Description

透射式背光源 LED灯箱匀光装置^箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明设备的匀光装置, 尤其是透射式背光源 LED 灯箱 勾光装置; 还涉及一种具有上述勾光装置的灯箱。 背景技术
传统的广告灯箱的光源多釆用数个平行设置的灯管, 作为对传统灯箱的 改进, 现已釆用 LED作为透射式灯箱背光源。 但是由于 LED光源相互之间也 存在一定的间距, 因此在使用时, 灯箱画面也会出现光线不连续或不均匀的 现象, 即在 LED光源之间也存在暗区, 从而影响灯箱画面的展示效果。 对于釆用灯管作为光源的灯箱, 为了消除肋骨纹现象, 本申请人对传统 的灯箱进行了各种改进, 包括 1、 在灯箱灯管靠近背板的部分设置弧形的反 光板, 将灯管照射向背板的光线发射到灯管周边; 2、 在相邻两弧形反光板 之间设置连接两弧形反光板的反光角。
上述改进对于改善灯箱的展示效果都起到了一定的作用, 但是对于 LED 作为光源的灯箱, 由于 LED光源不同于灯管光源, 因此上述改进方案无法直 接适用于 LED作为光源的灯箱来消除灯箱画面上的暗区。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种透射式背光源 LED 灯箱匀光装置及灯箱, 能消除灯 箱画面上的暗区, 提高灯箱展示面上光照的均匀度, 使光线均匀柔和地照射 到画面支撑板上。
为实现上述目的 , 本发明提供了一种透射式背光源 LED灯箱匀光装置, 所述灯箱包括设置在灯箱展示方向的画片支撑板, 设置在所述灯箱内的若干 个 LED, 和设置于所述 LED之间的反光装置, 所述匀光装置设置在灯箱展 示方向上, 所述勾光装置对应于所述 LED 的位置设有遮光结构, 以对所述 LED直射出的光线进行遮挡并向四周疏导。 所述 LED 阵列排列, 所述匀光装置为经纬编织的网格板, 所述遮光结 构为与所述 LED对应的所述网格板的交叉点。
所述网格板的交叉点上设有半透明遮光片、 凹透镜或凸透镜。
所述匀光装置为半透明板, 所述遮光结构为与所述 LED对应的印制于 所述半透明板上的黑色丝网状图案。
所述勾光装置为半透明板, 所述遮光结构为在所述半透明板上形成的与 所述 LED对应的凹透镜结构或凸透镜结构。
本发明还提供一种灯箱, 包括设置在灯箱展示方向的画片支撑板, 设置 在所述灯箱内的若干个 LED, 设置于所述 LED之间的反光装置, 和设置在 灯箱展示方向上的勾光装置, 所述勾光装置对应于所述 LED 的位置设有遮 所述 LED 阵列排列, 所述匀光装置为经纬编织的网格板, 所述遮光结 构为与所述 LED对应的所述网格板的交叉点。
所述网格板的交叉点上设有半透明遮光片、 凹透镜或凸透镜。
所述匀光装置为半透明板, 所述遮光结构为与所述 LED对应的印制于 所述半透明板上的黑色丝网状图案。
所述勾光装置为半透明板, 所述遮光结构为在所述半透明板上形成的与 所述 LED对应的凹透镜结构或凸透镜结构。
本发明的优点在于: 本发明根据 LED 光源的特点, 在灯箱的展示方向 上设置勾光装置, 仅在对应于 LED的位置上设置遮光结构, 以对 LED直射 出的光线进行遮挡并向四周疏导, 使光线柔和均匀地照射到画面展示板上。
尤其是釆用了经纬编织的网格板、 以及具有黑色丝网状图案或凹、 凸透 镜结构的半透明板等具体结构的勾光装置, 结构简单, 制作成本低, 遮光及 导光的效果好。 附图说明

图 2为本发明的匀光装置的另一个实施例的结构示意图; 图 3为本发明的匀光装置的又一实施例的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面参照附图对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明主旨是提供一种透射式背光源 LED 灯箱匀光装置, 该灯箱包括 设置在灯箱展示方向的画片支撑板, 背光源釆用设置在所述灯箱内的若干个 LED,在光源 LED之间设置有反光装置,所述匀光装置设置在灯箱展示方向 上, 所述勾光装置对应于所述 LED的位置设有遮光结构, 以对所述 LED直 射出的光线进行遮挡并向四周疏导。
如图 1所示, 为本发明的匀光装置的一实施例, 在该例中, LED 2阵列 排列, 匀光装置为经纬编织的网格板 1 , 设置在 LED照射方向的正前方, 网 格板的交叉点对应于各 LED,通过这种结构, LED射向侧面的光可以通过网 格板的空隙处照射出去, LED 直射的光由网格板的交叉点遮挡, 并将直射 光向四周疏导, 从而使照射到画面支撑板上的光线柔和均匀。 为了进一步增 加勾光效果,还可以在网格板的交叉点上设置小半透明板、凸透镜或凹透镜, 以将 LED直射光进行遮挡和疏导。
如图 2所示, 为本发明的匀光装置的另一实施例, 在该例中, 匀光装置 为半透明板 3 ,设置在 LED 2照射方向的正前方,在该半透明板上与所述 LED 对应位置处印制有黑色丝网状图案, 半透明板可以起到使照射到画面支撑片 上的光线柔和的作用, 通过与 LED正对的黑色丝网状图案可以遮挡 LED直 射的光线, 并将直射光向四周疏导, 从而使照射到画面支撑板上的光线柔和 均匀。
如图 3所示, 为本发明的勾光装置的又一实施例, 在该例中, 勾光装置 为半透明板 4,设置在 LED 2照射方向的正前方,在该半透明板上与所述 LED 对应的位置为凹透镜结构, 即该半透明板上与 LED 直接光照射的位置为凹 透镜结构, 而其它位置都为半透明结构。 半透明板可以起到使照射到画面支 撑片上的光线柔和的作用, 通过与 LED正对的 1HJ透镜结构可以将 LED直射 的光线向四周疏导, 从而使照射到画面支撑板上的光线柔和均匀。 在其它实 施例中, 在该半透明板上与 LED对应的遮光结构也可以为凸透镜结构, 同 样可以起到将 LED直射的光线向四周疏导的作用。
本发明还提供一种灯箱, 包括设置在灯箱展示方向的画片支撑板, 设置 在所述灯箱内的若干个 LED, 设置于所述 LED之间的反光装置, 和设置在 灯箱展示方向上的勾光装置, 所述勾光装置对应于所述 LED 的位置设有遮 光结构, 以对所述 LED 直射出的光线进行遮挡并向四周疏导。 在该灯箱中 的匀光装置可釆用上述各实施例的结构形式, 在此不再复述; 或者是能实现 本发明的发明目的的任何合适的结构形式。
前面描述的仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 本发明并不仅限于此, 任何关 于本发明的变体或对其所进行的改进以及调整都在本发明所要求保护的范 围之内。

1、 一种透射式背光源 LED灯箱勾光装置, 所述灯箱包括设置在灯箱 展示方向的画片支撑板, 设置在所述灯箱内的若干个 LED, 和设置于所述 LED之间的反光装置, 所述匀光装置设置在灯箱展示方向上, 其特征在于, 所述勾光装置对应于所述 LED的位置设有遮光结构, 以对所述 LED直射出 的光线进行遮挡并向四周疏导。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的透射式背光源 LED灯箱匀光装置, 其特征在 于, 所述 LED 阵列排列, 所述匀光装置为经纬编织的网格板, 所述遮光结 构为与所述 LED对应的所述网格板的交叉点。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的透射式背光源 LED灯箱匀光装置, 其特征在 于, 所述网格板的交叉点上设有半透明遮光片、 凹透镜或凸透镜。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的透射式背光源 LED灯箱匀光装置, 其特征在 于, 所述匀光装置为半透明板, 所述遮光结构为与所述 LED对应的印制于 所述半透明板上的黑色丝网状图案。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的透射式背光源 LED灯箱匀光装置, 其特征在 于, 所述勾光装置为半透明板, 所述遮光结构为在所述半透明板上形成的与 所述 LED对应的凹透镜结构或凸透镜结构。
6、 一种灯箱, 包括设置在灯箱展示方向的画片支撑板, 设置在所述 灯箱内的若干个 LED, 设置于所述 LED之间的反光装置, 和设置在灯箱展 示方向上的勾光装置, 其特征在于, 所述勾光装置对应于所述 LED 的位置
7、 如权利要求 6所述的灯箱, 其特征在于, 所述 LED阵列排列, 所 述匀光装置为经纬编织的网格板, 所述遮光结构为与所述 LED对应的所述 网格板的交叉点。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的透射式背光源 LED灯箱匀光装置, 其特征在 于, 所述网格板的交叉点上设有半透明遮光片、 凹透镜或凸透镜。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的灯箱, 其特征在于, 所述勾光装置为半透明 板, 所述遮光结构为与所述 LED对应的印制于所述半透明板上的黑色丝网 状图案。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的灯箱, 其特征在于, 所述勾光装置为半透明 板, 所述遮光结构为在所述半透明板上形成的与所述 LED对应的 1HJ透镜结 构或凸透镜结构。
