一次性杯, 以其卫生、 快捷的优势快速地被人们所接受, 成为办公、 居家 生活中不可或缺的生活日用品。 现有一次性杯有如下三种: 塑料杯: 优点: 制造加工简单, 生产效率高, 成本低, 不漏水; 缺点, 保 温隔热效果差, 印刷效果差; 发泡杯(类似泡沫快餐盒): 优点: 制造加工简单, 生产效率高, 成本低, 不漏水; 缺点, 印刷效果差, 不环保; 纸杯: 优点, 印刷效果好, 美观; 缺点, 成本高, 容易漏水。 实用新型内容 为克服上述缺陷, 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单, 使用方便、 环保, 保温效果好的一次性纸塑保温杯。 为达到上述目的, 本实用新型的一次性纸塑保温杯, 包括一个杯体, 在所 述杯体的外侧设有环形保温套, 所述的环形保温套上下两端固连在杯体上下两 端或近两端的位置, 所述的环形保温套与杯体之间间隔设置形成有空气保温层。 进一步地, 所述的杯体为塑料制成, 所述的环形保温套由纸制成。 进一步地, 所述的环形保温套上下两端通过粘合剂固连在杯体上下两端或 近两端的位置。 进一步地, 所述杯体和环形保温套为倒圓台状, 其中, 环形保温套的锥度 大于杯体的锥度。 进一步地, 所述环形保温套为倒圓台状, 其上下两端向内插入或折叠形成 粘合部。
进一步地, 所述杯体由一体制成的上段、 过渡段和下段组成, 其中, 下段 杯体锥度小于上段杯体的锥度, 上下两段之间通过过渡段相连。
上述的一次性纸塑保温杯, 杯体部分釆用双层结构, 即塑料杯身外套可彩 印纸套, 并在两者之间形成有空气保温层, 从而取得了较好保温的效果; 杯体 釆用塑料制成可以不漏水, 而保温套釆用纸制, 能够进行彩印, 从而实现了保 温、 不漏水和能彩印三者兼得的效果。 附图说明

图 4为将图 1所示的两个一次性纸塑保温杯套在一起时的剖视示意图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步地说明。
如图 1所示, 本实用新型的一次性纸塑保温杯, 包括一个杯体 1 , 在所述杯 体的外侧设有环形保温套 2 ,所述的环形保温套上下两端固连在杯体上下两端或 近两端的位置, 所述的环形保温套与杯体之间间隔设置形成有空气保温层 3。 这 样, 杯体部分釆用双层结构, 并在两者之间形成有空气保温层, 从而能够取得 较好保温的效果。
出于保温的目的, 所述的杯体和环形保温套的材质可以均为塑料、 纸; 最 优的, 所述的杯体为塑料制成, 所述的环形保温套由纸制成。 这样杯体釆用塑 料制成, 杯体不漏水; 保温套釆用纸制, 方便进行彩印, 从而能够实现保温、 不漏水和能彩印三者兼得的效果。 上述的环形保温套上下两端最好通过用食品级胶水粘合固连在杯体上下两 端或近两端的位置。 当然也可以釆用热压等方式。 较为简单的, 所述环形保温套为倒圓台状, 其上下两端向内折叠形成粘合 部, 这样, 较为容易在环形保温套与杯体之间形成一个厚度与折叠处厚度相当 的空气保温层, 参见图 2和图 3。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进, 所述杯体和环形保温套为倒圓台状, 其中, 环形保温套的锥度大于杯体的锥度。 釆用这种结构, 有两个好处: (1 )杯体上 部的空气保温层较厚(环形保温套与杯体间隔较大,如图 1所示),保温效果好, 便于人们握持; (2 ) 由于环形保温套的锥度大于杯体的锥度, 所以多个杯体套 置在一起后, 各个保温杯之间的接触面较小, 便于抽拔, 如图 4 所示。 这种杯 子的实现方式可以釆用多种方式, 一种釆用如图 1 的方式, 即杯体由两段锥度 不同的部分组成, 即下段杯体锥度较小, 而上段杯体锥度相对较大; 当然, 我 们也可以通过增加环形保温套上端与杯体之间的间距来达到这个目的。 最优的 是釆用第一种方式, 这是因为杯体部分釆用塑料制成, 更便于成型加工。 综上可知, 本实用新型釆用双层结构保温, 保温效果好; 且整体结构简单, 成本低, 印刷效果, 好不易漏水。 显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型的结构进行各种改变而不脱离 本发明的精神范围。 因此如果这些改变属于本实用新型权利要求书及其等同技 术范围内, 则本实用新型也意图涵盖这些改变。

1、 一次性纸塑保温杯, 包括一个杯体, 其特征在于: 在所述杯体的外侧设 有环形保温套, 所述的环形保温套上下两端固连在杯体上下两端或近两端的位 置, 所述的环形保温套与杯体之间间隔设置形成有空气保温层。
1、 如权利要求 1所述的一次性纸塑保温杯, 其特征在于: 所述的杯体为塑 料制成, 所述的环形保温套由纸制成。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一次性纸塑保温杯, 其特征在于: 所述的环形 保温套上下两端通过粘合剂固连在杯体上下两端或近两端的位置。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一次性纸塑保温杯, 其特征在于: 所述环形保 温套为倒圓台状, 其上下两端向内插入或折叠形成粘合部。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一次性纸塑保温杯, 其特征在于: 所述杯体和 环形保温套为倒圓台状, 其中, 环形保温套的锥度大于杯体的锥度。
6、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一次性纸塑保温杯, 其特征在于: 所述杯体由 一体制成的上段、 过渡段和下段组成, 其中, 下段杯体锥度小于上段杯体的锥 度, 上下两段之间通过过渡段相连。
