Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode visant à former des spécialistes dans le domaine des diagnostics par ultrasons et/ou par rayonnement ultraviolet au moyen d'ordinateurs et d'une bibliothèque de vidéo-clips préalablement préparés concernant des cas cliniques concrets. Des vidéo-clips donnés sont présentés successivement au participant qui doit effectuer une visualisation de l'état physiologique d'un patient "virtuel" et effectuer les mesures nécessaires en arrêtant momentanément le vidéo-clip et en plaçant des compas. Selon cette invention, la méthode permet d'augmenter progressivement le degré de difficulté des tâches présentées au participant et, à cette fin, avant de présenter un vidéo-clip d'une région d'intérêt présentant une pathologie particulière, de présenter d'abord des images statistiques de cette même région sans pathologie, puis avec pathologie, présente dans le clip, ce qui permet de réduire progressivement les erreurs de précision de positionnement des compas. L'invention concerne également une évaluation informatisée de l'exactitude de chaque procédure, une évaluation globale étant établie pour chaque bloc de procédures et, lorsqu'il y a des erreurs, on présente alors les procédures correctes.
