Abstract

본 발명은 건류 가스 화로에서 1차 연소 후 생성된 불완전 연소가스를 2차 연소시켜 완전 연소가 가능한 연소기에 관한 것으로, 건류 연소화로(1)에서 1차 연소된 후의 가스가 배출되는 가스 배출구(11)에 연통되어 있고, 버너(21)가 설치되어 있는 착화 챔버(20), 상기 착화 챔버(20)의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 가지는 통로(30)를 개재하여, 상기 착화 챔버(20)에 후속적으로 연통되어 있고, 화염 방출구(41)가 형성되어 있는 연소 챔버(40) 및 상기 착화 챔버(20)와 연소 챔버(40)를 연통시키는 2개의 순환 통로(50, 60)를 포함하고, 상기 순환 통로(50, 60)는 일단부에 상기 연소 챔버(40)와 연결되도록 서로 하나로 연통되어 형성되는 제 1연결부(52)와 타단부에 상기 착화 챔버(20)와 각각 연결되도록 서로 일정 각도 만큼 이격되어 형성되는 제 2연결부(53) 및 제 3연결부(63)를 포함하는 구성을 마련한다. 상기와 같은 연소기를 이용하는 것에 의해, 복수의 순환 통로(50, 60)를 이용해 배출되는 불완전 연소가스를 연소 챔버(40)로부터 착화 챔버(20)로 되돌림과 동시에 착화 챔버 내부에서 와류를 형성하여 보다 완전한 연소로 유도할 수 있고, 연소 챔버(40)에 공급되는 증기와 이산화탄소를 결합시켜 합성가스를 생성, 제조할 수 있다.
