Abstract

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Biokoks aus pflanzlicher Biomasse, wobei der Biokoks zur Vergasung in einem Flugstromreaktor geeignet ist, mit den Verfahrensschritten Zerkleinerung, Trocknung und Vermischung der Biomasse sowie Niedertemperaturpyrolyse der zerkleinerten Biomasse, bis sich ein fester Rückstand bildet, wobei die Niedertemperaturpyrolyse in einer Wirbelschichtanlage erfolgt, die einen feststoffreichen Bettbereich und einen feststoffarmen Freiraum darüber aufweist.
