USB任务管理单元, 用于接收移动终端 (如 PC )侧发送的 AT命令, 将该 AT命令发送到 AT命令解析模块, 接收 AT命令解析模块发送的 AT 命令, 将该 AT命令发送到移动终端侧, 以及接收 CMMB业务数据管理模 块发送的 CMMB业务数据, 将该 CMMB业务数据发送到移动终端侧;
BB通过 Uart ( Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter )接口或者 IIC ( Inter-Integrated Circuit )接口和 CMMB业务数据接收及解调单元交互 CMMB控制消息, 并可以通过该接口设置 CMMB业务数据接收及解调单 元的参数(如频道参数、 要解调的频率等); 通过 SPI ( Serial Peripheral Interface )接口来接收 CMMB业务数据接收及解调单元处理后的 CMMB业 务数据, 在其它实施例中, BB和 CMMB业务数据接收及解调单元的接口 也可以是串口以外的其他接口;
BB中各模块的功能介绍如下:
CMMB数据管理模块, 用于接收 CMMB业务数据接收及解调单元处 理后的 CMMB业务数据, 并将该 CMMB业务数据发送到 USB task管理单 元;
AT命令解析模块, 用于接收 USB task管理单元发送的 AT命令, 根据 AT命令的关键字判断该 AT命令是否为 CMMB业务的 AT命令,将 CMMB 业务的 AT命令解析为 CMMB控制消息, 并将解析得到的 CMMB控制消 息发送给转换模块, AT命令解析模块还用于接收转换模块发送的 AT命令, 将该 AT命令发送到 USB task管理单元;
转换模块, 用于接收 AT命令解析模块发送的 CMMB控制消息, 根据 CMMB控制消息的内容, 将该控制消息转换成 CMMB数据接收及解调单 元能够识别的控制消息, 并将转换后的控制消息通过 IIC口传送给 CMMB 数据接收及解调单元, 以及将 CMMB数据接收及解调单元发送的反馈信息 转换为 AT命令, 将该 AT命令发送给 AT命令解析模块;
上述转换模块根据解调单元提供的接口函数将控制消息组合成解调单 元能识别的格式的控制消息。
CMMB数据接收及解调单元, 接收转换模块发送的控制消息, 根据该 控制消息接收相应的 CMMB业务数据, 将所接收的 CMMB业务数据解调 处理后发送到 CMMB数据管理模块, 并根据处理结果向转换模块返回反馈 信息, 如按照控制消息接收相应 CMMB业务数据的操作成功时, 则发送操 作成功的反馈信息,如按照控制消息接收相应 CMMB业务数据的操作失败 时, 则发送操作失败的反馈信息; 上述装置可以置于移动终端的外部, 或者内置于移动终端的内部。 在其它实施例中,当移动终端向本发明装置发送的是 AT命令以外的其 它命令时,本发明装置中的 AT命令解析模块也可以被替换为其它的命令解 析模块,只要将移动终端发来的命令解析成转换模块识别的 CMMB控制消 息即可。
实施例 2
下面再介绍一种实现 CMMB 业务的 TD— SCDMA ( Time Division- Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access )的电脑 , 其结构如图 5 所示, 至少包括依次连接的 CMMB业务应用模块、 解码器和播放器, 以及 与 CMMB业务应用模块相连的 AT命令生成模块, AT命令生成模块还与控 制模块相连。 其中, CMMB业务应用模块与实施例 1中所公开的装置功能 结构完全相同, 故在此不作累述。 其它各模块功能介绍如下:
解码器, 用于接收 CMMB业务应用模块发送的 CMMB业务数据, 解 码所接收到的 CMMB业务数据, 并将解码后的 CMMB业务数据发送到播 放器, 在本实施例中, 解码器为 H.264解码器;
播放器, 用于播放 CMMB电视节目;
控制模块, 用于向用户提供控制操作选项 (如选台等操作选项), 接收 用户发起的控制操作指令, 并将该用户操作指令发送到 AT命令生成模块, 控制模块还用于接收 AT命令生成模块发送的 AT命令, 解析收到的 AT命 令, 当收到的 AT命令指示操作成功时, 不作任何处理, 当收到的 AT命令 指示操作失败时, 提示用户失败结果;
AT命令生成模块, 用于接收控制模块发送的用户操作指令, 将该操作 指令转换为 AT命令, 并发送到 CMMB业务应用模块, 以及接收 CMMB 业务应用模块返回的 AT命令, 将该 AT命令发送到控制模块。
上述 AT命令生成模块, 所接收的用户操作指令为启动 CMMB应用的 指令时, 生成的 AT命令用于指示 CMMB业务应用模块接收 ESG数据, 所 接收的用户操作指令为频道切换的指令时,生成的 AT命令用于指示 CMMB 业务应用模块接收相应频道的 CMMB业务数据。
实施例 3
本实施例主要介绍一种在移动终端 (本实施例指 PC )侧实现 CMMB 业务的方法, 该方法的实现基于实施例 2所提供的电脑, 如图 6所示, 包 括以下步骤:
步骤 601 : 电脑根据用户启动 CMMB业务应用的操作, 生成 AT命令, 将该 AT命令发送到 CMMB业务应用模块;
步骤 602 : CMMB业务应用模块解析所收到的 AT命令为 CMMB控 制消息,按照该 CMMB控制消息接收 ESG( Electronic Service Guide )数据, 将接收到 ESG数据解调处理, 发送到电脑的 H.264解码模块, CMMB业务 应用模块向电脑发送 ESG数据的同时向电脑的控制模块反馈操作成功的命 令;
步骤 603: H.264解码模块对接收到的多媒体数据进行解码处理, 显示 频道列表, 同时, 控制模块根据所收到的 AT命令的关键字, 判断该 AT命 令为 CMMB业务的 AT命令, 解析并获知该 AT命令指示操作成功, 则不 作任何操作;
在其它实施例中,当控制模块解析并获知其所接收的 AT命令指示操作 失败时, 则提示用户操作失败。
步骤 604: 电脑接收到用户发起的频道选择指令, 根据该指令, 将用户 选中的频道的信息打包成 AT命令格式, 发送给 CMMB业务应用模块; 步骤 605: CMMB业务应用模块接收 AT命令, 根据该 AT命令的关键 字,判断该 AT命令是否为 CMMB业务的 AT命令,如果是,进入步骤 606, 否则结束本流程; 步骤 606: CMMB业务应用模块解析该 AT命令为 CMMB控制消息, 并根据该 CMMB控制消息接收用户所选中的频道的 CMMB业务数据; 该步骤的具体操作过程是: CMMB业务应用模块中 AT解析模块先将 该 AT命令解析为 CMMB控制消息, 转换模块再将该消息转换为 CMMB 数据接收及解调单元所能够识别的控制消息, CMMB数据接收及解调单元 解析该控制消息, 从中读取用户所选中的频道信息, 接收该频道的 CMMB 业务数据。
步骤 607: CMMB业务应用模块解调处理所接收到的 CMMB业务数据, 将解调处理后的 CMMB业务数据发送到电脑的 H.264解码模块, 同时向电 脑的控制模块反馈操作成功的 AT命令;
在其它实施例中, 当 CMMB业务应用模块按照 CMMB控制消息接收 CMMB业务数据的操作失败时, CMMB业务应用模块则向控制模块反馈操 作失败的 AT命令。
步骤 608: H.264解码模块对接收到的多媒体数据进行解码处理, 显示 该电视频道节目, 同时, 控制模块根据所收到的 AT命令的关键字, 判断该 AT命令为 CMMB业务的 AT命令, 解析并获知该 AT命令指示操作成功, 则不作任何操作。
在其它实施例中, 当控制模块解析并获知 AT命令指示操作失败时, 则 提示用户操作失败。
上述流程中, CMMB业务应用模块中数据处理部分可以通过软件实现, 也可以通过硬件实现, 或者软件硬件相结合, 而在上述步骤 601 603 的操 作过程中、还可以实现 CMMB业务和普通电信业务(语音、数据)的并发。
在其它实施例中, 上述 AT命令也可以为其它控制命令。
在其它实施例中, 本发明所提供的装置、 电脑及方法也适用于其他制 式的掌上智能终端和其他制式(如 WCDMA、 CDMA2000 ) 的无线数据终 端。
从上述实施例可以看出,本发明技术方案通过一种可实现 CMMB业务 的装置使用户可以在个人电脑上实时收看 CMMB电视节目,给用户带来了 极大的方便和新的体验, 同时为运营商拓展了新的用户群。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质 变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范 围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现多媒体广播业务应用的装置, 其特征在于, 包括依次连接 的接口单元、 基带处理器和多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元, 其中:
所述接口单元, 用于将接收到的移动终端发送的命令发送到所述基带 处理器, 将接收到的所述基带处理器发送的命令以及多媒体广播业务数据 发送到所述移动终端;
所述基带处理器, 用于将所述接口单元发送的命令解析转换为能被所 述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元识别的控制消息, 将所述控制消息发送 到所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元, 并将所述多媒体广播数据接收及 解调单元发送的多媒体广播业务数据发送到所述接口单元;
所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元, 用于接收并解析所述控制消息, 当解析所述控制消息为启动操作时, 所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元 接收并解调电子业务指南 ESG数据, 当解析所述控制消息为接收操作指示 时, 所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元接收并解调多媒体广播业务数据 , 并将解调后的 ESG数据和多媒体广播业务数据发送到所述基带处理器。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元, 根据所述控制消息接收并解调 所述 ESG数据和多媒体广播业务数据时, 还向所述基带处理器发送用于指 示操作是否成功的反馈信息;
所述基带处理器, 根据所收到的反馈信息生成命令, 并通过所述接口 单元将该命令发送到所述移动终端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述基带处理器, 还用于判断所述接口单元发送的命令是否为多媒体 广播业务命令, 仅将多媒体广播业务命令转换为所述控制消息。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述命令为 AT命 令。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接口单元为 USB 任务管理单元。
6、 一种可实现多媒体广播业务的电脑, 其特征在于, 包括控制模块、 多媒体广播业务应用装置, 其中:
所述控制模块, 用于根据用户的操作, 向多媒体广播业务应用装置发 送启动命令, 并将所述多媒体广播业务应用装置返回的 ESG中的频道信息 显示给用户以供用户选择, 根据用户选择向所述多媒体广播业务应用装置 发送接收命令;
所述多媒体广播业务应用装置, 用于解析所述控制模块发送的命令, 当解析所述命令为启动命令时, 接收电子业务指南 ESG; 当解析所述命令 为接收命令时, 接收并解调多媒体广播业务多媒体数据。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电脑, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体广播业务应用 装置进一步包括依次连接的接口单元、 基带处理器和多媒体广播数据接收 及解调单元, 其中:
所述接口单元, 用于将所述控制模块发送的命令发送到所述基带处理 器, 将所述基带处理器发送的 ESG数据和多媒体广播业务数据发送给所述 电脑待播放;
所述基带处理器, 用于将所述接口单元发送的命令转换为能被所述多 媒体广播数据接收及解调单元识别的控制消息, 并发送到所述多媒体广播 数据接收及解调单元, 将所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元处理后的 ESG数据和多媒体广播业务数据发送给所述接口单元;
所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元, 用于解析所接收的控制消息, 当解析所述控制消息为启动操作时, 接收并解调 ESG数据, 当解析所述控 制消息为接收操作指示时, 接收并解调多媒体广播业务数据, 并将解调后 的 ESG数据和多媒体广播业务数据发送到所述基带处理器。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电脑, 其特征在于,
所述多媒体广播数据接收及解调单元, 根据所述控制消息接收及解调 所述 ESG数据和多媒体广播业务数据时, 还用于向所述基带处理器发送用 于指示操作是否成功的反馈信息;
所述基带处理器, 根据所收到的反馈信息生成命令, 并发送到所述接 口单元;
所述接口单元, 将所述基带处理器发送的命令发送到所述控制模块。
9、 如权利要求 6、 7或 8所述的电脑, 其特征在于, 所述命令为 AT命 令, 所述电脑还包括与所述控制模块、 多媒体广播业务应用装置均相连的 AT生成模块, 所述 AT生成模块用于将所述控制模块发送的用户操作指令 转换为 AT命令, 发送到所述多媒体广播业务应用模块。
10、如权利要求 7或 8所述的电脑,其特征在于,所述接口单元为 USB 任务管理单元。
11、 一种实现多媒体广播业务应用的方法, 其特征在于, 应用于包括 控制模块和多媒体广播业务应用装置的电脑, 所述方法包括:
在用户通过电脑启动多媒体广播应用后, 所述电脑的控制模块生成启 动命令, 所述多媒体广播业务应用装置根据所述启动命令接收并解调多媒 体广播业务的 ESG;
所述电脑向用户显示所述 ESG中的频道信息以供用户选择, 所述控制 模块根据用户的操作生成接收命令, 所述多媒体广播业务应用装置根据所 述接收命令, 接收并解调多媒体广播业务数据, 所述电脑向用户播放解调 后的多媒体广播业务数据。
12、如权利要求 11的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电脑接收所述 ESG数据 或者多媒体广播业务数据时, 进一步判断所述接收是否成功, 当所述接收 成功时, 所述电脑不作任何处理, 当所述接收失败时, 所述电脑向用户显 示操作失败。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12的方法, 其特征在于, 所述启动命令和接收 命令为 AT命令。
