Abstract

본 발명은 나노 입자 흡입 독성 평가용 노출 챔버 장치에 관한 것으로, 실험 동물이 나노 입자에 노출되도록 형성된 노출 챔버 장치의 유입구 및 유출구를 상대적으로 면적이 넓게 형성하여 흡입 챔버 내부의 전체 영역에서 균일하고 균등한 공기 흐름이 발생되고, 이러한 공기 흐름을 통해 흡입 챔버 내부로 공급되는 나노 입자가 더욱 원활하게 확산되어 흡입 챔버 내부의 전체 공간에 나노 입자의 농도 분포가 균등하게 형성되며, 이에 따라 실험 동물이 나노 입자에 노출되는 정도가 조건에 따라 정확하게 유지되어 나노 입자 흡입 독성 평가 시험의 신뢰도가 향상되는 노출 챔버 장치를 제공한다.
