灯罩 6为半透明的白色材料的注塑件,其横截面为具有开口的圆 弧形, 该灯罩通过一个卡接装置保持在灯座 1的两连接壁 2、 11上。 卡接装置具有在灯罩的开口上被加工成外翻的两个相背设置的卡边 4、 10, 两连接壁 2、 11的相对壁面上各有与灯罩 6上的每一卡边相 应的卡槽 3或 9, 灯罩 6上的两个卡边 4、 10卡于两连接壁上对应的 卡槽 3、 9中。
为了使用更为方便,本实用新型还包括一个可将日光灯固定在支 撑物上的固定装置,该固定装置包括在灯座 1两侧面上沿长度方向的 一对凹槽 15、 18和安装卡 16, 在安装卡上设置有若干安装孔 17,通 过螺钉可以将安装卡固定在支撑物上, 安装卡两端分别设置有卡头 19, 卡头扣在灯座凹槽上。
如图 3所示,给出了灯罩与灯座连接的另一种结构,在该结构中, 卡接装置具有在灯罩 6 的开口上被加工成内翻的两个相对设置的卡 边 4' 、 10' , 两间接壁 2、 11的外侧面上各有与灯罩 6上每一卡边 相应的卡槽 3' 或 9' , 灯罩 6上的两个卡边 4' 、 10' 卡置于连接 壁 2、 11上对应的卡槽 3 ' 、 9 ' 中, 从而将灯罩 6保持在灯座 1上。
如图 1所示, 在灯罩两端套置有灯管 21, 灯盖通过连接装置与
灯条 5相固定, 该连接装置包括连接件 22, 连接件 22紧贴灯管内壁 上, 在灯管内壁上设有一定位块 23, 在连接件 22上设置有与定位块 相配合的定位槽 H 使得连接件紧紧固定在灯盖内。 在连接件上设 有沿灯条长度方向伸展的连接臂 24, 连接臂上设置有扣体 25, 在灯 条 5面上相应位置处设置有与扣体相配的扣座 26, 扣体扣合在扣座 上。 在扣体上部设置有脱离装置 (图中未示出), 其包括一臂体, 臂 体一端连接在扣体前端,另一端延伸至灯盖外,在臂体上设置有支点, 操作者通过按下臂体末端, 将扣体从扣座内撬出。
如图 4所示,给出了扣体 25和扣座 26的一种结构方案,该方案 中扣体为钩体 251,该钩体呈一半的箭头状并位于连接臂的下表面上, 而扣座为一钩体相对应的槽孔 261, 钩体扣置在槽孔内。
如图 5所示,给处了扣体 25和扣座 26的另一种结构方案, 该方 案中扣体为柱体 252, 柱体位于连接臂下表面, 柱体可以为通体均匀 的圆柱体或方形柱体,或者柱体可以为圆台状或梯形柱体,扣座为与 柱体相对应的槽孔 262, 该槽孔 262根据柱体的情况可以设计为圆形 槽孔或方形槽孔。
如图 6所示,给处了扣体 25和扣座 26的第三种结构方案,该方 案中扣体为一金属片 253, 该金属片设置在连接臂端部或靠近端部的 位置, 扣座为与金属片相对应的磁性体 263, 该磁性体可以设置在灯 条表面之上或嵌入在灯体内, 为起到更换的固定作用和定位作用,在 金属片上可以设置有一个凸起 27, 在磁性体上对应设置有一个凹体 28, 金属片与磁性体接合时, 凸起扣在凹体内。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本 发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各 样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神 或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了连接槽、外壁、卡槽、灯条、灯罩等术语, 但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便 地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是 与本发明精神相违背的。
Claims
1.一种 LED 日光灯, 包括灯座、 灯条和灯罩, 其特征在于: 所 述灯座(1)外壁(7) -上向外延伸形成有沿长度方向伸展至两端的一 对连接壁(2, 11), 该对连接壁相对的壁面与灯座 (1) 外壁的交角 处有与所述灯条(5)相适配的一个连接槽 (12), 所述灯条(5) 插 在此连接槽(12)中, 并与灯座<1)外壁(7)相接触,所述灯罩(6) 通过一个卡接装置保持在灯座 (1) 的两连接壁 (2, 11)上。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是所述卡接装置 具有灯罩 (6) 的圆弧形面上沿纵向的一个开口, 该开口上有被加工 成外翻的两个相背设置的卡边(4及 10), 两连接壁(2及 10) 的相 对壁面上各有与灯罩 (6) 上的每一卡边 (4或 10)相应的卡槽(3 或 9), 灯罩 (6)上的两个卡边(4及 10) 卡于连接壁(2及 11) 上 对应的卡槽(3及 9) 中。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是所述卡接装置 具有灯罩 (6) 的圆弧形面上沿纵向的一个开口, 该开口上有被加工 成内翻的两个相背设置的卡边(4' 及 10' ), 两连接壁(2及 10) 的相对壁面上各有与灯罩 (6)上的每一卡边(4' 或 10' )相应的 卡槽(3' 或 9' ), 灯罩(6)上的两个卡边(4' 及 10' )卡于连接 壁(2及 11)上对应的卡槽 (3' 及 9' ) 中。
4.根据权利要求 2或 3所述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是所述灯罩 (6)为半透明或乳白色截面为圆弧形的塑料件,所述连接壁(2, 11) 上端设置有反光面(20), 所述灯座 (1) 为空心的铝制方形管体状。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是灯条(5)与卡 槽 (3, 9) 以及灯条(5) 与外壁 (7)之间涂有一层导油硅脂(8)。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是还包括一将日 光灯固定在支撑物上的固定装置, 该固定装置包括设置在灯座(1 ) 两侧面上沿长度方向的一对凹槽 (15, 18) 以及安装卡(16), 安装 卡两端分别设置有卡头,卡头扣在灯座凹槽上,在安装卡上设置有若 干安装孔(17)。
7.根据权利要求 6述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是在灯罩(6)两端 分别套置有灯盖(21 ), 在灯盖(21 ) 内固定有与灯条(5)相连接的 一个连接装置, 所述连接装置包括连接件 (22), 在连接件上设有沿 灯条长度方向伸展的连接臂(24), 连接臂上设置有扣体(25), 在灯 条(5 )面上相应位置处设置有与扣体相配合的扣座 (26)。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是所述扣体(25) 为一钩体(251 ), 该钩体设置在连接臂端部, 所述扣座(26)为一槽 孔(261 ), 钩体扣合在槽孔上。
9.根据权利要求 7所述的 LED日光灯, 其特征是所述扣体(25) 为一凸起的柱体 (252),该柱体设置在连接臂端部或靠近端部的位置, 所述扣座(26)为一槽孔(262), 柱体扣合在槽孔内。
10.根据权利要求 7所述的 LED日光灯,其特征是所述扣体(25) 为一金属片 (253), 该金属片设置在连接臂端部或靠近端部的位置, 所述扣座 (26) 为一磁性体 (263 ), 金属片贴合在磁性体上。
