在支持多接入的网络中,假设本发明实施例一中用户终端已经预先建立了通过接入 网 1和接入网 2的两个接入连接, 两个接入连接都用于访问同一个数据网络, 对应同一 个数据连接, 可以参考图 1所示; 例如, 用户终端访问 Internet网络, 建立一个数据连 接,获取一个 IP地址, 同时用户终端在 WLAN网络和 LTE网络分别建立了一个接入连 接用于收发该数据连接的信息;用户终端或者网络可以根据数据业务流的不同服务质量 QoS要求, 用户、运营商偏好, 或者各个网关的承受能力等为数据业务流选择合适的接 入连接; 例如, 为用户终端的网页浏览的业务数据选择 WLAN网络的接入连接, 同时 为用户终端的 IP语音业务(Voice over IP, VoIP) 的数据选择 LTE网络的接入连接。 参考图 2, 在本发明实施例一中, 实现本发明实施例一所提供的方法可以包括以下 步骤:
步骤 201 : 数据网关接收接入连接释放指示, 所述接入连接释放指示用于指示释放 相应的用户终端通过接入网的接入连接;
在本实施例中,随着用户终端的业务变化或者位置移动等,用户终端所需的接入连 接可能发生变化; 例如, 用户终端位置移动, 超出了 WLAN网络的覆盖区, 则用户需 要释放接入网 1的接入连接, 此时, 用户终端则向数据网关发送接入连接释放指示, 所 述接入连接释放指示用于指示释放所述用户终端通过接入网的接入连接;所述接入连接 为从用户终端, 经过接入网关, 到数据网关的数据传输通道; 接入网关或移动管理实体 检测到用户终端离开接入网时,接入网关或移动管理实体向数据网关发送接入连接释放 指示; 用户的授权信息发生变化, 不再许可接入当前接入网时, 接入网关、 移动管理实 体或认证授权月艮务器 (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting, AAA Server) 向数 据网关发送接入连接释放指示;
所述接入连接释放指示的具体指示方法, 包括以下的至少一种:接入连接标识、接 入连接类型、接入网标识、接入网类型信息和位置信息,来区分不同接入网的接入连接; 可以采用连接释放类型来区分释放接入连接还是释放数据连接, 即指示释放接入连接 时, 连接释放类型为接入连接; 需要说明的是, 通过接入连接释放指示可以指示出需要 被释放的接入连接, 也可以将指示出的接入连接进行保留, 而将未指示出的接入连接释 放, 根据实际需求的不同, 可以有不同的指示方法; 例如: 所述接入网类型用来指示删 除该类型的接入连接, 所述接入连接标识用来指示删除该标识对应的接入连接, 当然还 可以采用其他方法也指示出需要释放哪些接入连接,例如:可以用某接入连接需要释放, 或者某接入连接需要保留的方式来表示释放还是保留接入连接; 或者, 当所述接入连接 释放指示中包含的接入连接标识用来指示该连接标识对应的接入连接继续保留可用,除 此以外的接入连接则进行释放; 该接入连接释放指示可以通过移动 IP绑定更新消息 (MIP Binding Update),切换消息、去连接消息发送至数据网关,也可以新增一个消息, 该消息中包含该接入连接释放指示, 或者, 通过第三网元传送给数据网关, 例如, 用户 终端发送给接入网发现与选择功能实体 (Access Network Discovery and Selection Function, ANDSF)再转发给数据网关;
步骤 202: 根据所述接入连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述用户终端通过接入网的 接入连接。
数据网关根据所述接入连接释放指示对应的接入连接,将所述通过接入网的接入连 接进行释放。 在本实施例中, 则是原来用户终端通过两个接入连接(接入网 1和接入网 2 )接入数据网, 即是两个接入连接对应一个数据连接, 在释放接入网 1的接入连接后, 则用户终端只通过一个接入连接(接入网 2 )接入数据网, 即一个接入连接(接入网 2 ) 对应用户的一个数据连接。 其中, 所述接入连接根据不同的接入网, 可以是不同的隧道 连接, 例如, 第三代合作伙伴计划 (3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3GPP ) 网络的 GTP隧道(GPRS Tunnel Protocol, GTP)隧道、下一代分组系统( Evolved Packet System, EPS ) 承载, WLAN网络的 IP网络安全协议 (IP Security Protocol, IPsec ) 隧道或 MIP 隧道, 全球微波互联接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, WiMax) 网 络的数据路径 (Data path), EPS 非 3GPP接入技术 (non-3GPP, N3G) 的代理移动 IP (Proxy Mobile IP, PMIP ) v6通用路由封装 (Generic Routing Encapsulation, GRE) 隧 道、双栈移动 IP (Dual-Stack Mobile IP, DSMIP ) v6隧道、移动 IPv4 (Mobile IP version 6, MIPv4 )隧道,等等,所述数据连接即指用户终端访问某个报文数据网络(Packet Data Network, PDN) 的连接, 例如: IP连接、 双栈 IP连接、 PDN连接、 IP数据连接 (IP Connectivity Access Network, IP-CAN) 等。
需要说明的是,虽然本实施例中采用两个接入连接对应一个数据连接的情况进行说 明, 但是本领域技术人员还可以将本实施例的方法应用于一个数据连接对应 M (M>2 ) 个接入连接的情况, 即是释放其中 N (N>1 ) 个接入连接; 具体的, 可以是接入连接释 放指示中包含了释放 N个接入连接的信息, 也可以重复执行上述步骤来完成对 N个接 入连接的释放过程。 当然, 本实施例所述的方法也可以应用于同一个用户终端的多个数 据连接的释放, 即用户终端通过一个数据网关建立了多个数据连接, 该多个数据连接使 用相同的接入连接,则数据网关可以将本实施例中接入连接的释放方法应用于该多个数 据连接。 其中, 所述接入网关对应的接入网元可以为, 3GPP网络的服务网关 (Serving GW)、 GPRS服务支撑节点 (Serving GPRS Support Node, SGSN) ; WiMax网络的接入 服务网网关 (Access Services Network Gateway, ASN GW) ; WLAN网络的接入网关、 演进的报文网关(Evolved Packet Data Gateway, ePDG)、 WLAN接入网关(WLAN Access Gateway, WAG ) ; 3GPP2 网络的分组数据服务节点网关 (Packet Data Serving Node Gateway, PDSN GW)、 高速分组数据网络接入网关 (High Rate Packed Data Access Network Gateway , HRPD AN GW )、 高速分组数据网络服务网关 (HRPD Serving Gateway, HSGW)等。数据网关对应的数据网元可以是, GPRS网关支撑节点(Gateway GPRS Support Node, GGSN)、分组数据网网关(Packet Data Network Gateway, PDN GW) 等。策略控制实体对应的网元可以是,策略与计费规则决策功能实体 (Policy and Charging Rule Function, PCRF)、 策略决策功能实体(Policy Decision Functio, PDF)等。
在本实施例中, 可以看出, 通过由用户终端或 /和网元向数据网关发送接入连接释 放指示的方式, 可以进一步对数据连接对应的多个接入连接进行释放, 这就解决了运用 现有技术的方法无法释放多接入系统中各个接入连接的问题,从而当用户终端在多接入 情况下, 能够更新数据连接的各接入连接的可用状态; 并且, 当网元检测到用户终端离 开接入网时, 也能够发送数据释放连接, 这就使得网络可以及时的获悉用户终端的接入 情况, 也能够正确判断业务数据传输所用的接入连接, 不会造成数据的丢失, 提高了网 络数据的传输性能。 参考图 3, 在本发明实施例二中, 实现本发明实施例二所提供的方法可以包括以下 步骤:
步骤 301 : 数据网关接收网元发送的接入连接释放指示, 所述接入连接释放指示用 于指示释放相应的用户终端通过接入网的接入连接;
其中, 所述接入连接释放指示的具体指示方法可以参见实施例一中的详细描述; 所述网元可以包括接入网关、移动管理实体或者认证授权服务器; 此时, 所述相应 的用户终端是所述接入连接对应的用户终端;
步骤 302: 根据所述接入连接释放指示, 数据网关向与所述接入连接对应的接入网 关发送释放接入连接请求;
在本实施例中,当数据网关收到所述接入连接释放指示时,根据所述接入连接释放 指示所指示出的需要释放的接入连接, 向对应的接入网关发送释放接入连接请求; 步骤 303: 数据网关向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示;
所述接入信息更新指示可以用于指示策略控制实体更新用户终端所接入的接入网 信息, 其中包括指示释放其中一个接入网的接入; 在本实施例中, 所述数据网关在收到 接入连接释放指示之后, 还向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示; 该指示可以告知策 略控制实体哪个或哪些接入连接被释放,即是将用户终端的接入连接被释放的信息告知 策略控制实体; 策略控制实体根据该消息的指示更新用户终端所接入的接入网信息, 包 括删除所述接入信息更新指示的用户终端通过接入网接入的信息; 例如, 原先策略控制 实体记录了用户终端从接入网 1和接入网 2接入,当收到接入网 1的接入连接被释放的 指示后, 策略控制实体删除用户终端从接入网 1接入的信息(可以包括接入网 1的接入 类型信息、 接入网 1的位置信息等), 即更新为用户终端从接入网 2接入的信息; 所述 接入信息更新消息的具体指示方法, 可以包括以下的至少一种: 接入连接标识、接入网 标识、接入网类型信息和位置信息等, 来区分不同接入网的接入, 也可以用某些接入连 接被释放, 或者某些接入连接保留等来区分释放还是保留接入连接; 例如, 数据网关发 送的释放接入连接信息,包含可用的接入类型列表用于表示此外的接入类型对应的接入 连接被释放, 或者包含释放的接入连接标识用于表示该标识对应的接入连接被释放, 或 者包含释放的接入网关标识用于表示该标识对应的接入连接被释放,或者包含释放的接 入网标识指示该标识对应的接入连接被释放;
具体的, 所述接入信息更新指示可以包含在策略会话更新消息 (Indication of IP-CAN Session modification), 或者 Diameter会话更新消息 (Diameter Credit Control Request) 中;
需要说明的是, 本步骤与步骤 304, 或者和步骤 305并不存在严格的先后关系, 在 本实施例中, 为了简便描述, 将本步骤的内容选择在数据网关接收到接入连接释放指示 时即向策略控制实体发送释放接入连接信息;
步骤 304: 所述接入网关根据所述释放接入连接请求, 释放所述用户终端的接入连 接;
所述接入网关根据所述释放接入连接请求,释放用户终端的接入连接; 例如,接入 网关释放与用户终端间的 EPS承载, 或者接入网关释放与用户终端间的本地 IP连接, 或者接入网关释放与用户终端间的 IPsec隧道, 等等;
步骤 305: 数据网关接收所述接入网关发送的释放接入连接应答消息;
所述接入网关在释放成功之后, 还可以向数据网关发送释放接入连接应答消息; 步骤 306: 数据网关接收策略控制实体根据所述接入信息更新指示, 向数据网关发 送的第一策略控制信息,所述第一策略控制信息用于指示数据网关将所述释放的接入连 接的业务流切换至当前数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接;
策略控制实体接收到释放接入连接信息之后, 向数据网关发送第一策略控制信息, 所述第一策略控制信息用于指示数据网关将所述释放的接入连接的业务流切换至当前 数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接, 可以指示更新业务流的路由信息, 包括将原先在所 述释放的接入连接传输的业务流切换至当前数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接传输; 步骤 307: 数据网关根据所述第一策略控制信息更新所述其他可用接入连接的承 载。
其中, 数据网关的更新操作具体为:
数据网关向所述可用接入网关发送更新承载信息,所述其他可用接入连接更新与用 户终端之间的承载。 当使用 on-path模式时, 即数据网关有承载绑定及策略与计费增强功能(Policy and Charging Enforcement Function, PCEF) 时, 数据网关根据接收到的第一策略控制信息, 更新所述其他可用接入连接的承载,可以包括新建、修改或删除对应的接入连接的承载, 在本实施例中, 数据网关还可以采用向所述可用接入网关发送更新承载信息的方式, 而 所述其他可用接入连接根据更新承载信息更新与用户终端之间的承载。
需要说明的是,当使用 off-path模式时,即接入网关有承载绑定功能(Bearer Binding Function)或者策略执行功能时, 在之前接入连接的建立过程中, 接入网关与策略控制 实体之间已经建立了策略控制会话, 例如, Gateway Control Session或 Gxx Session, 则 由策略控制实体向所述其他可用接入网关(例如接入网关 2)发送第二策略控制信息, 策略控制实体决策把原先用户终端在接入网 1传输的业务流更换到接入网 2传输,并根 据该业务流信息及接入网 2的特性, 决策出相应的第二策略控制信息, 并发送至所述其 他可用接入网关; 此时, 数据网关根据接收到的第一策略控制信息, 只更新自身保存的 策略控制规则, 不再发送更新承载信息给接入网关。
在本实施例中, 由数据网关在接收到接入连接释放指示之后, 向接入网关发送释放 接入连接请求, 再由接入网关释放与用户终端之间的接入连接, 并且在本实施例中, 还 可以进一步由策略控制实体下发第一策略控制信息,用于指示将用户终端在被释放的接 入连接上承载的业务流更新至其他可用接入连接上传输,不仅可以对数据连接对应的多 个接入连接进行释放, 还能保证了在释放某个或某些接入连接时业务流的连续性。 参考图 4, 在本发明实施例三中, 实现本发明实施例三所提供的方法可以包括以下 步骤:
步骤 401 : 接入网关接收用户终端发送的接入连接释放指示, 所述接入连接释放指 示用于指示释放所述用户终端通过接入网关 1的接入连接;
在本实施例中, 所述接入连接释放指示由用户终端发送至接入连接对应的接入网 关; 例如, 对于 3GPP接入网, 接入连接释放指示由用户终端发送给移动管理实体 (Mobility Management Entity, MME), MME转发给接入网关, 例如 Serving GW; 或 者对于 non-3GPP接入网, 接入连接释放指示由用户终端发送给接入网关, 例如 ePDG。 所述接入连接释放指示可以采用连接释放类型来区分释放接入连接还是释放数据连接, 即指示释放接入连接时, 连接释放类型为接入连接; 假设本实施例中用户终端分别通过 接入网 1和接入网 2接入同一个数据连接,并且所述接入连接释放指示用于指示释放所 述用户终端通过接入网关 1的接入连接; 步骤 402: 数据网关接收所述接入网关 1发送的接入连接释放指示; 接入网关 1再将用户终端发送的接入连接释放指示转发至对应的数据网关; 步骤 403: 数据网关向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示;
所述接入信息更新指示的描述可以参考在实施例二中的记载;需要说明的是,本步 骤与步骤 404, 或者和步骤 405并不存在严格的先后关系, 在本实施例中, 为了简便描 述,将本步骤的内容选择在数据网关接收到接入连接释放指示时即向策略控制实体发送 释放接入连接信息;
步骤 404: 根据所述接入连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述用户终端通过接入网关 1之间的接入连接;

步骤 406:所述可用接入网关根据所述第二策略控制信息更新与用户终端之间的承 载。
所述可用接入网关根据所述第二策略控制信息更新与用户终端之间的承载, 例如: 接入网关 2新建承载,或者接入网关 2更新已有的某些承载的带宽或其他 QoS属性,用 于传输原接入网 1传输的业务流。
在本实施例中, 用户终端一开始有两个接入连接(分别通过接入网 1和接入网 2) 对应一个数据连接, 然后将其中一个接入连接(接入网 1 )释放, 并将原接入连接上传 输的业务流更新至另一个接入连接(接入网 2),则该用户终端的数据连接就只对应了一 个接入连接。所述接入连接根据不同的接入网, 可以是不同的隧道连接, 具体参考实施 例一中的详细记载。在本实施例中, 由策略控制实体直接向数据连接对应的其他可用接 入网关发送第二策略控制信息, 从而由该可用接入网关更新与用户终端的承载, 从而能 够在释放接入连接的同时, 也能够保证业务流的连续性, 提高了网络数据的传输性能。 与上述本发明实施例所提供的方法相对应, 参见图 5, 本发明实施例还提供了一种 在多接入系统中释放接入连接的装置实施例的结构示意图, 所述装置具体可以包括: 第一接收模块 501, 用于接收接入连接释放指示, 所述接入连接释放指示用于指示 释放相应的用户终端通过接入网的接入连接;
本实施例所述的装置可以集成至数据网关上,还可以直接采用数据网关来实现;在 本实施例中, 随着用户终端的业务变化或者位置移动等, 用户终端所需的接入连接可能 发生变化; 假设用户终端位置移动, 超出了 WLAN网络的覆盖区, 则用户需要释放接 入网 1的接入连接, 此时, 由所述第一接收模块 501接收用户终端发送的接入连接释放 指示, 所述接入连接释放指示用于指示释放所述用户终端通过接入网的接入连接; 所述 接入连接为从用户终端, 经过接入网关, 到数据网关的数据传输通道;

所述接入连接释放指示的具体指示方法, 可以采用接入连接标识、 接入连接类型、 接入网标识、接入网类型信息或者位置信息, 来区分不同接入网的接入连接; 所述接入 网类型用来指示删除该类型的接入连接,所述接入连接标识用来指示删除该标识对应的 接入连接, 当然还可以采用其他方法也指示出需要释放哪些接入连接, 例如: 可以用某 接入连接需要释放, 或者某接入连接需要保留的方式来表示释放还是保留接入连接; 或 者,当所述接入连接释放指示中包含的接入连接标识用来指示该连接标识对应的接入连 接继续保留可用, 除此以外的接入连接则进行释放; 该接入连接释放指示可以通过移动 IP绑定更新消息(MIP Binding Update )、 切换消息、 去连接消息发送至数据网关, 也可 以新增一个消息, 该新增的消息包含该接入连接释放指示, 或者, 通过第三网元传送给 数据网关,例如,用户终端发送给接入网发现与选择功能实体(Access Network Discovery and Selection Function, ANDSF)再转发给数据网关;
第一释放模块 502, 用于根据所述接入连接释放指示, 释放所述用户终端通过接入 网的接入连接。
在本实施例中, 所述第一释放模块 502根据所述接入连接释放指示对应的接入连 接, 将所述通过接入网的接入连接进行释放。 其中, 所述接入连接根据不同的接入网, 可以是不同的隧道连接,例如, 3GPP网络的 GTP隧道、 EPS承载, WLAN网络的 IPsec 隧道或 MIP隧道, WiMax网络的数据路径(Data path)、 EPS N3G的 PMIPv6 GRE隧道、 DSMIPv6隧道、 MIPv4隧道, 等等, 所述数据连接即指用户终端访问某个数据网 PDN 的连接, 例如: IP连接、 双栈 IP连接、 PDN连接、 IP-CAN等。
需要说明的是,虽然本实施例中采用两个接入连接对应一个数据连接的情况进行说 明, 但是本领域技术人员还可以将本实施例的方法应用于一个数据连接对应 M (M>2) 个接入连接的情况, 即是释放其中 N (N>1 )个接入连接; 具体的, 可以是接入连接释 放指示中包含了释放 N个接入连接的信息, 也可以重复执行上述步骤来完成对 N个接 入连接的释放过程。 当然, 本实施例所述的方法也可以应用于同一个用户终端的多个数 据连接的释放, 即用户终端通过一个数据网关建立了多个数据连接, 该多个数据连接使 用相同的接入连接,则还可以将本实施例中接入连接的释放装置可以应用于该多个数据 连接。其中,所述接入网关对应的接入网元可以为, 3GPP网络的服务网关(Serving GW)、 GPRS服务支撑节点( Serving GPRS Support Node, SGSN);全球微波互联接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, WiMax ) 网络的接入服务网网关( Access Services Network Gateway, ASN GW); WLAN网络的接入网关、演进的报文网关(Evolved Packet Data Gateway, ePDG)、 WLAN接入网关(WLAN Access Gateway, WAG); 3GPP2网 络的 PDSN GW、 HRPD AN GW, HSGW等。本实施例所述的装置可以集成到数据网关 上, 其中, 所述数据网关对应的数据网元可以是, GPRS网关支撑节点(Gateway GPRS Support Node, GGSN)、分组数据网网关(Packet Data Network Gateway, PDN GW)等。 策略控制实体对应的网元可以是, 策略与计费规则决策功能实体(Policy and Charging Rule Function, PCRF)、 策略决策功能实体(Policy Decision Functio, PDF)等。
在本实施例中, 可以看出,通过由用户终端发送的接入连接释放指示, 可以由所述 第一释放模块 502对数据连接对应的多个接入连接进行释放,这就解决了运用现有技术 的方法无法释放多接入系统中各个接入连接的问题, 从而当用户终端在多接入情况下, 能够更新数据连接的各接入连接的可用状态。这就使得网络可以及时的获悉用户终端的 接入情况, 也能够正确判断业务数据传输所用的接入连接, 不会造成数据的丢失, 提高 了网络数据的传输性能。 与本发明方法实施例二相对应,参考图 6所示,示出了本发明装置实施例二的结构 示意图, 如图所示, 该装置可以包括:
第一接收模块 601,用于接收用户终端和 /或网元发送的接入连接释放指示,所述接 入连接释放指示用于指示释放相应的用户终端通过接入网的接入连接;

第一更新模块 605,用于根据所述第一策略控制信息更新所述其他可用接入连接的 承载。 当使用 on-path模式时, 即数据网关有承载绑定及策略与计费增强功能(Policy and Charging Enforcement Function, PCEF) 时, 所述第二发送模块 606根据接收到的第一 策略控制信息, 更新所述其他可用接入连接的承载, 可以通过在所述其他可用接入连接 上新建一个承载用于传输所述释放的接入连接的业务流的方式,也可以通过其他的方式 来更新所述其他可用接入连接的承载,还可以采用数据网关向所述可用接入网关发送更 新承载信息的方式, 由所述其他可用接入连接更新与用户终端之间的承载。
需要说明的是,当使用 off-path模式时,即接入网关有承载绑定功能(Bearer Binding Function)或者策略执行功能时, 在之前接入连接的建立过程中, 接入网关与策略控制 实体之间已经建立了策略控制会话, 例如, Gateway Control Session或 Gxx Session, 则 由策略控制实体向所述其他可用接入网关(例如接入网关 2)发送第二策略控制信息, 策略控制实体决策把原先用户终端在接入网 1传输的业务流更换到接入网 2传输,并根 据该业务流信息及接入网 2的特性, 决策出相应的第二策略控制信息, 并发送至所述其 他可用接入网关。
在本实施例中,还可以进一步由策略控制实体下发第一策略控制信息至所述第二接 收模块 604, 用于指示将用户终端在被释放的接入连接上承载的业务流更新至其他可用 接入连接上传输, 不仅可以对数据连接对应的多个接入连接进行释放, 还能保证了在释 放某个或某些接入连接时业务流的连续性。 本发明实施例还提供了一种策略控制实体,参考图 7所示,该策略控制实体具体可 以包括:
第三接收模块 701, 用于接收数据网关发送的接入信息更新指示;
其中,所述接入信息更新指示可以用于指示策略控制实体更新用户终端所接入的接 入网信息, 其中包括指示释放其中一个接入网的接入; 在本实施例中, 所述数据网关在 收到接入连接释放指示之后, 还向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示; 该消息可以告 知策略控制实体哪个或哪些接入连接被释放,即是将用户终端的接入连接被释放的信息 告知策略控制实体;
所述接入信息更新指示的具体指示方法, 至少包括以下的一种:接入连接标识、接 入网标识、接入网类型信息和位置信息, 来区分不同接入网的接入, 也可以用某些接入 连接被释放, 或者某些接入连接保留等来区分释放还是保留接入连接; 例如, 数据网关 发送的释放接入连接信息,包含可用的接入类型列表用于表示此外的接入类型对应的接 入连接被释放, 或者包含释放的接入连接标识用于表示该标识对应的接入连接被释放, 或者包含释放的接入网关标识用于表示该标识对应的接入连接被释放,或者包含释放的 接入网标识指示该标识对应的接入连接被释放;
第二更新模块 702, 用于根据所所述接入信息更新指示, 更新用户终端所接入的接 入网信息;
策略控制实体根据该消息的指示更新用户终端所接入的接入网信息,包括删除所述 接入连接释放指示的用户终端通过接入网接入的信息; 例如, 原先策略控制实体记录了 用户终端从接入网 1和接入网 2接入, 当收到接入网 1的接入连接被释放的指示后, 策 略控制实体删除用户终端从接入网 1接入的信息 (可以包括接入网 1的接入类型信息、 接入网 1的位置信息等), 即更新为用户终端从接入网 2接入的信息。

当使用 on-path模式时, 即数据网关有承载绑定及策略与计费增强功能(Policy and Charging Enforcement Function, PCEF) 时, 数据网关根据接收到的第一策略控制信息, 更新所述其他可用接入连接的承载, 可以包括新建、 修改或删除对应的承载, 例如, 可 以通过在所述其他可用接入连接上新建一个承载用于传输所述释放的接入连接的业务 流的方式, 当然, 也可以通过其他的方式来更新所述其他可用接入连接的承载, 还可以 向所述可用接入网关发送更新承载信息, 由所述其他可用接入网关更新与用户终端之间 的承载;
策略控制实体接收到释放接入连接信息之后,由所述第二发送模块 703向数据网关 发送第一策略控制信息,所述第一策略控制信息用于指示将所述释放的接入连接的业务 流切换至当前数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接, 可以指示更新业务流的路由信息, 包 括将原先在所述释放的接入连接传输的业务流切换至当前数据连接对应的其他可用接 入连接传输。
或者, 在本发明的另一个策略控制实体实施例中,参考图 8所示, 该策略控制实体 具体可以包括: 第三接收模块 801, 第二更新模块 802和第三发送模块 803。

本实施例所述的策略控制实体,可以根据数据网关发送的接入信息更新指示中指示 的接入更新信息, 来更新用户终端所接入的接入网信息, 从而能够及时更新用户终端的 状态, 保证了在释放某个或某些接入连接时业务流的连续性。 与上述本发明实施例所提供的方法和装置相对应, 参见图 9, 本发明实施例还提供 了一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的系统实施例的结构示意图,所述系统具体可以包 括:
释放接入连接装置 901, 用于接收接入连接释放指示, 所述接入连接释放指示用于 指示释放相应的用户终端通过接入网关的接入连接; 并根据所述接入连接释放指示, 释 放所述用户终端通过接入网的接入连接, 并向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示; 在本实施例中,所述释放接入连接装置 901还可以用于根据策略控制实体返回的第 一策略控制信息更新其他可用接入连接的承载;

在本实施例中, 所述策略控制实体还可以用于向数据网关发送第一策略控制信息, 所述第一策略控制信息用于指示数据网关将所述释放的接入连接的业务流切换至当前 数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接。在本实施例所述的系统中, 所述释放接入连接装置 901可以集成在数据网关上, 还可以进一步由策略控制实体下发第一策略控制信息, 用 于指示将用户终端在被释放的接入连接上承载的业务流更新至其他可用接入连接上传 输, 不仅可以对数据连接对应的多个接入连接进行释放, 还能保证了在释放某个或某些 接入连接时业务流的连续性。 参见图 10, 本发明实施例还提供了一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的系统实施 例二的结构示意图, 所述系统具体可以包括: 释放接入连接装置 1001, 用于接收接入连接释放指示, 所述接入连接释放指示用 于指示释放相应的用户终端通过接入网的接入连接; 并根据所述接入连接释放指示, 释 放所述用户终端通过接入网的接入连接, 向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示。

在本实施例中, 由策略控制实体直接向数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接 1003发 送第二策略控制信息, 从而由该可用连接对应的可用网关更新与用户终端的承载, 从而 能够在释放接入连接的同时,也能够保证业务流的连续性,提高了网络数据的传输性能。 参考图 11, 本发明实施例还提供了一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的方法实施 例四的流程图, 所述方法具体可以包括:
步骤 1101 : 数据网关接收数据连接释放指示, 所述数据连接释放指示用于指示释 放用户终端访问数据网的数据连接;
在支持多接入的网络中,假设用户终端已建立了通过接入网关 1和接入网关 2的两 个接入连接, 两个接入连接都用于访问同一个数据网络, 对应同一个数据连接; 例如, 用户终端访问 Internet网络, 建立一个数据连接(IP连接), 获取 IP地址 A, 同时用户 终端在 WLAN网络和 LTE网络分别建立了一个接入连接用于收发该 IP连接的数据;用 户终端或者网络可以根据业务流的不同 QoS要求,或者接入网关的能力等为数据业务流 优选合适的接入连接; 例如, 为用户终端的网页浏览的业务选择 WLAN网络的接入连 接, 为用户终端的 VoIP的业务选择 LTE网络的接入连接。
所述数据网关可以接收由用户终端或者由网元发送的数据连接释放指示;随着用户 终端的业务变化等, 用户终端所需的数据连接可能发生变化; 例如, 用户需要释放某个 数据连接(例如: 用户终端关机或者终止访问某个数据网络); 此时, 用户终端向数据 网关发送数据连接释放指示; 并且, 当用户的授权信息发生变化, 不再许可接入当前数 据网 PDN时,接入网关、移动管理实体或认证授权服务器(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting, AAA Server)向数据网关发送数据连接释放指示, 具体指示方法可以通 过数据连接标识信息 (例如: 数据网名称 APN、 数据连接 ID、 数据连接 IP等), 或者 利用数据连接对应的承载标识进行指示,或者用连接释放类型来区分释放接入连接还是 释放数据连接, 即指示释放数据连接时, 连接释放类型为数据连接等;
步骤 1102: 根据所述数据连接释放指示, 数据网关向所述数据连接对应的各个接 入网关发送释放接入连接请求;
所述数据连接对应多个接入连接,则数据网关向所述多个接入连接对应的接入网关 发送释放接入连接请求; 数据网关在发送释放接入连接请求时, 可以首先向一个接入网 关发送请求, 待该接入网关将接入连接进行释放之后, 再向第二个接入网关发送第二个 请求; 或者, 也可以同时向多个接入网关发送对应的多个请求;

在本实施例中,在用户终端或者网元向数据网关发送数据连接释放指示,指示需要 释放当前的数据连接时,数据网关则向当前数据连接对应的各个接入连接的接入网关发 送释放接入连接请求, 各个接入网关根据所述释放接入连接请求, 则将与用户终端的各 个接入连接相继释放, 从而可以将正确维护用户终端的数据连接对应的各个接入连接, 也能够使得网络可以及时的获悉用户终端的接入情况,也能够正确判断业务数据传输所 用的接入连接, 不会造成数据的丢失, 提高了网络数据的传输性能。 参考图 12, 本发明实施例还提供了一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的方法实施 例五的流程图, 所述方法具体可以包括:
步骤 1201 : 数据网关通过一个接入网关接收用户终端发送的数据连接释放指示, 所述数据连接释放指示用于指示释放用户终端访问数据网的数据连接;
用户终端首先将数据连接释放指示通过所述数据连接对应的其中一个接入连接发 送至接入网关上, 再由接入网关将该指示发送至数据网关; 数据连接释放指示的具体指 示方法同方法实施例四; 假设本实施例中用户通过两个接入连接(接入网关 1和接入网 关 2)接入同一个数据连接, 则用户终端通过接入网关 1向数据网关发送该指示信息; 步骤 1202: 根据所述数据连接释放指示, 数据网关向策略控制实体发送数据连接 释放信息, 所述释放连接信息用于指示用户终端的数据连接释放的信息;

用户终端首先将数据连接释放指示通过所述数据连接对应的其中一个接入连接发 送至接入网关上, 再由接入网关将该指示发送至数据网关; 假设本实施例中用户通过两 个接入连接(接入网关 1和接入网关 2)接入同一个数据连接, 则用户终端通过接入网 关 1向数据网关发送该指示信息;

其中, 所述第二释放子模块 1404向数据连接对应的其他接入网关发送释放接入连 接请求, 由所述其他接入网关根据所述释放接入连接请求来释放与用户终端之间的接入 连接。
在本实施例中, 最初有两个接入连接(分别通过接入网关 1和接入网关 2)对应用 户的一个数据连接, 当数据连接需要释放时, 对应的两个接入连接都要被释放。接入连 接根据不同的接入网, 可以是不同的隧道连接, 例如, 3GPP网络的 GTP隧道、 EPS承 载, WLAN网络的 IPsec隧道、 MIP隧道, WiMax网络的 Data path、 EPS N3G的 PMIPv6 GRE隧道、 DSMIPv6隧道、 ΜΠ 隧道, 等等。 数据连接即指用户终端访问某个数据 网 PDN的连接, 例如: IP连接、 双栈 IP连接、 PDN连接、 IP-CAN等。 与上述本发明实施例的方法和装置实施例相对应,本发明还提供了一种在多接入系 统中释放接入连接的系统实施例的结构示意图, 参考图 15所示, 该系统具体可以包括: 释放数据连接装置 1501, 用于接收数据连接释放指示, 所述数据连接释放指示用 于指示释放所述用户终端访问数据网的数据连接; 并根据所述数据连接释放指示, 释放 所述数据连接对应的各个接入连接;
所述释放数据连接装置 1501可以集成到数据网关上, 也可以单独作为一个实体存 在, 本实施例所述的释放数据连接装置 1501可以根据用户终端发送的数据连接释放指 示, 向数据连接对应的各个接入网关发送释放连接请求。
接入网关 1502, 用于根据所述释放连接请求, 释放与所述用户终端之间的接入连 接。
在本实施例中, 所述接入网关 1502根据所述释放连接请求, 释放与所述用户终端 之间的接入连接, 就可以及时更新用户终端各个接入连接的可用状态, 使得后续可以采 用正确的接入连接传输网络数据。 其中, 当接入网关 1502在实际中包括多个(至少两 个) 时, 则所述释放数据连接装置 1501则向多个接入网关发送对应的多个释放连接请 求, 而对应的多个接入网关根据所述多个释放连接请求, 将用户终端的各个接入连接都 进行释放。
如果有策略控制功能,则数据网关根据用户终端的数据连接释放指示,还可以向所 述策略控制实体发送数据连接释放信息, 通知策略控制实体该数据连接被释放的信息; 所述数据连接释放信息具体可以包括: 数据连接标识信息 (例如: APN、 数据连接 ID、 数据连接 IP等), 或者会话标识信息等。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 参考图 16所示, 所述系统具体可以包括: 释放数据 连接装置 1601、 一个接入网关 1602和其他可用接入网关 1603, 其中:
所述释放数据连接装置 1601, 具体用于通过一个接入网关接收用户终端发送的数 据连接释放指示,所述数据连接释放指示用于指示释放所述用户终端访问数据网的数据 连接; 并根据所述数据连接释放指示, 释放所述用户终端通过所述一个接入网关的接入 连接, 并向数据连接对应的其他接入网关发送释放接入连接请求;
所述一个接入网关 1602, 具体用于转发用户终端发送的数据连接释放指示; 所述其他可用接入网关 1603, 用于根据所述释放接入连接请求释放对应的其他接 入连接。
需要说明的是,因为前述在多接入系统中释放接入连接的方法和装置介绍的十分详 尽, 所以所述在多接入系统中释放接入连接的系统实施例未详尽之处, 可以参见前述对 在多接入系统中释放接入连接的方法和装置实施例的描述, 在此不再对系统作详细描 述。

权利要求
1、 一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
数据网关接收接入连接释放指示,所述接入连接释放指示用于指示释放相应的用户 终端通过接入网的接入连接;
根据所述接入连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述用户终端通过接入网的接入连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关接收接入连接释放指 示, 包括:
数据网关接收用户终端或 /和网元发送的接入连接释放指示。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收用户终端发送的接入连接 释放指示, 包括:
数据网关通过接入网关接收用户终端发送的接入连接释放指示。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收网元发送的接入连接释放 指示, 包括:
数据网关接收以下设备中的至少一个发送的接入连接释放指示:接入网关、移动管 理实体和认证授权服务器。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述接入连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述用户终端与接入网关的接入连接, 包括:
根据所述接入连接释放指示,数据网关向与所述接入连接对应的接入网关发送释放 接入连接请求;
所述方法还包括:
所述接入网关根据所述释放接入连接请求, 释放与所述用户终端之间的接入连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关接收接入连接释放指 示之后, 还包括: 数据网关向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示;
所述策略控制实体根据所述接入信息更新指示更新所述用户终端所接入的接入网 信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述接入连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述用户终端与接入网关的接入连接之后, 还包括:
数据网关接收策略控制实体根据所述接入信息更新指示发送的第一策略控制信息, 所述第一策略控制信息用于指示数据网关将所述释放的接入连接的业务流切换至当前 数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接; 数据网关根据所述第一策略控制信息更新所述其他可用接入连接的承载。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述接入连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述用户终端与接入网关的接入连接之后, 还包括:
策略控制实体根据所述接入信息更新指示,向当前数据连接对应的其他可用接入网 关发送第二策略控制信息,所述第二策略控制信息用于指示所述其他可用接入网关更新 对应的可用接入连接的承载;
所述可用接入网关根据所述第二策略控制信息更新与用户终端之间的承载。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入信息更新指示包 含在策略会话更新消息或 Diameter会话更新消息中。
10、根据权利要求 1或 6或 7或 8所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述接入连接释放指 示或接入信息更新指示包括以下的至少一种: 接入连接标识、接入连接类型、接入网标 识、 接入网类型信息、 位置信息和连接释放类型。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入连接释放指示包含在移动 IP绑定更新消息、 切换消息或去连接消息中。
12、 一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块,用于接收接入连接释放指示,所述接入连接释放指示用于指示释放 相应的用户终端通过接入网的接入连接;
第一释放模块,用于根据所述接入连接释放指示,释放所述用户终端通过接入网的 接入连接。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一接收模块, 具体用于接 收用户终端或 /和网元发送的接入连接释放指示。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一接收模块具体用于通过 接入网关接收用户终端发送的接入连接释放指示,所述接入连接释放指示用于指示释放 所述用户终端与接入网关之间的接入连接。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一接收模块具体用于接收 以下设备中的至少一个发送的接入连接释放指示: 接入网关、移动管理实体和认证授权 服务器。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一释放模块具体用于根据 所述接入连接释放指示, 向与所述接入连接对应的接入网关发送释放接入连接请求。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一发送模块, 用于向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二接收模块,用于接收策略控制实体根据所述接入信息更新指示向数据网关发送 的第一策略控制信息,所述第一策略控制信息用于指示数据网关将所述释放的接入连接 的业务流切换至当前数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接;
第一更新模块, 用于根据所述第一策略控制信息更新所述其他可用接入连接的承 载。
19、 一种策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
第三接收模块, 用于接收数据网关发送的接入信息更新指示;
第二更新模块,用于根据所所述接入信息更新指示,更新用户终端所接入的接入网 信息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二发送模块, 用于根据所述接入信息更新指示向数据网关发送第一策略控制信 息,所述第一策略控制信息用于指示将所述释放的接入连接的业务流切换至当前数据连 接对应的其他可用接入连接。
21、 根据权利要求 19所述的策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三发送模块,用于根据所述接入信息更新指示向当前数据连接对应的其他可用接 入网关发送第二策略控制信息,所述第二策略控制信息用于指示所述其他可用接入网关 更新对应的可用接入连接的承载。
22、 一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
释放接入连接装置,用于接收接入连接释放指示,所述接入连接释放指示用于指示 释放相应的用户终端通过接入网的接入连接, 根据所述接入连接释放指示, 释放所述用 户终端通过接入网的接入连接, 并向策略控制实体发送接入信息更新指示;
策略控制实体,用于根据所述接入信息更新指示,更新用户终端所接入的接入网信 息。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述策略控制实体, 还用于向数 据网关发送第一策略控制信息,所述第一策略控制信息用于指示数据网关将所述释放的 接入连接的业务流切换至当前数据连接对应的其他可用接入连接;
所述释放接入连接装置,还用于根据所述第一策略控制信息更新所述其他可用接入 连接的承载。
24、 根据权利要求 22所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 当前数据连接 对应的其他可用接入网关; 所述策略控制实体,还用于根据所述接入信息更新指示, 向所述其他可用接入网关 发送第二策略控制信息,所述第二策略控制信息用于指示所述其他可用接入网关更新对 应的可用接入连接的承载;
所述其他可用接入网关,用于根据所述第二策略控制信息更新与用户终端之间的承 载。
25、 一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
数据网关接收数据连接释放指示,所述数据连接释放指示用于指示释放相应的用户 终端访问数据网的数据连接;
根据所述数据连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述数据连接对应的各个接入连接。
26、根据权利要求 25所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述根据所述数据连接更新指示, 数据网关释放所述数据连接对应的各个接入连接, 包括:
数据网关向所述各个接入连接对应的各个接入网关发送释放连接请求;
所述方法还包括:
所述各个接入网关根据所述释放连接请求,释放与所述用户终端之间的各个接入连 接。
27、 根据权利要求 25所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关接收数据连接释放 指示, 包括:
数据网关接收用户终端或 /和网元发送的数据连接释放指示。
28、 根据权利要求 27所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收用户终端发送的数据连 接释放指示, 包括:
数据网关通过一个接入网关接收用户终端发送的数据连接释放指示,则所述根据所 述数据连接释放指示, 数据网关释放所述数据连接对应的各个接入连接, 包括:
数据网关根据所述数据连接释放指示释放所述用户终端通过所述一个接入网关的 接入连接;
数据网关根据所述数据连接释放指示向数据连接对应的其他接入网关发送释放接 入连接请求;
所述方法还包括:
所述其他接入网关释放对应的其他接入连接。
29、 根据权利要求 25所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据网关接收用户终端发送 的数据连接释放指示之后, 还包括:
根据所述数据连接释放指示,数据网关向策略控制实体发送数据连接释放信息,所 述释放连接信息用于指示用户终端的数据连接释放的信息。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据连接释放信息包括以下 的至少一种: 数据连接标识信息、 会话标识信息和连接释放类型。
31、 一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第四接收模块,用于接收数据连接释放指示,所述数据连接释放指示用于指示释放 相应的用户终端访问数据网的数据连接;
第二释放模块,用于根据所述数据连接释放指示,释放所述数据连接对应的各个接 入连接。
32、 根据权利要求 31所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二释放模块, 具体用于向 所述各个接入连接对应的各个接入网关发送释放连接请求。
33、 根据权利要求 31所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第四接收模块具体用于接收 用户终端或 /和网元发送的数据连接释放指示。
34、 根据权利要求 33所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第四接收模块具体用于通过 一个接入网关接收用户终端发送的数据连接释放指示, 则所述第二释放模块, 包括- 第一释放子模块,用于根据所述数据连接释放指示释放所述用户终端通过所述一个 接入网的接入连接;
第二释放子模块,用于根据所述数据连接释放指示向数据连接对应的其他接入网关 发送释放接入连接请求。
35、 根据权利要求 33所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第四发送模块,用于根据所述数据连接释放指示, 向策略控制实体发送数据连接释 放信息, 所述数据连接释放信息用于指示所述用户终端的数据连接释放的信息。
36、 一种在多接入系统中释放接入连接的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
释放数据连接装置,用于接收数据连接释放指示,所述数据连接释放指示用于指示 释放所述用户终端访问数据网的数据连接; 并根据所述数据连接释放指示, 向所述数据 网关对应的接入网关发送释放连接请求;
接入网关, 用于根据所述释放连接请求, 释放与所述用户终端之间的接入连接。
37、 根据权利要求 36所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述释放数据连接装置, 具体用 于通过一个接入网关接收用户终端发送的数据连接释放指示,所述数据连接释放指示用 于指示释放所述用户终端访问数据网的数据连接; 并根据所述数据连接释放指示, 释放 所述用户终端通过所述一个接入网关的接入连接,并向数据连接对应的其他接入网关发 送释放接入连接请求; 则所述接入网关具体包括所述一个接入网关和其他可用接入网关,所述一个接入网 关用于转发用户终端发送的数据连接释放指示,所述其他可用接入网关用于根据所述释 放接入连接请求释放对应的其他接入连接。
