所述增值业务智能卡上集成了 NFC天线, NFC天线控制器, NFC数据路由器, 以及多个 IC卡芯片, NFC数据路由器连接多个 IC芯片, NFC天线与 NFC天线控制器通过电子线路连 接, NFC天线控制器与 NFC数据路由器通过电子线路连接, NFC数据路由器根据 NFC天线控 制器传送来的数字握手信号, 选择 IC卡芯片或所述增值业务智能卡上的应用程序, 建立选 择出的 IC卡芯片或选择出的应用程序与外部 NFC读卡器的逻辑连接, 由所述选择出的 IC 卡芯片或选择出的应用程序与外部 NFC读卡器之间按照通信协议完成通信过程, 用于实现 手机非接触应用业务, 包括手机非接触支付业务。
所述增值业务智能卡用户能够使用增值业务智能卡上的应用程序在 NFC数据路由器上 激活与关闭 IC卡芯片或 IC卡模拟应用程序。 应当指出的是, 通过在增值业务智能卡上集成各种传感器, 以及在增值业务智能卡上 增加专业应用服务程序就能够向移动电话用户提供基于各种传感器的服务, 例如温度、 血 压、 脉搏、 湿度等。 以上所述的实施例子仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进、 组合和润饰, 这些 改进、 组合和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利 要 求书
1.一种能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所述增值业务智能卡 一面具有物理连接到移动电话终端的 UICC物理接口,另一面具有物理连接到 UICC的物理 接口; 加电后, 所述增值业务智能卡启动其应用程序后, 启动 UICC; 对于移动电话终端发 送到 UICC的指令, 如果 UICC不支持, 则所述增值业务智能卡按照设定的协议进行处理, 如果 UICC支持, 并且所述指令不涉及到与所述增值业务智能卡共享的资源, 则把所述指 令转发到 UICC,如果 UICC支持,并且所述指令涉及到与所述增值业务智能卡共享的资源, 则所述增值业务智能卡去掉所述指令中包含的由所述增值业务智能卡占用的资源信息, 再 封装后, 把所述指令发送到 UICC; 对于 UICC发送到移动电话终端的消息, 如果所述消息 涉及到与所述增值业务智能卡共享的资源, 则所述增值业务智能卡扩充所述消息后, 把所 述消息发送到移动电话终端, 否则, 把所述消息转发给移动电话终端。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述共享的资源包括应用程序服务列表。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述增值业务智能卡内置加密密钥, 由增值业务智能卡运营管理部门在出厂时加载。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述增值业务智能卡上集成了 NFC天线, NFC天线控制器, 以及 NFC数据路由器; NFC天线与 NFC天线控制器通过电子线路连接, NFC天线控制器与 NFC数据路由器通过电子线路连接, NFC数据路由器根据 NFC天线控制器传送来的数字握手信号,选择所述增值业务智能卡上的 应用程序, 并建立选择出的应用程序与外部 NFC读卡器的逻辑连接, 由所述选择出的应用 程序与外部 NFC读卡器之间按照通信协议完成通信过程, 用于实现手机非接触应用业务, 包括手机非接触支付业务。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述增值业务智能卡上的应用程序包括出厂时安装的服务程序, 通过 0TA即 Over the Air方 式动态下载的服务程序以及通过移动电话终端经移动通信网络从服务提供商下载的服务程 序。
6.根据权利要求 4所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述 NFC数据路由器由增值业务智能卡上的应用程序进行设置与管理。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述增值业务智能卡上集成了 NFC天线, NFC天线控制器, NFC数据路由器, 以及多个 IC卡 芯片; NFC数据路由器连接多个 IC芯片, NFC天线与 NFC天线控制器通过电子线路连接, NFC天线控制器与 NFC数据路由器通过电子线路连接, NFC数据路由器根据 NFC天线控制器 传送来的数字握手信号, 选择 IC卡芯片, 建立选择出的 IC卡芯片与外部 NFC读卡器的逻 辑连接, 由所述选择出的 IC卡芯片与外部 NFC读卡器之间按照通信协议完成通信过程, 用 于实现手机非接触应用业务, 包括手机非接触支付业务; 所述增值业务智能卡上的应用程 序通过 NFC数据路由器管理指定的 IC卡芯片, 包括分配识别码, 更换密钥, 以及关闭指定 IC卡芯片的服务或打开指定 IC卡芯片的服务。
S.根据权利要求 7所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述多个 IC卡芯片是指由支持不同通信协议的 IC卡芯片组构成。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡,其特征在于,所 述增值业务智能卡上集成了 NFC天线, NFC天线控制器, NFC数据路由器, 以及多个 IC卡 芯片; NFC数据路由器连接多个 IC芯片, NFC天线与 FC天线控制器通过电子线路连接, NFC天线控制器与 NFC数据路由器通过电子线路连接, NFC数据路由器根据 NFC天线控制器 传送来的数字握手信号, 选择 IC卡芯片或所述增值业务智能卡上的应用程序, 建立选择出 的 IC卡芯片或选择出的应用程序与外部 NFC读卡器的逻辑连接, 由所述选择出的 IC卡芯 片或选择出的应用程序与外部 NFC读卡器之间按照通信协议完成通信过程, 用于实现手机 非接触应用业务, 包括手机非接触支付业务。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的能够承载移动通信智能卡的增值业务智能卡, 其特征在于, 所述增值业务智能卡用户能够使用增值业务智能卡上的应用程序在 NFC数据路由器上激活 与关闭 IC卡芯片或 IC卡模拟应用程序。
