在移动通信系统中存在大量的测量信息上报场景, 下面以 3G和 2G系 统的基站控制器( Base Station Controller, BSC )和无线网络控制器( Radio network Controller , RNC )网元之间接口的小区负荷公共测量类型为例, 阐 述本发明的实际应用。

为了实现循环检测并在新的测量报告的基础上开始检测, 该步骤需根 据测量上报周期字段重新设定定时器 Tl。
图 2Β为本发明测量报告长周期对应定时器 Τ2触发的处理流程图, 具 体为:
步骤 2B01 : 当定时期 Τ2周期到达时, 不管当前测量报告和历史测量 报告值之差的绝对值是否在测量报告波动门限范围之内, 都将本地当前的 测量报告上报给 RNC, 同时更新到本地的历史测量报告值;
步骤 2Β02: 重新启动测量报告周期对应的定时器 T1和测量报告长周 期对应定时器 Τ2。
图 3 为本发明所述网元间测量报告上报系统的逻辑结构图, 包括测量 发起方和测量的上报方, 测量的发起方通过初始化消息将测量报告波动门 限字段、 测量上报周期字段及测量上报长周期字段通知给测量的上报方。 本发明一优选实施例中只釆用波动门限字段作为上报的触发条件, 由波动 门限判断模块判断当前的测量报告与历史测量报告之差是否在所述波动门 限范围之内, 如果不在波动门限范围之内则通知测量上报模块将当前的测 量报告上报给测量的发起方。 本发明另一优选实施例中, 在测量的上报方 还包括第一定时器模块, 该定时器的定时周期设定为所述测量上报周期字 段的值, 在定时周期到时触发波动门限判断模块执行; 本发明另一优先实 施例中除包括第一定时器模块外, 还包括第二定时器模块, 该定时器的定 时周期设定为所述测量上报长周期字段的值, 在定时周期到时通知强制上 报当前测得的测量报告。
综上所述, 通过本发明的上述实施例, 釆用利用此测量上报方法中的 长短周期以及测量报告的允许波动区间, 既可以减少测量报告消息的消息 量, 又可以使得测量的发起方较准确的掌握测量对象的测量值。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种网元间测量报告上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
测量的上报方判决当前的测量报告和本地维护的历史测量报告的差值 是否在波动门限之内, 如果是, 则不向测量的发起方上报测量报告; 否则 测量的上报方向测量的发起方上报所述当前的测量报告, 同时把所述当前 测量报告的值更新到本地维护的历史测量报告中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
在所述测量的上报方执行所述判决之前, 测量的发起方向测量的上报 方发送初始化请求消息, 该消息中携带测量报告波动门限字段及测量上报 周期字段;
测量的上报方在每次测量上报周期到达时或到达前收集测量报告信 息, 当测量上报周期到达时判断当前的测量报告与本地维护的历史测量报 告的差值是否在测量报告波动门限范围之内, 若是, 则测量的上报方在当 前测量上报周期到达时不向测量的发起方上报本测量报告; 否则在当前测 量上报周期到达时测量的上报方向测量的发起方上报测量报告。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在测量的发起方向测量 的上报方发送的初始化请求消息还携带测量上报长周期字段, 所述测量上 报长周期大于等于所述测量上报周期;
测量的上报方在每次测量上报长周期到达时, 不管当前的测量报告与 历史测量报告的差值是否在测量报告波动门限范围之内, 都向测量报告的 发起方上报测量报告。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述当前的测量报告 为测量的上报方第一次获得的测量报告, 则直接上报当前的测量报告, 并 将当前的测量报告设置为历史测量报告。
5、 一种网元间测量报告上报的系统, 其特征在于, 包括测量的上报方 和测量的发起方;
所述测量的发起方用于向测量的上"¾方发送初始化请求消息, 该消息 中携带测量报告波动门限字段;
测量的上报方包括:
波动门限判断模块: 用于根据所述初始化请求消息中的测量报告波动 门限字段值判断当前的测量报告与历史测量报告的差值是否在设定的测量 报告波动门限范围内;
测量上报模块: 用于在当前的测量报告与历史测量报告的差值不在设 定的测量报告波动门限范围内时上报测量报告, 并将当前测得的测量报告 设置为历史测量报告。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述测量的发起方向测量的上报方发送的初始化请求消息中还携带测 量上报周期字段;
所述测量的上报方还包括:
第一定时器模块: 用于根据所述测量上报周期字段设定的测量报告上 报周期, 周期性地触发所述波动门限判断模块执行。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述测量的发起方 向测量的上报方发送的初始化请求消息中还携带测量上报长周期字段; 所述测量的上报方还包括:
第二定时器模块: 用于根据所述测量上报长周期字段设定的测量报告 上报长周期, 周期性地触发测量上报模块强制上报当前的测量报告。
