本发明涉及网络通讯技术领域, 具体涉及寻呼实现方法、 寻呼实现装置和寻呼实现系 统。 背景技术
家庭接入即利用家庭接入网元、 使用许可的频谱、 通过通用 IP接入网络将用户设备 UE 接入到移动网络。
为限制 UE接入特定的家庭接入网元, 家庭接入技术引入了封闭用户组 (Closed Subscriber Group, CSG)机制, 即采用允许 CSG列表 (Allowed CSG List ) 限制 UE接入的区 域。 允许 CSG列表包含有允许 UE接入的 CSG区域的 CSG ID (标识), 一个 CSG区域可以对应一个 或多个家庭接入网元。
为减少位置区域更新,家庭接入技术引入了注册位置区域机制, 即 UE在注册位置区域中 包含的位置区域之间移动时不会触发位置更新程序。
由于一个位置区域中可能会包含很多家庭接入网元,而 UE的注册位置区域通常会包含多 个位置区域,因此,该方法中寻呼消息的传输会涉及到数量巨大的家庭接入网元。而事实上, UE通常只能够使用允许 CSG列表中的 CSG ID对应的家庭接入网元, 因此, 上述寻呼实现方法 会使系统中传输大量的、 不必要的寻呼消息, 从而浪费了传输资源。
现有的寻呼实现方法包括:在发送寻呼消息时执行寻呼优化(如采用寻呼优化算法来发 送寻呼消息), 以减少发送寻呼消息的家庭接入网元数量,例如, 根据允许 CSG列表和家庭接 入网元支持的 CSG列表以及家庭接入网元的接入模式 (如开放模式、 混合模式、 闭合模式) 发送寻呼消息。
不具备 CSG能力的 UE虽然有允许 CSG列表,在某些情况下,该 UE也可以驻留在不被允许接 入的闭合小区中, 然而在执行寻呼优化, 寻呼该 UE的情况下, 寻呼消息不会通过不支持用户 允许 CSG列表中任一 CSG的、且为闭合模式的家庭接入网元发送, 因此, 该 UE不会接收到寻呼 消息, 从而也就无法实现相应的业务。 发明内容
本发明实施方式提供寻呼实现方法、装置和系统, 在确保 UE业务正常进行的前提下, 节 约了传输资源。
本发明实施方式提供的寻呼实现方法, 包括: 根据被寻呼的用户设备的封闭用户组 CSG信息判断所述用户设备是否具有 CSG能力; 如果所述用户设备具有 CSG能力,则执行寻呼优化或者指示其他网络设备执行寻呼优化; 如果所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力, 则不执行寻呼优化或者指示其他网络设备不执行寻 呼优化。
本发明实施方式提供的寻呼实现装置, 包括:
判断模块, 用于判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有封闭用户组 CSG能力;
寻呼模块, 用于如果所述用户设备具有 CSG能力, 则执行寻呼优化或者指示其他网络设 备执行寻呼优化, 如果所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力, 则不执行寻呼优化或者指示其他网络 设备不执行寻呼优化。

包括家庭接入系统的网络通常会包括家庭接入网元、通用 IP接入网络与家庭接入网元连 接的家庭接入网关、以及与上述网关网元连接的移动管理实体等。该网络也可以不包括家庭 接入网关。
图 1示出了包括家庭接入系统的网络的一个具体例子。 图 1中的家庭基站 (Home NodeB, HNB)、家庭演进基站(Home evolved NodeB, HeNB)和家庭非 3GPP无线接入点(Home non-3GPP Wireless Access Point, Home non- 3GPP WAP) 为家庭接入网元。 家庭基站网关 (HNB GW)、 家庭演进基站网关(HeNB GW)和家庭非 3GPP无线接入点网关(Home non-3GPP WAP GW) 为 家庭接入网关。 服务 GPRS支持节点 (Serving GPRS Support Node, SGSN)、 移动性管理网元 (Mobility Management Entity, MME)和非 3GPP网关为移动管理实体。
实施例一、 寻呼实现方法。 该方法的流程如附图 2所示。
图 2中, S200、 接收寻呼用户设备的触发消息, 该触发消息可以为寻呼消息, 也可以为 与处于空闲态的用户设备相关的信令、数据、呼叫或短信等, 触发消息中可以包括被寻呼的 用户设备对应的用户标识。
S210、根据被寻呼的用户设备的 CSG信息判断该用户设备是否具有 CSG能力,如果判断出 该用户设备具有 CSG能力, 则到 S220, 否则, 到 S230。
上述用户设备的 CSG信息可以为用户设备 CSG能力信息中的全部信息或者部分信息,该部 分信息即用户设备 CSG能力信息中的一项信息或多项信息组合而成的信息。 上述用户设备的 CSG信息也可以为用户设备是否具有 CSG能力的指示信息, 例如, 采用 1个或多个比特位表示 用户设备具有或不具有 CSG能力的指示信息。 上述用户设备的 CSG信息还可以为包括用户 CSG 能力信息的用户能力信息。
用户设备具有 CSG能力具体可以指: 用户设备具有读取广播消息中接入模式信息或者小 区 CSG标识的能力; 和 /或, 用户设备具有保存或者维护 al lowed CSG l ist的能力。
S210的执行主体可以从其接收到的消息中获取用户设备的 CSG信息, 也可以从其预配置 的存储信息中获取用户设备的 CSG信息。 也就是说, S210的执行主体接收到的消息中包括有 用户设备的 CSG信息。该 CSG信息可以由用户设备、家庭接入网关、家庭接入网元或者源移动 管理实体等网络设备添加在向 S210的执行主体发送的消息中。
S210的执行主体从其接收到的消息中获取用户设备的 CSG信息的一个具体的例子为: 该 执行主体从用户设备接入过程传输的消息中获取用户设备的 CSG信息。 向接入过程的消息中 添加用户设备的 CSG信息的主体可以为用户设备接入过程涉及到的某主体, 如用户设备、 家 庭接入网关、 家庭接入网元、 或者源移动管理实体等。
S210的执行主体在从预配置的存储信息中获取用户设备的 CSG信息的一个具体的例子 为: S210的执行主体根据被寻呼用户设备的用户标识从其存储信息中查找匹配的 CSG信息。
S220、执行寻呼优化或指示其他网络设备(其他网络设备如具有执行寻呼优化能力的网 络设备)执行寻呼优化, 即确定需要执行寻呼优化, 也即确定在寻呼消息发送到用户设备的 过程中需要执行寻呼优化(换一种说法为:确定寻呼消息发送到用户设备的过程中需要采用 寻呼优化算法)。本实施例不限制寻呼优化的具体优化方式, 即可以执行的寻呼优化方式可 以是多种不同形式的, 也即本实施例不限制寻呼优化算法的具体内容。
S230、不执行寻呼优化或指示其他网络设备不执行寻呼优化, 即确定不需要执行寻呼优 化, 也即在寻呼消息发送到用户设备的过程中不需要执行寻呼优化(换一种说法为: 确定寻 呼消息发送到用户设备的过程中不需要采用寻呼优化算法) 。
上述 S200、 S210、 S220和 S230的执行主体可以是移动管理实体,也可以是家庭接入网关, 还可以是家庭接入网元。
在上述 S200、 S210、 S220和 S230的执行主体为移动管理实体的情况下, 移动管理实体 确定用户设备具有 CSG能力后,移动管理实体自身可以执行寻呼优化。移动管理实体自身执 行寻呼优化的一个具体的例子为:移动管理实体根据用户注册位置区域对应的家庭接入网元 /网关、 家庭接入网元支持的 CSG列表、 允许 CSG列表和家庭接入网元的接入模式确定需要 发送寻呼消息的家庭接入网关或家庭接入网元,并向所述确定的家庭接入网关或家庭接入网 元发送寻呼消息。 BP:如果执行寻呼优化, 移动管理实体选择用户设备注册的位置区域对应 的家庭接入网元和 /或网关,如果家庭接入网元和 /或家庭接入网关的接入模式为开放模式或 者混合模式, 或者家庭接入网元和 /或家庭接入网关为闭合模式且所支持的 CSG在用户的 al lowed CSG列表中, 移动管理实体向这些家庭接入网元和 /或家庭接入网关发送寻呼消息。 移动管理实体自身也可以不执行寻呼优化,而是指示家庭接入网关或家庭接入网元是否执行 寻呼优化,并发送寻呼消息,移动管理实体对用户设备注册的位置区域对应的家庭接入网关 和 /或家庭接入网元进行指示,该寻呼消息包括的信息可以体现出是否执行寻呼优化的指示, 在本实施例以及后续实施例中,该指示可以通过在寻呼消息中包括是否进行寻呼优化的指示 信息或者包括是否为 CSG用户信息的方式实现指示, 具体可以:如果是 CSG用户, 则不执行 寻呼优化,如果不是 CSG用户则执行寻呼优化。家庭接入网关或家庭接入网元可以根据移动 管理实体的指示, 执行寻呼优化。例如, 如果指示了进行寻呼优化, 家庭接入网关向所支持 的 CSG在用户 allowed CSG列表中的家庭接入网元发送寻呼消息。如果指示了不进行寻呼优 化或者没有指示进行寻呼优化,则不进行寻呼优化,家庭接入网关向与之有关联的家庭接入 网元发送寻呼消息。家庭接入网关在接收到移动管理实体的指示后,可以向与之关联的家庭 接入网元发送指示。如果指示了进行寻呼优化,家庭接入网元判断如果自身支持的 CSG不在 用户 allowed CSG列表中且接入模式是闭合模式, 则不向 UE发送寻呼消息, 否则发送。 如 果没有指示进行寻呼优化或者指示不进行寻呼优化, 则家庭接入网元不做判断向 UE发送寻 呼消息。
如果移动性管理网元发送的为是否为 CSG用户的指示信息,家庭接入网元或者家庭接入 网关收到指示信息后, 判断为 CSG用户, 则不执行寻呼优化, 否则执行寻呼优化。执行或者 不执行寻呼优化的过程与上述描述基本相同, 这里不再赘述。
本实施例以及后续实施例中, 用户设备注册的位置区域对应的家庭接入网元 /网关是指 如下两种情况:
情况 1、 在家庭接入网元和移动管理实体之间存在家庭接入网关的情况下, 支持或者包 含全部或者部分用户注册区域的家庭接入网元、 和 /或支持或者包含全部或者部分用户注册 区域的家庭接入网关。 一个具体的例子为: 家庭接入网元和 /或家庭接入网关包含的 TAI在 用户注册的 TAI list中,则该家庭接入网元和 /或家庭接入网关为用户注册区域对应的家庭 接入网元和 /或网关。
情况 2、 在家庭接入网元和移动管理实体之间不存在家庭接入网关的情况下: 支持或者 包含全部或者部分用户注册区域的家庭接入网元。一个具体的例子为:家庭接入网元包含的 TAI在用户注册的 TAI list中, 则该家庭接入网元为用户注册区域对应的家庭接入网元。
在上述 S200、 S210、 S220和 S230的执行主体为家庭接入网关的情况下, 家庭接入网关 在确定被寻呼用户设备具有 CSG能力后,家庭接入网关自身可以执行寻呼优化来发送接收到 的寻呼消息。家庭接入网关自身也可以不执行寻呼优化来发送寻呼消息,而是指示家庭接入 网元来执行寻呼优化。家庭接入网关可以对其下的所有家庭接入网元进行指示。家庭接入网 关在确定被寻呼用户设备不具有 CSG能力后,家庭接入网关自身不执行寻呼优化,或指示家 庭接入网元不执行寻呼优化。
本实施例中的是否执行寻呼优化的指示可以通过多种方式来实现,例如,通过发送包含 有取值为预定值的预定信元的消息来实现指示,即当消息中预定信元的取值为预定值时表示 需要执行寻呼优化,当消息中预定信元的取值为非预定值时表示不需要执行寻呼优化,反之 亦然。再例如,通过发送是否包含预定信元的消息来实现指示, 即当消息中包含预定信元时 表示需要执行寻呼优化,当消息中没有包含预定信元时表示不需要执行寻呼优化,反之亦然。 再例如,通过发送是否包括有允许 CSG列表和是否为 CSG用户信息的消息来实现指示,即当 消息中没有包括允许 CSG列表、且是否为 CSG用户信息表示出是 CSG用户时,表示不执行寻 呼优化, 否则,表示需要执行寻呼优化。本实施例还可以通过除上述列举之外的其他方式进 行指示,本实施例不限制指示的具体实现过程,只要能够明确的表示出是否需要执行寻呼优 化即可。另外, 实现本实施例中指示的消息可以是寻呼消息, 当然, 也可以为除寻呼消息之 外的其他消息。
上述不是 CSG用户是指用户设备不属于任一个 CSG、 或者用户设备没有签约数据、 或者 签约数据中没有用户设备的 CSG信息等。签约数据没有用户设备的 CSG信息如不存在用户设 备的允许 CSG列表, 或者用户设备的允许 CSG列表为空等。
上述是 CSG用户是指用户设备属于任一个 CSG、或者存在包含用户设备的 CSG信息的签 约数据等。包含用户设备的 CSG信息的签约数据如签约数据中存在用户设备的允许 CSG列表、 且允许 CSG列表不为空等。
上述移动管理实体为移动网络中的网元。上述家庭接入网关负责家庭接入网元的管理和 接入控制,汇集家庭接入网元,该家庭接入网关还负责执行路由并转发家庭接入网元和移动 网络中的网元之间传输的信令和数据等操作。上述家庭接入网元通过使用许可的频谱可以将 用户设备接入到移动网络中。
上述移动管理实体、 家庭接入网关和家庭接入网元在不同的网络中会有不同的称谓, 例如, 在 GERAN/UTRAN的 CS网络中, 移动管理实体是指移动交换中心 (Mobi le Switching Center, MSC) ; 在 GERAN/UTRAN的 PS网络中, 移动管理实体是指 SGSN; 在 E-UTRAN网络中, 移动管理实体是指 MME。再例如,在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中,家庭接入网元是指基站子系统 (Based Station Subsystem, BSS )或无线网络控制器 (Radio Network Control ler, RNC)或 HNB 等;而在 E-UTRAN网络中,家庭接入网元是指演进的 NodeB (Evolved NodeB, eNodeB)或 HeNB。 再例如, 在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中, 家庭接入网关是指 HNB GW; 而在 E-UTRAN网络中, 家庭接入 网关是指 HeNB GW。 本实施例及下述各实施例均不限制移动管理实体、 家庭接入网关和家庭 接入网元在不同网络中的称谓。
通过上述技术方案的描述可知,通过判断用户设备是否具有 CSG能力来决定是否执行寻 呼优化,从而能够针对不具有 CSG能力的用户设备确定不执行寻呼优化,且针对具有 CSG能力 的用户设备确定执行寻呼优化; 这样, 当用户设备不具备 CSG能力、 且驻留在不被允许接入 的闭合小区中时, 由于可以采用不执行寻呼优化的方式来发送寻呼消息, 因此, 不具备 CSG 能力的用户设备可以接收到寻呼消息; 当用户设备具备 CSG能力时, 由于执行了寻呼优化, 因此,避免了不必要的寻呼消息在系统中的传输; 最终在确保 UE业务正常进行的前提下, 节 约了传输资源。

图 3中, S300、 移动管理实体接收触发移动管理实体进行寻呼的消息, 并确定被寻呼的 用户设备。 S300中移动管理实体接收到的触发寻呼的消息可以是其他网络设备 (如网关设备) 发送的与处于空闲态的用户设备相关的信令、 数据、 呼叫和短信中的一种或多种。
本实施例和后续实施例中网关设备可以是: GERAN和 UTRAN网络中的 GGSN, 或者是 GERAN 和 UTRAN网络中的 PDN GW, 或者是 LTE网络中的 Serving GW和 PDN GW。
S310、 移动管理实体根据获取的用户设备的 CSG信息, 判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有 CSG能力, 如果确定具有 CSG能力, 即确定需要执行寻呼优化, 到 S320; 如果确定不具有 CSG 能力, 即确定不需要执行寻呼优化, 到 S330。

S330、 移动管理实体向用户设备注册的位置区域对应的家庭接入网关发送寻呼消息。
S330中的用户设备注册的位置区域如用户设备注册的跟踪区列表、或者用户设备注册的 路由区、或者用户设备注册的位置区等。用户设备注册的跟踪区可以表示为跟踪区标识列表 (TAI list ) 的形式。 用户设备注册的路由区可以表示为路由区标识 (RAI ) 的形式。 用户 设备注册的位置区可以表示为位置区标识 (Location Area Identity, LAI ) 的形式。

S340、接收到移动管理实体传输来的寻呼消息的家庭接入网关向与其连接的家庭接入网 元发送寻呼消息。 S350、 接收到家庭接入网关传输来的寻呼消息的家庭接入网元向用户设备发送寻呼消 息。

上述 S370也可以是:家庭接入网元将接收到的服务请求转发给家庭接入网关,家庭接入 网关在判断出该服务请求的类型为寻呼响应时,允许该用户设备接入,并在用户设备接入后 (如为用户设备建立无线承载或者 Iu连接后),通过发起切换流程将用户设备切换到其他网 络, 如将用户设备切换到包括其他 CSG或 HNB的网络, 再如将用户设备切换到宏网络等。
从上述实施例二的描述可知, 移动管理实体在确定用户设备具有 CSG能力时, 通过根据 用户注册位置区域对应的家庭接入网关、家庭接入网元支持的 CSG列表、用户允许 CSG列表和 家庭接入网元的接入模式向所述需要发送寻呼消息的家庭接入网关发送寻呼消息,避免了向 不必要的家庭接入网关发送寻呼消息的现象,进而避免了家庭接入网关向不必要的家庭接入 网元发送寻呼消息的现象,提高了寻呼效率,节约了传输资源, 同时又能保证被寻呼用户设 备接收到寻呼消息;移动管理实体在确定用户设备不具有 CSG能力时,通过不进行寻呼优化, 能够在所有可能的区域寻呼用户设备,保证用户设备能够被寻呼到,使得用户设备的业务能 够正常进行。
实施例三、在系统不包括家庭接入网关情况下的寻呼实现方法。在该方法中, 由移动管 理实体确定是否需要执行寻呼优化,并在确定需要执行寻呼优化时由移动管理实体自身执行 寻呼优化来传输寻呼消息。 实施例三的方法流程如附图 4所示。
图 4中, S400、 移动管理实体接收触发移动管理实体进行寻呼的消息, 并确定被寻呼的 用户设备。 S400中移动管理实体接收到的触发寻呼的消息可以是其他网络设备 (如网关设备) 发送的与处于空闲态的用户设备相关的信令、 数据、 呼叫和短信中的一种或多种。

实施例四、在系统包括家庭接入网关情况下的寻呼实现方法。在该方法中, 由移动管理 实体确定是否需要执行寻呼优化,并在确定需要执行寻呼优化时由家庭接入网关执行寻呼优 化。 实施例四的方法流程如附图 5所示。

上述实施例六在消息中包括是否为 CSG用户的指示具体为:为统一移动管理实体的处理, 移动管理实体在用户空闲态收到触发寻呼用户的信息时, 比如消息、 信令、 短信等; S710 可以替换为: 移动管理实体判断用户没有 CSG能力, 则在寻呼消息中不包括用户 al lowed CSG l ist , 寻呼消息中可以包括是否进行寻呼优化的指示或者包括用户是否为 CSG用户的指示; 相应的, S720、 730和 740可以省略。 S750可以替换为: 家庭接入网元根据是否进行寻呼优化 的指示信息判断是否执行寻呼优化, 如果执行寻呼优化转到 S760, 否则, 到 S770; 或者如果 指示的是是否为 CSG用户, 家庭接入网元判断用户为 CSG用户则不执行寻呼优化, 到 S770, 否 则转到 S760; 其他实现过程基本相同。
从上述实施例六的描述可知, 移动管理实体在确定用户设备具有 CSG能力时, 通过由家 庭接入网元执行寻呼优化, 避免了家庭接入网元向不必要的用户设备发送寻呼消息的现象, 提高了寻呼效率, 节约了传输资源, 同时又能保证被寻呼用户设备接收到寻呼消息; 移动管 理实体在确定用户设备不具有 CSG能力时, 家庭接入网元不执行进行寻呼优化, 因此能够在 所有可能的区域寻呼用户设备, 保证用户设备能够被寻呼到, 使不具有 CSG能力的用户设备 的业务能够正常进行。
在上述各实施例中,接收到寻呼消息的家庭接入网关或者家庭接入网元在判断出该用户 设备不能在当前的家庭接入网关或者家庭接入网元接入后,可以记录用户信息(如用户标识 或其他标识用户的信息等) , 之后, 在家庭接入网关或者家庭接入网元接收到 Service Request时, 如果判断出记录有用户信息, 则接受该 Service Request, 并将 Service Request 向核心网络发送。 当用户设备接入后, 再将用户设备切换到其他网络中。
实施例七、 移动管理实体如移动性管理网元获取用户设备的 CSG信息的方法, 该方法的 流程如附图 8所示。 需要说明的是, 本实施例仅以路由更新流程为例, 其他接入过程流程: TAU流程、 LAU流程和服务请求流程移动管理实体也可以获取 CSG信息, 获取的途径也可以包 括由用户设备、家庭接入网关、家庭接入网元或者源移动管理实体向消息中包括用户设备的 CSG信息。
图 8中, 步骤 1、 用户设备经由家庭接入网元 /家庭接入网关向目标移动性管理网元发送 路由更新请求。 用户设备可以将用户设备的 CSG信息包括在路由更新请求中。 家庭接入网元 或家庭接入网关接收到用户设备的路由更新请求后, 向目标移动性管理网元发送 Initial UE message (初始用户设备消息) , Initial UE message中包括有用户设备的附着请求。 或者 接入网元或接入网关可以将用户设备的 CSG信息包括在 Initial UE message消息中发送给目 标移动性管理网元。家庭接入网元或家庭接入网关可以在之前与用户设备的信令交互过程中 获取用户设备的 CSG信息。
步骤 2、 目标移动性管理网元接收 Initial UE message, 并从 Initial UE message中获 取用户设备的 CSG信息。 目标移动性管理网元向源移动性管理网元发送消息, 获取用户上下 文信息, 这里, 源移动性管理网元可以在消息中包括用户设备的 CSG信息。
步骤 3、 目标移动性管理网元确定出其没有保存该用户设备相关信息, 则目标移动性管 理网元向归属位置服务器(HSS)发送位置更新消息, 否则, 可以不发送位置更新消息。
步骤 4、 HSS在接收到位置更新消息后, 向目标移动性管理网元发送位置更新确认消息。 位置更新确认消息中包括有包括允许 CSG列表的签约数据。
步骤 5、 目标移动性管理网元向用户设备发送附着接受消息。
步骤 6、 目标移动性管理网元接收到其他网络设备发送来的与处于空闲态的用户设备相 关的信令、 数据、 呼叫、 短信等一种或者多种组合时, 触发寻呼用户设备的流程。
后续步骤 7至 10为寻呼过程, 该寻呼过程可以为上述实施例一至六中任一实施例记载的 流程, 在此不再详细说明。
实施例八、寻呼实现装置。该装置可以设置在移动管理实体或者家庭接入网关或者家庭 接入网元中。 该装置的结构如附图 9所示。 图 9中的寻呼实现装置 900包括: 判断模块 910和寻呼模块 920, 可选的, 该寻呼实现装置 900还包括: 第一获取模块 930, 和 /或者还包括: 存储模块 940和第二获取模块 950。
第一获取模块 930, 用于从其所在设备接收到的消息中获取被寻呼的用户设备的 CSG信 息。 第一获取模块 930获取用户设备的 CSG信息的一个具体的例子为: 第一获取模块 930从用 户设备接入过程传输的消息中获取用户设备的 CSG信息。 向接入过程的消息中包括用户设备 的 CSG信息的主体可以为用户设备接入过程涉及到的某主体, 如用户设备、 家庭接入网关、 家庭接入网元、 或者源移动管理实体等。
存储模块 940, 用于存储预配置的用户设备的 CSG信息。
第二获取模块 950, 用于从存储模块 940存储的信息中获取被寻呼的用户设备的 CSG信 息。
上述用户设备的 CSG信息可以为用户设备 CSG能力信息中的全部信息或者部分信息,该 部分信息即用户设备 CSG能力信息中的一项信息或多项信息组合而成的信息。上述用户设备 的 CSG信息也可以为用户设备是否具有 CSG能力的指示信息,例如,采用 1个或多个比特位 表示用户设备具有或不具有 CSG能力的指示信息。上述用户设备的 CSG信息还可以为包括用 户 CSG能力信息的用户能力信息。
判断模块 910, 用于根据其所在的设备接收到的消息中包括的信息确定被寻呼的用户设 备, 并根据上述 CSG信息判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有 CSG能力。 判断模块 910还可以用于 输出判断结果。
寻呼模块 920,用于如果判断结果表示被寻呼的用户设备具有 CSG能力,则确定需要执行 寻呼优化, 如果判断结果表示被寻呼的用户设备不具有 CSG能力, 则确定不需要执行寻呼优 化。
在寻呼实现装置 900位于移动管理实体中时, 寻呼模块 920可以包括: 第一寻呼模块 921或者第二寻呼模块 922。

图 9所示的寻呼实现装置 900设置在家庭接入网关或者家庭接入网元中时,该寻呼实现 装置 900还可以包括: 接入模块。
接入模块, 用于在其所在的装置接收到服务请求后, 判断该服务请求的类型, 接入模块 在确定出该服务请求的类型为寻呼响应且确定出该用户设备为不能够接入的用户设备时,允 许该用户设备接入, 并在该用户设备接入后,发起切换流程, 以便将该用户设备切换到其他 网络。 用户设备接入后如为用户设备建立无线承载或者 Iu连接后。
接入模块可以在其所在的装置发送寻呼消息时判断该用户设备是否能够接入,如果判断 出不能够接入, 则接入模块记录该用户设备的标识,之后,接入模块所在的装置接收到类型 为寻呼响应的服务请求后,接入模块根据之前记录的用户设备的标识和服务请求中携带的用 户设备的标识来判断用户设备是否为能够接入网络的用户设备。另外,接入模块也可以在其 所在的装置发送寻呼消息时不进行用户设备是否能够接入的判断,而在其所在的用户设备接 收到类型为寻呼响应的服务请求后, 再进行用户设备是否能够接入的判断。也就是说,接入 模块确定该用户设备是否为不能够接入的用户设备的过程可以仅在接收到类型为寻呼响应 的服务请求后进行,也可以在发送寻呼消息过程中和接收到类型为寻呼响应的服务请求后的 过程中进行。
实施例九、 寻呼实现系统。 该系统的结构如附图 10所示。
图 10中的寻呼实现系统包括:移动管理实体 1000和至少一个家庭接入网关 1010,该系统 还可以包括至少一个家庭接入网元 1020。

家庭接入网关 1010, 用于根据移动管理实体 1000的指示来确定是否执行寻呼优化。 家庭接入网元 1020, 用于在接收到寻呼消息后, 向用户设备发送寻呼消息。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备的 CSG信息包括: 用户设备 CSG能力信息中的全部信息或者部分信息、或者用户设备是否具有 CSG能力的指示信息、或 者包含有用户 CSG能力信息的用户能力信息。

通过发送包含有取值为预定值的预定信元的消息来实现指示其他网络设备是否执行寻 呼优化;
或者通过发送是否包含预定信元的消息来实现指示其他网络设备是否执行寻呼优化; 或者通过发送是否包括有允许 CSG列表和是否为 CSG用户信息的消息来实现指示其他网 络设备是否执行寻呼优化。
9、 如权利要求 1至 7中任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 家庭接入网关或家庭接入网元在接收到所述用户设备的类型为寻呼响应的服务请求、且 确定出所述用户设备为不能够接入的网络设备时,允许所述用户设备接入,并在所述用户设 备接入后, 发起切换流程, 将所述用户设备切换到其他网络。
10、 一种寻呼实现装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
判断模块, 用于判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有封闭用户组 CSG能力;

第二寻呼模块,用于在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备具有 CSG能力时,指示家庭接入 网关或家庭接入网元执行寻呼优化, 在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力时, 指示家庭接入网关或家庭接入网元不执行寻呼优化。
13、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置位于家庭接入网关中, 所述寻 呼模块包括- 第一寻呼模块,用于在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备具有 CSG能力时,执行寻呼优化, 在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力时, 不执行寻呼优化; 或者
第二寻呼模块,用于在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备具有 CSG能力时,指示家庭接入 网元执行寻呼优化,在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力时,指示家庭接入网 元不执行寻呼优化。
14、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置位于家庭接入网元中, 所述寻 呼模块包括- 第一寻呼模块,用于在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备具有 CSG能力时,执行寻呼优化, 在所述判断模块确定所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力时, 不执行寻呼优化。
15、 如权利要求 10至 14中任一权利要求所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 接入模块,用于在所述装置接收到所述用户设备的类型为寻呼响应的服务请求、且确定 出所述用户设备为不能够接入的用户设备时,允许所述用户设备接入,并在所述用户设备接 入后, 发起切换流程, 以便将所述用户设备切换到其他网络。
16、 一种寻呼实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动管理实体, 用于判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有封闭用户组 CSG能力, 如果所述用 户设备具有 CSG能力,则指示家庭接入网关执行寻呼优化,如果所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力, 则指示家庭接入网关不执行寻呼优化;
家庭接入网关, 用于根据所述移动管理实体的指示执行或不执行寻呼优化。
17、 一种寻呼实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动管理实体, 用于判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有封闭用户组 CSG能力, 如果所述用 户设备具有 CSG能力,则指示家庭接入网元执行寻呼优化,如果所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力, 则指示家庭接入网元不执行寻呼优化;
所述家庭接入网元, 用于根据所述移动管理实体的指示执行或不执行寻呼优化。
18、 一种寻呼实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动管理实体, 用于判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有封闭用户组 CSG能力, 如果所述用 户设备具有 CSG能力,则指示家庭接入网关执行寻呼优化,如果所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力, 则指示家庭接入网关不执行寻呼优化;
所述家庭接入网关,用于根据所述移动管理实体的指示对家庭接入网元进行是否执行寻 呼优化的指示;
所述家庭接入网元, 用于根据所述家庭接入网关的指示执行或不执行寻呼优化。
19、 一种寻呼实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
家庭接入网关, 用于判断被寻呼的用户设备是否具有封闭用户组 CSG能力, 如果所述用 户设备具有 CSG能力,则指示家庭接入网元执行寻呼优化,如果所述用户设备不具有 CSG能力, 则指示家庭接入网元不执行寻呼优化;
所述家庭接入网元, 用于根据所述家庭接入网关的指示执行或不执行寻呼优化。
