由于未来 MTC设备的数量可能会非常庞大,甚至数倍于当前人类用户, 而且 MTC设备的通信大部分具有相同的规律, 如定时发送数据, 就会出现 大量 MTC设备同时接入网络导致网络拥塞的情况发生。 目前标准对网络拥 塞 /过载控制提出了很多解决方法。 如当 MME ( Mobility Management Entity , 移动性管理实体) /SGSN ( Servicing GPRS Support Node, 服务 GPRS支撑节 点)发生拥塞,根据 MME/SGSN的拥塞程度, MME/SGSN会通知 eNB/RNC ( Radio Network Controller, 无线网络控制器) 不同的动作, 如禁止 "time tolerant (时间容忍 ) "的设备接入, 或者禁止 MO ( Mobile Originated: 主叫 ) 数据的设备接入, 或者禁止除了紧急业务的所有业务接入等, 其中 MME是 SAE ( System Architecture Evolution , 系统架构演进) /LTE ( Long Term Evalution, 长期演进) 网络的核心网设备, SGSN是 2G/3G网络的核心网设 备, eNB是 SAE/LTE网络的无线接入设备, RNC是 2G/3G网络的无线接入 设备。 这样 eNB/RNC就会禁止对应的设备接入, 避免造成 MME/SGSN进 一步过载。 此外接入到 MME/SGSN的 UE或 MTC设备, MME/SGSN也会 根据其拥塞程度或者 HSS ( Home Subscriber Server, 归属用户服务器)等其 它节点拥塞情况, 从而拒绝 UE或 MTC设备的接入。
但是, 有些 UE, 尤其是 MTC设备, 由于软硬件故障或其他原因, 会导 致其不断接入网络, 例如, 自动售货机会定期或者事件触发地连接服务器报 告其销售状况或货物情况, 售货机在要发送该数据时, 启动通信模块, 通信 模块发起附着请求到网络, 网络为通信模块建立 IP和承载, 然后通信模块 在承载上发送数据到对应的 MTC应用服务器。 如果 MTC应用服务器发生 故障导致数据发送不成功, 售货机的应用层可能认为是通信故障, 然后重启 通信模块, 再次发起附着请求, 但数据发送仍然不成功, 于是, 售货机不断 重启通信模块, 通信模块不断附着网络, 网络不断为其分配 IP和承载, 并 尝试发送数据, 循环此过程。
目前现有技术的解决方案是: 当大量售货机都循环上述过程, 将导致 MTC应用服务器对应的 APN ( Access Point Name, 接入点名)拥塞, 即该 APN已建立了大量的 PDN ( Packet Data Network, 分组数据网络 )连接和 承载, MME获取了 APN拥塞的信息 (根据建立的 PDN连接或对应的承载 数量是否达到门限 ), 然后 MME会将所有签约该 APN的 MTC设备的附着 请求拒绝, 并发送一个退避计时器(backoff timer ), 指示 MTC设备在该时 间内不能重新发起附着。 该方法是在 MME经过大量 MTC设备的接入导致 APN拥塞后, 对后面接入的 MTC设备进行拥塞控制。
但是,由于某 UE或 MTC设备自身出现故障或者 MTC应用服务器出现 故障, 导致该 UE或 MTC设备不断发起附着请求或其他请求, 但是该 APN 并没有拥塞, 而网络也能接受该请求(而不是拒绝), 但该 UE或 MTC设备 却又重起或重新发起相同的或不同请求, 导致 UE或 MTC设备不断重复接 入, 而且网络又不断接受这些接入, 增加了网络开销, 浪费了信令(没有数 据发送, 不会计费), 也增加了 UE或 MTC设备的电池消耗。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种针对用户设备的重复接入检测和限制的方法、 装置、 用户设备和系统, 能够减少系统资源消耗。
一方面, 提供了一种重复接入检测和限制的方法, 包括: 根据用户设备 的签约信息或核心网节点的配置检测在预定时间内上述用户设备发起的接 入的次数; 在上述接入的次数大于或等于预定阈值时, 执行用于限制上述用 户设备接入的动作。
另一方面, 提供了一种重复接入限制的方法, 包括: 接收拒绝消息, 上 述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入消息的特定类型和退避时间; 在退避时间内停止 发起上述特定类型的接入。

如图 1所示, MTC应用的架构中主要包含 MTC设备 ( MTC Device ) 、
MTC应用服务器(MTC Server ) 、 网络部分(其中包括接入网网元、 核心 网网元、 HSS等逻辑功能体) 。 在 MTC应用服务器上, 存储 M2M设备或 者群相关的数据或者信息, 用以提供 MTC服务或相关信息, 例如, MTC应 用服务器可以是水电表抄表处理服务器。 MTC设备就是所谓的"机器设备", 如自动售货机的通信设施或煤气、 水电读表器等。 网络提供 MTC应用服务 器到 MTC设备之间的通信, 可以是 3GPP网络(如 GSM或 UMTS或 SAE 系统),也可以是其他非 3GPP网络(如 WiMAX等),本发明主要基于 3GPP 网络进行说明。
本发明的实施例以 3GPP SAE/LTE为例进行介绍,本领域技术人员可以 理解其也适用于其他网络如 2G/3G GSM/UMTS网络或 WiMAX、 3GPP2等 网络, 只是节点名称等不同, 原理相同, 不再赘述。 本发明的实施例可以针 对 UE也可以针对 MTC设备进行描述, 以下, 将以 UE作为终端来进行本 发明实施例的描述。

图 4是根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测的另一方法的流程图。 如图 4 所示, 在该重复接入检测和方法 20中, 首先在 201 , 根据用户设备的签约信 息或核心网节点的配置, 确定是否进行重复接入检测。 如果否, 则在 206, 不做额外处理, 完成其它流程。 如果是, 则在 202, 在检测到 UE发起接入 (即, 如上所述配置的某种特定类型的接入信息, 该信息可以配置在 UE中 或保存在 UE的签约信息中 )时,触发检测本次接入时间丁#减去记录的接入 时间 Τ* (如果没有记录的接入时间, 则认为 Τ*=Τ# )是否小于 Τ ( Τ是在核 心网节点配置中或 UE的签约信息中设置的预定时间参数) 。 如果否, 且记 录的接入次数 Ν*小于预定阈值 Ν ( Ν是在核心网节点配置或 UE的签约信 息中设置的预定接入次数参数), 则在 203, 修改记录的接入时间 Τ*等于本 次接入时间 Τ#, 并设置接入次数 N*=l。 如果是, 则在 204, 保持记录的接 入时间 T*不变, 并且将接入次数 Ν*加 1。 然后在 205, 检查接入次数 Ν*是 否等于或者大于预定阈值 Ν。 如果否, 则在 206, 不做额外处理, 完成其它 流程。 否则, 在 207, 触发限制重复接入的动作: 如拒绝本次接入, 并且给 UE退避计时器, 要求 UE在该退避计时器指示的时间内禁止发起相同类型 或多种类型的接入, 或者通知 MTC应用服务器, 或者是如上所述的其他动 作。 这些动作可以选择一个或多个同时执行。
通过如图 3或如图 4所示的重复接入检测的方法, 能够检测到如果在时 间 Τ内, UE发起了 Ν (或以上)次某类型接入, 那么触发一定的动作, 避 免 UE不断地重复接入而导致网络开销增加和消耗了 UE的电池寿命。而且, 所述重复接入检测的方法可以仅在 UE发起某特定类型接入时才触发, 平时 只须记录对应 UE的时间参数、 接入次数参数和特定接入类型参数, 网络开 销小。 这里的时间参数指的是如图 3的方法中的各次接入的接入时间 Tl、
Τ2 Τη以及预定时间 Τ, 或如图 4的方法中的本次接入时间 Τ#、 记录 的接入时间 Τ*和预定时间 Τ。 并且接入次数参数指的是如图 3 的方法中的 Τη-Τ时间内的接入次数, 或如图 4的方法中的接入次数 Ν*和预定阈值 Ν。
另外, 在如图 4所示的重复接入检测方法中还可以设置, 当 UE发起不 同类型的接入, 是否重置 Ν*, 即当 UE穿插不同类型接入时, 是否"重复接 入"的效果被打断。 通过根据不同类型的接入来选择性地重置 Ν* , 可以实现 对 UE的各种不同类型的接入的更加精细的控制, 从而改进本发明实施例的 重复接入检测和限制的方法的功能性。
当拒绝 UE的接入时, 可以由核心网节点向 UE发送拒绝消息, 所述拒 绝消息可以携带具体的拒绝原因 (如重复接入拒绝)和退避计时器, 甚至通 知 UE在该时间内不能发起哪些消息的接入, 使得 UE在该时间内不会发起 指定类型的接入。
也就是说, 在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的方法中, 在执 行限制重复接入的动作时既可以在核心网节点限制用户设备的接入,也可以 不在核心网节点侧执行用户设备的接入, 而是通过向用户设备发送指示限制 该用户设备的接入的拒绝消息, 来在用户设备一侧实现该用户设备的重复接 入的限制。 并且, 当在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的方法中确 定需要限制的一个或多个特定类型的接入时,可以在拒绝消息中包括需要限 定的特定接入的类型的信息, 这样, 用户设备可以通过接收的拒绝消息中的 该信息, 停止向核心网节点发送所指示的特定类型的接入消息, 从而不发起 与所述特定类型的接入消息对应的特定类型的接入。 这样, 通过将限制接入 消息发送的功能设置在用户设备侧, 可以降低核心网节点侧的设备的成本, 并提高用户使用的便利性。
图 5是示出了根据本发明实施例的重复接入限制的方法 30的示意性流 程图。 该方法 30主要由用户设备执行。
如图 5所示, 根据本发明实施例的重复接入限制的方法 30包括:
301 , 接收拒绝消息, 所述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入消息的特定类型和 退避时间。
302, 在退避时间内停止发起所述特定类型的接入。
如上所述, 通过将限制接入的功能设置在用户设备侧, 可以降低核心网 节点侧的设备的成本, 并提高用户使用的便利性。
图 6是示出了根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置的示意性 框图。 如图 6所示, 根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置 400包 括:
重复接入检测单元 401 , 用于根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的 配置来检测在预定时间内所述用户设备发起的接入的次数。
重复接入限制单元 402,用于在所述接入的次数大于或等于预定阈值时, 执行用于限制所述用户设备接入的动作。
在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置中,重复接入检测单 元 401可以进一步包括: 接入类型确定单元, 用于根据用户设备的签约信息 或核心网节点的配置来确定需要进行重复接入检测和限制的接入类型; 其 中, 重复接入检测单元 401对于需要进行重复接入检测和限制的一个或多个 特定类型的接入,检测在预定时间内所述用户设备发起的所述一个或多个特 定类型的接入的次数, 重复接入限制单元 402在所述一个或多个特定类型的 接入的次数大于或等于预定阈值时,执行用于限制所述用户设备的一个或多 个特定类型的接入的动作。
在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置中,用于限制用户设 备接入的动作是以下动作中的一个或多个: 拒绝所述用户设备的接入, 并向 用户设备分配退避计时器,使得用户设备在该退避计时器指示的时间内不得 进行接入; 通过核心网节点通知机器类型通信应用服务器该检测事件, 并由 机器类型通信应用服务器限制用户设备的接入; 限制由用户配置或网络指示 的一个或多个类型的接入或任何类型的接入。
在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置中, 重复接入检测单 元 401被配置为: 根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置, 在检测到 所述用户设备发起接入时, 记录第 n次接入的接入时间 Tn, 其中 η是正整 数; 检测 Τη-Τ时间内的接入的次数, 其中 Τ是核心网节点的配置或用户设 备的签约信息中设置的预定时间参数; 重复接入限制单元 402被配置为在 Τη-Τ时间内接入次数大于或等于预定阈值 Ν时,删除所有记录的接入信息, 其中 Ν是在核心网节点的配置或用户设备的签约信息中设置的预定接入次 数参数。
在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置中, 重复接入检测单 元 401被配置为: 根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置, 在检测到 所述用户设备发起接入时, 触发检测本次接入时间 Τ#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*是否大于 Τ,其中 Τ是核心网节点的配置或用户设备的签约信息中设置的 预定时间参数, 且在没有记录的接入时间时令 τ*=τ#; 在检测到本次接入时 间 Τ#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*大于 Τ时,令记录的接入时间 Τ*等于本次接入 时间 Τ#,并设置接入次数 N*=l;在检测到本次接入时间丁#减去记录的接入 时间 Τ*小于或等于 Τ 时, 保持记录的接入时间 Τ*不变, 并且将接入次数 Ν*加 1; 重复接入限制单元 402被配置为在接入次数 Ν*等于或者大于预定 阈值 Ν时执行用于限制所述用户设备接入的动作, 其中 Ν是在核心网节点 的配置或用户设备的签约信息中设置的预定接入次数参数。
在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置中, 重复接入检测单 元 401可以进一步包括存储单元,用于存储第 η次接入的接入时间 Tn和 Τη-Τ 时间内的接入的次数, 或者用于存储本次接入时间 Τ#、 记录的接入时间 Τ* 和接入次数 Ν*。
在根据本发明实施例的重复接入检测和限制的装置中, 重复接入限制单 元 402可以进一步包括拒绝消息发送单元, 用于当拒绝用户设备的接入时, 向用户设备发送拒绝消息, 所述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入消息的特定类型和 退避时间, 以指令用户设备在退避时间内不能发起特定类型的接入。
图 7是示出了根据本发明实施例的用户设备的示意性框图。如图 7所示, 用户设备 500包括:
消息接收单元 501 , 用于接收拒绝消息, 所述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入 消息的特定类型和退避时间。
接入限制单元 502, 用于根据拒绝消息在退避时间内停止发起所述特定 类型的接入。
如上所述,在执行限制重复接入的动作时既可以在核心网节点侧限制用 户设备的接入, 也可以在用户设备侧限制用户设备的接入。 这可以通过从核 心网节点侧向用户设备发送指示限制该用户设备的接入的拒绝消息来实现。 并且,该拒绝消息中可以包括需要限定的特定接入消息的类型的信息,这样, 用户设备可以通过接收的拒绝消息中的该信息,停止向核心网节点发送所指 示的特定类型的接入消息, 从而不发起与所述特定类型的接入消息对应的特 定类型的接入。 这样, 通过将限制接入消息发送的功能设置在用户设备侧, 可以降低核心网节点侧设备的成本, 并提高用户使用的便利性。
另外,根据本发明实施例的系统可包括上述重复接入检测和限制的装置 或用户设备。
图 8是示出了根据本发明实施例的系统的示意性框图。 如图 8所示, 系 统 600包括重复接入检测和限制装置 601和用户设备 602。
上述重复接入检测和限制装置 601可以是如上所述的任意一个重复接入 限制和限制的装置或其组合。上述用户设备 602可以是如上参考图 7所述的 用户设备。
本发明的实施例提供了一种重复接入检测和限制的装置、 方法和系统, 通过核心网配置或者签约配置,对所有或签约有重复接入检测和限制要求的 UE或 MTC设备进行重复接入的检测和限制。 重复接入的消息类型可以配 置,检测事件满足后,检测的动作可以配置或者固定。重复接入检测具体为, 在时间 T内重复接入 N次或以上次某类接入时, 执行动作, 该动作可以是 通知 UE在特定时间内禁止发起相同类型接入, 或者通知 MTC应用服务器, 或其他动作。
通过重复接入检测和限制的装置、方法和系统,在网络没有拥塞情况下, 也能对由于 UE或 MTC设备由于自身故障或通信对端故障情况引起的重复 接入进行控制。 避免网络的信令开销增加和 UE的电力消耗。 本发明以 SAE 网络为主进行介绍, 但是本领域技术人员可以理解其也 适用于其他网络如 2G/3G GSM/UMTS网络或 WiMAX、 3GPP2等网络, 仅 是节点数量或具体参数有所不同。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各 示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 计算机软件或者二者的结合来实 现, 为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性, 在上述说明中已经按照功能一 般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执 行, 取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个 特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超 出本发明的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和筒洁, 上述描 述的系统、 装置和单元的具体工作过程, 可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应 过程, 在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中, 应该理解到, 所揭露的系统、 装置和 方法, 可以通过其它的方式实现。 例如, 以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示 意性的, 例如, 所述单元的划分, 仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分, 实际实现时可 以有另外的划分方式, 例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个 系统, 或一些特征可以忽略, 或不执行。 另一点, 所显示或讨论的相互之间 的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口, 装置或单元的间接耦合 或通信连接, 可以是电性, 机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作 为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地方, 或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或 者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元 中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在, 也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一 个单元中。 上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现, 也可以采用软件功 能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销 售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方 案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在 一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算 机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部 分步骤。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器(ROM, Read-Only Memory )、 随机存取存储器 ( RAM, Random Access Memory )、 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种重复接入检测和限制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置检测在预定时间内所述 用户设备发起的接入的次数;
在所述接入的次数大于或等于预定阈值时,执行用于限制所述用户设备 接入的动作。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据用户设备的签约信 息或核心网节点的配置检测在预定时间内所述用户设备发起的接入的次数 包括:
根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置确定需要进行重复接入 检测和限制的接入类型;
对于需要进行重复接入检测和限制的一个或多个特定类型的接入,检测 在预定时间内所述用户设备发起的所述一个或多个特定类型的接入的次数。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于限制用户设备 接入的动作是以下动作中的一个或多个:
拒绝所述用户设备的接入, 并向用户设备分配退避计时器, 使得用户设 备在该退避计时器指示的时间内不得进行接入;
通知机器类型通信应用服务器该检测事件,并由机器类型通信应用服务 器限制用户设备的接入;
限制由用户配置或网络指示的一个或多个类型的接入或任何类型的接 入。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根 据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置检测在预定时间内所述用户设 备发起的接入的次数包括:
根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置,在检测到所述用户设备 发起接入时, 记录第 n次接入的接入时间 Tn, 其中 η是正整数;
检测 Τη-Τ时间内的接入的次数, 其中 Τ是核心网节点的配置或用户设 备的签约信息中设置的预定时间参数;
在所述接入的次数大于或等于预定阈值时,执行用于限制所述用户设备 接入的动作包括: 在 Τη-Τ时间内接入次数大于或等于预定阈值 Ν时, 删除 所有记录的接入信息,其中 Ν是在核心网节点的配置或用户设备的签约信息 中设置的预定接入次数参数。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根 据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置检测在预定时间内所述用户设 备发起的接入的次数包括:
根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置,在检测到所述用户设备 发起接入时,触发检测本次接入时间 T#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*是否大于 Τ, 其中 Τ是核心网节点的配置或用户设备的签约信息中设置的预定时间参数, 且在没有记录的接入时间时令 Τ*=Τ#;
在检测到本次接入时间 Τ#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*大于 Τ时, 令记录的 接入时间 Τ*等于本次接入时间 Τ#, 并设置接入次数 N*=l;
在检测到本次接入时间 Τ#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*小于或等于 Τ时, 保 持记录的接入时间 Τ*不变, 并且将接入次数 Ν*加 1;
在所述接入的次数大于或等于预定阈值时,执行用于限制所述用户设备 接入的动作包括: 在接入次数 Ν*等于或者大于预定阈值 Ν时执行用于限制 所述用户设备接入的动作,其中 Ν是在核心网节点的配置或用户设备的签约 信息中设置的预定接入次数参数。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括:
存储第 η次接入的接入时间 Τη和 Τη-Τ时间内的接入的次数。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括:
存储本次接入时间 Τ#、 记录的接入时间 Τ*和接入次数 Ν*。
8. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接入的次数大于 或等于预定阈值时, 执行用于限制所述用户设备接入的动作包括: 向用户设 备发送拒绝消息, 所述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入消息的特定类型和退避时 间, 以指令用户设备在所述退避时间内停止发起所述特定类型的接入。
9. 一种重复接入限制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收拒绝消息,所述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入消息的特定类型和退避时 间;
在所述退避时间内停止发起所述特定类型的接入。
10. 一种重复接入检测和限制的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
重复接入检测单元,用于根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置 检测在预定时间内所述用户设备发起的接入的次数; 重复接入限制单元, 用于在所述接入的次数大于或等于预定阈值时, 执 行用于限制所述用户设备接入的动作。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述重复接入检测单元根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置 确定需要进行重复接入检测和限制的接入类型,对于需要进行重复接入检测 和限制的一个或多个特定类型的接入,检测在预定时间内所述用户设备发起 的所述一个或多个特定类型的接入的次数,
所述重复接入限制单元在所述一个或多个特定类型的接入的次数大于 或等于预定阈值时,执行用于限制所述用户设备的一个或多个特定类型的接 入的动作。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述用于限制用户设 备接入的动作是以下动作中的一个或多个:
拒绝所述用户设备的接入, 并向用户设备分配退避计时器, 使得用户设 备在该退避计时器指示的时间内不得进行接入;
通过核心网设备通知机器类型通信应用服务器该检测事件,并由机器类 型通信应用服务器限制用户设备的接入; 。
限制由用户配置或网络指示的一个或多个类型的接入或任何类型的接 入。
13. 根据权利要求 10或 11中任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 重复接入检测单元被配置为:
根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置,在检测到所述用户设备 发起接入时, 记录第 n次接入的接入时间 Tn, 其中 η是正整数;
检测 Τη-Τ时间内的接入的次数, 其中 Τ是核心网节点的配置或用户设 备的签约信息中设置的预定时间参数;
所述重复接入限制单元被配置为在 Τη-Τ时间内接入次数大于或等于预 定阈值 Ν时, 删除所有记录的接入信息, 其中 Ν是在核心网节点的配置或 用户设备的签约信息中设置的预定接入次数参数。
14. 根据权利要求 10或 11中任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 重复接入检测单元被配置为:
根据用户设备的签约信息或核心网节点的配置,在检测到所述用户设备 发起接入时,触发检测本次接入时间 Τ#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*是否大于 Τ, 其中 T是核心网节点的配置或用户设备的签约信息中设置的预定时间参数, 且在没有记录的接入时间时令 τ*=τ#;
在检测到本次接入时间 Τ#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*大于 Τ时, 令记录的 接入时间 Τ*等于本次接入时间 Τ#, 并设置接入次数 N*=l;
在检测到本次接入时间 Τ#减去记录的接入时间 Τ*小于或等于 Τ时, 保 持记录的接入时间 Τ*不变, 并且将接入次数 Ν*加 1;
所述重复接入限制单元被配置为在接入次数 Ν*等于或者大于预定阈值 Ν时执行用于限制所述用户设备接入的动作,其中 Ν是在核心网节点的配置 或用户设备的签约信息中设置的预定接入次数参数。
15. 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述重复接入限制单 元向用户设备发送拒绝消息, 所述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入消息的特定类型 和退避时间, 以指令用户设备在退避时间内不能发起特定类型的接入。
16. 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于接收拒绝消息, 所述拒绝消息携带拒绝的接入消息 的特定类型和退避时间;
接入限制单元,用于根据拒绝消息在所述退避时间内停止发起所述特定 类型的接入。
17. 一种系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
如权利要求 10-15中任一项所述的的装置, 或者,
如权利要求 16所述的用户设备。
