Abstract

본 발명은 프레임 부착형 비정질 코어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 특히 외력에 민감하여 손실 값이나 소음의 편차가 큰 아몰퍼스 코어의 전후면에 각각 프레임을 부착하여 사용함으로써 손실 값과 소음을 크게 줄인 프레임 부착형 비정질 코어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 비정질 코어; 및 상기 비정질 코어의 전면과 후면에 각각 결합되는 프레임;을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 프레임은 일체로 형성되어 상기 비정질 코어의 레그와 상기 비정질 코어의 어느 하나의 요크에 결합되되, 상기 비정질 코어의 상하 폭보다 연장되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
