Claims (4)
- 임플란트 보철 부품세트에 있어서,치조골에 이식되는 픽스츄어의 상부에 삽입되는 지대주(3,3-1)와, 상기 지대주(3,3-1)의 상부에 나사식으로 삽입고정되는 인상재부착부(2,2-1)와, 상기 지대주(3,3-1)와 인상제부착부(2,2-1)의 결합체를 픽스츄어에 고정시키는 지대주고정나사(1)로 구성되며,상기 지대주(3)는 원통형상으로 내부에 수직으로 관통되도록 통공이 형성되며, 내측 상부끝단부에 암나사선이 구비되며, 외형은 상부 끝단으로 갈수록 직경이 좁아지며 하부 끝단부는 육각나사형상의 구조임을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 보철 부품세트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 인상재부착부(2)는 내부에 통공이 수직으로 관통되도록 형성되며, 외측 하부 끝단부 테두리에는 수나사선이 설치되어 있어,인상재부착부(2) 외부는 인상재로 본을 뜰 경우 인상재와 인상재부착부(2)의 분리를 방지하기 위하여 일정간격 이격되어 다수개의 돌출부와, 각각의 돌출부 테두리에는 다수개의 홈이 형성된 구조임을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 보철 부품세트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 지대주(3-1)는 원통형상으로 내부에 수직으로 관통되도록 통공이 형성되며, 하부는 끝단으로 갈수록 직경이 좁아지다가 끝단부는 육각나사형상이며, 상부 일측에는 외측으로 수나사선이 구비된 구조이며,상기 인상재부착부(2-1)는 내부에 통공이 수직으로 관통되도록 형성되며, 내측 끝단부 테두리에는 암나사선이 설치되어 있고,외부에는 인상재로 본을 뜰 경우 인상재와 인상재부착부의 분리를 방지하기 위하여 일정간격 이격되어 다수개의 돌출부와, 각각의 돌출부 테두리에는 다수개의 홈이 형성된 구조임을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 보철 부품세트.
- 임플란트 보철 부품세트를 이용하여 지대주가 포함된 복제 석고모델의 제작방법에 있어서,치조골내 고정구와 맞는 지대주와 인상재결합부의 복합체를 고정구에 끼워 넣고, 육각드라이버를 상기 복합체의 중앙통공에 넣어 지대주 고정나사를 조여서 상기복합체와 고정구를 고정한 다음,육각드라이버가 인상재 밖으로 노출 시킬수 있는 구멍이 있는 인상재트레이에 인상재를 넣고 상기 복합체와 주위치아 및 구강조직을 포함하는 부위에 덮어 인상재를 도포 한 후에,인상재가 경화되면, 육각드라이버로 고정구에 조여진 지대주 고정나사를 풀어 상기 복합체가 인상재에 포함된 트레이를 구강 밖으로 제거 한 다음,인상재에 묻혀있는 지대주-인상재부착부 복합체의 하부에 아나로그(고정구의 상부형태가 같은 기공용 복제고정구)를 끼우고, 지대주고정나사로 아나로그와 지대주 하부를 고정한 후 인상용 트레이 내면에 석고를 부어 경화 시킨 후에, 인상재를 제거한 다음, 인상재부착부를 돌려서 풀어 지대주에서 제거하면, 지대주가 구강내에서 연결된 상태와 같은 석고모델을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 보철 부품세트를 이용하여 지대주가 포함된 복제 석고모델의 제작방법.
