Abstract
The present invention relates to a self supporting photovoltaic electrical energy generation and communications system, comprising a thermally enveloped and ventilated systems and power storage containment area constructed with specific U Values and rates of ventilation which ensure that ideal conditions are maintained for component performance and longevity. Similarily the systems are integrated to reduce degredation caused by poor maintenance and the structure is engineered so that a maximum solar energy collection aperture and battery storage area can be contained in a safe manner.The advantage of the invention is that the integration these features ensure that the unit can provide uninterupted power supply, and maintain component longevity thus reducing the additional system costs incurred by uneccessary component replacement and human maintenance, and the panel closure system present mobility whereupon the entire system can be transported, removed into overnight storage for security reasons, and/or system integrity during storms.
