Abstract

An evacuated photovoltaic glazing panel is disclosed which is adapted to provide significant thermal insulation and optical daylight control to a building, while at the same time generating electricity through solar energy, in order to reduce and supplement the power requirements of the building, which in combination significantly reduce the carbon footprint of the building in question.
