: 数据网关作为 DHCP Server接收 DHCP Di scovery消息, 为用户 终端分配 IP地址, 并将分配的 IP地址携带在 DHCP Offer消息中通过第一接 入网关发送给用户终端, 同时, 数据网关可以更新自身存储的用户终端的数据 连接信息;

步骤 310: 数据网关通过第二接入网关向用户终端发送 DHCP ACK (应答) 消息携带所述 IP地址, 所述 DHCP ACK消息用于向所述用户终端确认 IP地址 分配, 所述 IP地址与步骤 308中数据网关为用户终端分配的 IP地址相同。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 步骤 307和步骤 308为可选步骤, 即, 在多 接入网络中, 当用户终端通过第一接入网关获取数据网关分配的 IP地址后, 可以直接通过第二接入网关向数据网关发送 DHCP Reques t 消息, 所述消息中 携带通过第一接入网关返回的所述数据网关分配的 IP地址, 数据网关接收到 所述 DHCP Reques t消息后, 向第二接入网关返回 DHCP ACK消息携带所述 IP 地址, 从而使得第二接入网关获取数据网关为所述用户终端分配的 IP地址, 使得所述第二接入网关使用所述 IP地址为所述用户终端建立数据连接。
需要说明的是, 在步骤 308和步骤 310中, 数据网关分配与步骤 304中相 同的 IP地址, 具体可以采用下述任意一种方法:
第一种方法: 用户终端在步骤 307 DHCP Di scovery消息或者步骤 309 DHCP Reques t消息中的携带步骤 304中数据网关分配的 IP地址,数据网关接收 DHCP Di scovery消息或者 DHCP Reques t消息, 提取所述 DHCP Di scovery消息或者 DHCP Reques t消息中包含的 IP地址, 并分配相同的 IP地址, 并将分配的相同 的 IP地址在步骤 308中通过 DHCP Offer消息或者在步骤 310中通过 DHCP Ack 消息发送给用户终端; 更进一步的, 用户终端可以在步骤 307 DHCP Di scovery 消息或者 DHCP Reques t消息中携带 IP地址分配指示标识, 所述 IP地址分配 指示标识用于指示数据网关分配与第一接入连接相同的 IP地址。
第二种方法: 步骤 304中, 当数据网关为用户终端分配 IP地址后, 更新 第一接入连接信息, 添加为用户终端分配的 IP地址, 相应地, 步骤 308或步 骤 310中数据网关根据用户终端的两个接入连接对应的接入连接信息, 分配与 步骤 304中相同的 IP地址, 例如, 步骤 308或步骤 310中数据网关判定第一 接入网关和第二接入网关的两个接入连接所对应的用户终端及所访问的数据 网相同时, 数据网关将第一接入连接信息中记录的 IP地址携带在 DHCP Offer 消息或 DHCP ACK消息中; 或, 数据网关根据第二接入连接的数据连接标识与 第一接入连接的数据连接标识相同,从而为第二接入连接分配与第一接入连接 相同的 IP地址。
还需要说明的是,如果多接入网络具备策略计费控制功能( PCC , Pol icy and Charging Control ), 贝1 j所述方法还包括:
步骤 305B: 数据网关在接收到第一接入网关转发的 DHCP Reques t消息并 为用户终端分配 IP地址后, 数据网关发送地址更新信息给策略控制实体, 所 述地址更新信息携带分配给用户终端的 IP地址。 策略控制实体根据所述地址 更新信息更新所述用户终端对应的数据连接的 I P地址信息;
步骤 309B: 数据网关在接收到第二接入网关转发的 DHCP Reques t消息并 为用户终端分配 IP地址后, 数据网关发送地址更新信息给策略控制实体, 所 述地址更新信息携带分配给用户终端的 IP地址。 策略控制实体根据所述地址 更新信息更新所述用户终端对应的数据连接的 I P地址信息。 上述步骤 305B和步骤 309B, 数据网关通知策略控制实体更新所述用户终 端对应的 IP地址信息, 具体的, 数据网关可以分别在步骤 305或步骤 309为 用户终端分配了该 IP地址后通知策略控制实体。 数据网关通知策略控制实体 更新所述用户终端对应的 IP地址信息可以区分接入连接或者不区分接入连接, 例如, 数据网关通知策略控制实体用户终端对应的数据连接(即用户终端访问 数据网的数据连接)新增了一个 IP地址, 或者数据网关通知策略控制实体该 用户的接入连接(第一接入连接或第二接入连接)新增了一个 IP地址。 当不 区分接入连接时, 数据网关只需通知策略控制实体执行一次数据连接的 IP地 址更新,即只需执行步骤 305B及步骤 309B中的一个步骤; 当区分接入连接时, 数据网关可以通过步骤 305B及步骤 309B分别通知策略控制实体对用户终端对 应的两个接入连接进行 I P地址更新, 也可以一次通知策略控制实体对两个接 入连接的 IP地址进行更新。
本发明实施例提供了一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 网络与用户终端之 间使用 DHCP方式完成了 IP地址分配,使得多个接入连接的接入网关可以获取 分配给用户终端的 IP地址, 从而使得用户终端的业务数据可以通过多个接入 网的隧道进行传输。
如图 4所示, 为本发明实施例提供的另一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 包括:
步骤 401:用户终端通过第一接入网关建立了访问数据网的第一接入连接, 数据网关中保存第一接入连接信息, 所述第一接入连接信息包括: 用户终端标 识、数据网络标识 PDN ID、接入网类型 RAT、数据连接标识和接入网关标识等, 需要说明的是, 第一接入连接信息不是必须包含上述所有内容, 在某些具体实 施方式中, 第一接入连接信息可以包含上述内容中的一部分;
步骤 402: 用户终端通过第一接入网关发送 DHCP Di scovery消息向 DHCP Server请求分配 IP地址;
需要说明的是, 一个数据连接可以包含多个 IP地址, 例如: IPv4、 IPv6 各一个, 本步骤中用户终端可以通过第一接入网关发送 DHCP Di scovery消息, 请求分配一个新的 I P地址。
步骤 403: 数据网关作为 DHCP Server为用户终端分配 IP地址, 并将分配 的 IP地址携带在 DHCP Offer消息中发送给第一接入网关, 同时, 数据网关可 以更新自身存储的用户终端的数据连接信息, 第一接入网关将所述 DHCP Offer 消息转发给用户终端; 步骤 404: 用户终端从所述 DHCP Offer消息中提取所述 IP地址, 通过第 一接入网关发送 DHCP Reques t消息, 所述 DHCP Reques t消息用于向数据网关 DHCP Server请求使用所述 IP地址;
步骤 405 : 数据网关通过第一接入网关向用户终端发送 DHCP ACK (应答) 消息携带所述 IP地址, 确认 IP地址分配;
步骤 406 : 用户终端接收 DHCP ACK消息, 确认使用步骤 403中数据网关分 配的 IP地址, 用户终端通过第二接入网关建立访问数据网的第二接入连接, 发送接入连接建立或更新请求给第二接入网关, 携带所获取的 IP地址, 第二 接入网关转发接入连接建立或更新请求给数据网关, 携带所获取的 IP地址; 步骤 407:数据网关增加第二接入连接的 IP地址信息, 向第二接入网关发 送接入连接建立或更新应答, 用于表示建立或更新接入连接完成, 第二接入网 关增加第二接入连接的 IP地址信息, 向用户终端发送接入连接建立或更新应 答, 表示建立或更新接入连接完成。 需要说明的是, 第二接入网关也可以在步 骤 406中增加第二接入连接的 IP地址信息。

上述步骤 404B和步骤 406B, 数据网关通知策略控制实体更新所述用户终 端对应的 IP地址信息, 具体的, 数据网关可以分别在步骤 404或步骤 406分 配了 IP地址后通知策略控制实体。 数据网关通知策略控制实体更新所述用户 终端对应的 IP地址信息可以区分接入连接或者不区分接入连接, 例如, 数据 网关通知策略控制实体用户终端对应的数据连接(即该用户访问某数据网的数 据连接)新增了一个 IP地址, 或者数据网关通知策略控制实体该用户的接入 连接(第一接入连接或第二接入连接)新增了一个 IP地址。 当不区分接入连 接时, 数据网关只需通知策略控制实体执行一次 IP地址更新, 即只需执行步 骤 404B及步骤 406B中的一个步骤; 当区分接入连接时, 数据网关可以通过步 骤 404B及步骤 406B分别通知策略控制实体对用户终端对应的两个接入连接进 行 IP地址更新, 也可以一次通知策略控制实体对两个接入连接的 IP地址进行 更新。
本发明实施例提供了一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 网络与用户终端之 间使用 DHCP方式完成了 IP地址分配,使得多个接入连接的接入网关可以获取 分配给用户终端的 IP地址, 从而使得用户终端的业务数据可以通过多个接入 网的隧道进行传输。
上述实施例详细介绍了如何在多接入网络中进行数据连接管理,使得在多 接入网络中多个接入连接的接入网关可以获取分配给用户终端的 IP地址, 更 进一步的, 如图 5所示, 为本发明实施例提供的另一种多接入的数据连接管理 方法, 用户终端通过第一接入网关和第二接入网关访问数据网, 具体的, 本发 明实施例给出了多接入网络中数据连接的释放方法, 包括:
步骤 501: 用户终端通过第一接入网关向数据网关 DHCP Server发送 DHCP Release消息, 指示释放已分配的 IP地址, 数据网关作为 DHCP Server接受该 DHCP Release消息后, 释放为所述用户终端所分配的 IP地址;
步骤 502: 第一接入网关更新与用户终端、 数据网关的接入连接, 删除被 释放的 IP地址信息。
步骤 503: 数据网关根据自身记录的两个接入连接的接入连接信息获取第 二接入网关的标识, 发送地址更新信息给第二接入网关, 指示第二接入网关删 除对应的第二接入连接的 IP地址信息;
需要说明的是,数据网关可以根据接入连接信息中的用户终端标识和数据 网络标识关联第二接入连接信息; 或, 数据网关根据数据连接标识, 查找所述 数据连接对应的接入连接信息, 关联所述第二接入连接信息, 从而获取第二接 入连接对应的接入网关标识。
步骤 504: 第二接入网关更新与用户终端的接入连接, 删除被释放的 IP 地址信息。

用户终端通过第一接入网关和第二接入网关与数据网建立连接时,数据网 关与策略控制实体建立会话, 策略控制实体可以记录用户终端标识、 数据网络 标识 PDN ID、 用户终端的 IP地址及数据连接标识等; 当第一接入网关和第二 接入网关中的至少一个为策略执行点 BBERF时, 策略执行实体与策略执行点建 立会话, 并记录会话信息, 会话信息可以包括: 用户终端标识、 PDN ID、 接入 网类型 RAT、 数据连接标识或接入网关标识等, 策略控制实体可以通过用户终 端标识和 PDN ID将与数据网关之间会话和与策略执行点之间的会话进行关联; 相应地, 所述方法中步骤 503可以由下述两个步骤替代:
步骤 503B: 数据网关接收到第一接入网关发送的 DHCP Release消息后, 发送地址更新请求给策略控制实体,指示策略控制实体删除对应的数据连接或 者接入连接的 IP地址信息。
步骤 503C: 策略控制实体发送地址更新信息给第二接入网关,指示第二接 入网关删除对应的第二接入连接的 IP地址信息。

1、 一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 其特征在于, 当用户终端通过至少 两个接入网关接入数据网关时, 所述方法包括:
数据网关接收用户终端通过第一接入网关发送的动态主机配置协议 DHCP Reques t消息;
数据网关通过所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回分配的 IP地址; 数据网关将所述 IP地址发送给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入 网关以外的其他接入网关。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关将所述 IP地址 发送给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关包 括:
数据网关根据用户终端标识和数据网络标识关联所述用户终端通过除第 一接入网关以外的其他接入网关接入所述数据网关的接入连接; 或, 数据网关 根据数据连接标识, 关联所述用户终端通过除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网 关接入所述数据网关的接入连接;
关联所述接入连接后, 数据网关将所述 IP地址发送给所述接入连接对应 的其他接入网关。

5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关将所述 IP地址发 送给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关包括: 数据网关接收用户终端通过所述其他接入网关发送的消息;
数据网关判定所述消息对应的用户终端标识和数据网络标识与第一接入 连接信息中的用户终端标识和数据网络标识相同,将通过所述第一接入网关向 所述用户终端返回的 IP地址发送给所述其他接入网关; 或, 数据网关判定所述 消息对应的数据连接标识与第一接入连接信息中的数据连接标识相同,将通过 所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回的 IP地址发送给所述其他接入网关; 所述消息为 DHCP Di scovery消息或 DHCP Reques t消息。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关将所述 IP地址发 送给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关包括: 数据网关接收所述用户终端通过所述其他接入网关发送的接入连接建立 或更新请求消息, 所述接入连接建立或更新请求消息中携带数据网关通过所述 第一接入网关返回的所述 I P地址;
数据网关向所述其他接入网关返回接入连接建立或更新应答, 所述接入连 接建立或更新应答用于指示所述其他接入网关记录所述用户终端的所述 IP地 址。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若多接入网络具备策略计费控 制功能, 则所述数据网关将所述 I P地址发送给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除 第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关包括:
数据网关发送地址更新信息给策略控制实体, 所述地址更新信息中携带所 述 IP地址;
策略控制实体更新所述用户终端对应的数据连接的 IP地址;
策略控制实体 ^居所述用户终端对应的会话信息, 获取用户终端接入所述 数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关的标识, 并向所述其他接入网 关发送为所述用户终端分配的所述 IP地址。
8、 一种多接入的数据连接管理方法, 其特征在于, 当用户终端通过至少 两个接入网关接入数据网关时, 所述方法包括:
数据网关接收用户终端通过第一接入网关发送的动态主机配置协议 DHCP Release消息, 指示数据网关释放所述用户终端的 IP地址;
数据网关通知用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他 接入网关释放所述 IP地址。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关通知用户终端接 入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关释放所述 I P地址包括: 数据网关根据用户终端标识和数据网络标识关联所述用户终端通过除第 一接入网关以外的其他接入网关接入所述数据网关的接入连接; 或, 数据网关 根据数据连接标识, 查找所述数据连接对应的接入连接信息, 关联所述用户终 端通过除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关接入所述数据网关的接入连接; 关联所述接入连接后, 数据网关向所述其他接入网关发送地址更新消息, 所述地址更新消息用于指示所述其他接入网关释放所述 I P地址。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若多接入网络具备策略计费 控制功能, 则所述数据网关通知用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关 以外的其他接入网关释放所述 I P地址包括: 数据网关发送地址更新信息给策略控制实体, 所述地址更新信息用于指示 所述策略控制实体释放所述用户终端对应的 IP地址; 策略控制实体根据所述用户终端对应的会话信息, 查找用户终端接入所述 数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关的标识,指示所述其他接入网 关释放所述 IP地址。
11、 一种数据网关, 其特征在于, 包括接收单元, 第一发送单元, 第二发 送单元, 其中, 所述接收单元, 用于接收用户终端通过第一接入网关发送的动态主机配置 十办议 DHCP Reques t消息; 所述第一发送单元, 用于通过所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回分配 的 IP地址; 所述第二发送单元, 用于将所述 IP地址发送给用户终端接入所述数据网 关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关。
12、 如权利要求 11 所述的数据网关, 其特征在于, 所述第二发送单元具 体用于根据用户终端标识和数据网络标识关联所述用户终端通过除第一接入 网关以外的其他接入网关接入所述数据网关的接入连接; 或, 数据网关 ^居数 据连接标识, 关联所述用户终端通过除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关接入 所述数据网关的接入连接, 将所述 IP地址发送给所述接入连接对应的其他接 入网关。
13、 如权利要求 11 所述的数据网关, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元还用于 接收用户终端通过所述其他接入网关发送的 DHCP Reques t 消息, 所述 DHCP Reques t消息中携带数据网关通过所述第一接入网关返回的所述 IP地址; 所述第二发送单元具体用于向所述其他接入网关返回 DHCP ACK消息, 所 述 DHCP ACK消息中携带所述 IP地址。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的数据网关, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元还用于接收用户终端通过所述其他接入网关发送的消息; 所述第二发送单元具体用于当所述消息对应的用户终端标识和数据网络 标识与第一接入连接信息中的用户终端标识和数据网络标识相同时,将通过所 述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回的 IP地址发送给所述其他接入网关; 或, 所述第二发送单元具体用于当所述消息对应的数据连接标识与第一接入连接 信息中的数据连接标识相同时,将通过所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回 的 I P地址发送给所述其他接入网关;
其中, 所述消息为 DHCP Di scovery消息或 DHCP Reques t消息。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的数据网关, 其特征在于,
所述接收单元还用于接收所述用户终端通过所述其他接入网关发送的接 入连接建立或更新请求消息, 所述接入连接建立或更新请求消息中携带数据网 关通过所述第一接入网关返回的所述 IP地址;
所述第二发送单元具体用于通过所述其他接入网关向所述用户终端返回 接入连接建立或更新应答, 所述接入连接建立或更新应答用于指示所述其他接 入网关记录所述用户终端的所述 IP地址。
16、 一种策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 包括: 地址更新信息接收单元, 查 找单元, 第三发送单元, 其中,
所述地址更新信息接收单元, 用于接收数据网关发送的地址更新信息, 所 述地址更新信息中携带所述数据网关为用户终端分配的 IP地址;
所述查找单元, 用于根据所述用户终端对应的会话信息, 查找用户终端接 入所述数据网关的除第一接入网关以外的其他接入网关的标识;
所述第三发送单元, 用于向所述其他接入网关发送为所述用户终端分配的 所述 IP地址。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 还包括: 更新单元, 用于根据所述地址更新信息更新所述用户终端对应的数据连接 的 IP地址。
18、 一种多接入的数据连接管理系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 至少两个接入 网关, 数据网关, 其中, 用户终端通过所述至少两个接入网关接入所述数据网 关,
第一接入网关, 用于将用户终端发送的动态主机配置协议 DHCP Reques t 消息转发给所述数据网关;
数据网关, 用于通过所述第一接入网关向所述用户终端返回分配的 IP地 址;
第一接入网关, 用于接收数据网关分配的所述 IP地址, 并将所述 IP地址 发送给用户终端;
数据网关, 用于将所述 IP地址通知给用户终端接入所述数据网关的除第 一接入网关以外的其他接入网关。
