工作使用时, 将所要粉碎的果蔬等材料通过入料口的放入料杯 15, 可以 根据需要调节入料口调节钮, 使入料口变大或变小, 加好材料后调节入料口 调节钮使入孔封闭。 然后开启动力驱动装置, 搅拌轴 100带动刀具 23高速 旋转, 刀具将料杯 15 内的果蔬等材料粉碎, 完成粉碎过程。 然后拿下动力 驱动装置, 提起料杯 15, 果蔬料通过料杯 15的下口和料杯座 101内设有下 料孔 102下落到面膜成型盘 28上, 这时可以面膜成型盘 28固定不动, 用手 或利用齿轮驱动装置或皮带驱动装置转动转动面膜顶盖 27,将果蔬料摊铺均 匀, 也可以使面膜顶盘 27不动, 使用齿轮传动装置或皮带传动装置转动面 膜成型盘 28, 将果蔬料摊铺均匀。 面膜摊铺完成后过几分钟即可使用。

1、 果蔬面膜机, 包括搅拌粉碎装置和面膜成型装置, 其特征在 于: 所述搅拌粉碎装置设在面膜成型装置上部, 所述搅拌粉碎装置包 括料杯、 搅拌轴、 料杯塞、 料杯座, 搅拌轴竖直设置在料杯中央, 搅 拌轴上设有刀具, 料杯塞设在料杯座上并与料杯底部开口紧密配合, 料杯上口设有入料口固定盖,搅拌轴上端和下端分别与入料口固定盖 和料杯座转动连接, 料杯座内设有下料孔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述面膜 成型装置包括面膜顶盖、刮刀、面膜成型盘和成型盘底座,面膜顶盖、 面膜成型盘和成型盘底座自上而下设置,面膜顶盖与料杯座为一体结 构,刮刀水平固定设在面膜顶盖下部,面膜成型盘设在成型盘底座上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述面膜 成型盘底部中央垂直设有转轴,转轴向下凸出于成型盘底座并与其转 动连接, 转轴下端传动连接有传动装置, 传动装置安装在成型盘底座 盖内,传动装置的动力输入轴上端凸出于成型盘底座上, 成型盘底座 与成型盘底座盖通过螺栓固定连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述搅拌 轴上端或传动装置的动力输入轴上端传动连接有动力驱动装置。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述动力 驱动装置包括与搅拌轴或传动装置的动力输入轴传动连接的电机,电 机外部设有电机手柄, 电机手柄表面设有防滑嵌条。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述动力 驱动装置为手摇装置。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述 成型盘底座上端内壁与料杯外壁之间设有料杯固定环。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述面膜 成型盘上设有安装孔, 安装孔内卡接有面膜成型盘搭勾。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述传动 装置为齿轮传动装置或皮带传动装置,传动装置为电动机构或手动机 构。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的果蔬面膜机, 其特征在于: 所述面膜 顶盘传动连接有齿轮驱动装置或皮带驱动装置,齿轮驱动装置或皮带 驱动装置为电动机构或手动机构。
