The present invention relates to a medicine tray transport cart capable of transporting a plurality of medicine trays containing medicines in a lump.
Conventionally, as a cart for transporting medicine trays, four support panels are erected at a predetermined interval, and the upper and lower legs are connected and integrated by an upper connecting portion and a lower connecting portion, respectively. The thing of the structure which consists of is known (for example, refer patent document 1). *
However, in the conventional cart for transporting medicine trays, the medicine stored in the medicine tray can be taken out freely, so there is a problem in terms of safety, and countermeasures have been demanded. However, it is a cart that is used only for transporting chemicals, and it has been required to be manufactured at low cost.
International Publication No. 2005/105619
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the cart for chemical | medical agent tray conveyance which is excellent in antitheft property and can be manufactured cheaply.
As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a medicine tray transport cart provided with a plurality of storage areas in which medicine trays can be arranged in the vertical direction on a movable support base, The region is configured such that the medicine tray can be supported by the support portions formed on the opposing surfaces of the partition members arranged at predetermined intervals on the support base, and the plurality of medicine tray transport carts are in a state where all the medicine trays are removed , The partition member is formed at a position that does not interfere with at least the support base of the adjacent drug tray transport cart, so that the drug tray transport carts can be arranged in an overlapping manner, and the partition member Is provided with a lock mechanism for locking the medicine tray stored in the storage area, and the chemical tray stored in the uppermost storage area is provided in at least one of the opposing partition members. Provided with a lid member that can be moved between a closed position where the upper opening of the door can be closed and a standby position where the cart for transporting a plurality of medicine trays is opened in a position not interfering with the partition member. is there. *
With this configuration, in a state where the lid member is moved to the closed position, the medicine trays are stored in the respective stages from the uppermost stage to the lower side, and the medicine trays stored by the lock mechanism are locked. The upper side of the medicine tray located at the uppermost stage is closed by the lid member located at the closed position. Moreover, the upper opening of the medicine tray located on the lower side of the uppermost stage is closed by the medicine tray located one above. Thereby, the theft of the chemical | medical agent accommodated in the chemical | medical agent tray can be prevented. In addition, since the lid member can be rotated to a standby position extending downward along the partition member, there is no hindrance when arranging a plurality of medicine tray transport carts in an overlapping manner. And in the state which rotated the cover member to the standby position, even if it is going to store a chemical | medical agent tray, since it is blocked | prevented by the cover member, it turns out that the cover member is not set to the closed position. Moreover, since it is a structure which only provided the cover member and the lock mechanism, it can manufacture at low cost. *
As long as the lid member is configured to be rotatable between a closed position capable of closing the upper opening of the medicine tray stored in the uppermost storage area and a standby position extending downward along the partition member Good. *
The lid member is rotatably provided at one end side to one side of the partition member, and has a locking portion at the other end side, and the other side of the partition member is engaged when the lid member is located at the closed position. The stopper is provided with a latch receiving portion that can be engaged and disengaged, and the medicine tray is stored in the uppermost storage area in a state where the lid member is located at the closed position. It is preferable that the locked state is unreleasable. *
With this configuration, if the medicine tray is stored in the uppermost storage area after the locking portion and the locking receiving portion are brought into the locked state, the locking position is located inside the medicine tray. As a result, it is possible to prevent the locked state from being released without taking out the medicine tray. *
The partition member preferably includes positioning means for positioning the lid member rotated to the standby position. *
With this configuration, even if the medicine tray transport cart is moved, the lid member does not cause rocking or rattling and maintains a stable position. *
The partition member includes an opening located on the same straight line, and the lid member includes an opening / closing portion that opens the opening at a closed position and closes the opening at a standby position. It is preferable to further include detection means for detecting the rotational position of the lid member by transmitting and receiving signals via the terminal. *
With this configuration, it is possible to detect whether or not the lid member is located at the closed position. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the medicine tray from being forgotten to be stored in the storage area. In addition, if the lid member is in the standby position, it is impossible to store the medicine tray in the storage area. *
A medicine tray transport cart comprising a movable support base and partitioning members arranged at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction on the support base, wherein a plurality of medicine tray transport carts are arranged on each medicine tray. It is preferable to provide a guide portion for preventing parts other than the guide portion from contacting each other when the partition members of the transport cart are arranged so as to overlap each other. *
With this configuration, even if the medicine tray transport cart is handled somewhat messy, it can be used in a good condition for a long time without being damaged. *
Three or more of the partition members are arranged side by side on the support base, and the guide portions may be formed on both sides of the partition member disposed on the inner side except for both end sides on the support base. It may be formed only on one side.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, although it is the simple and cheap structure only provided with the cover member, the theft of the chemical | medical agent in a chemical | medical agent tray can be prevented effectively. Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, terms indicating specific directions and positions (for example, terms including “up”, “down”, “side”, “end”) are used as necessary. Is for facilitating understanding of the invention with reference to the drawings, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited by the meaning of these terms. Further, the following description is merely illustrative in nature, and is not intended to limit the present invention, its application, or its use. *
FIG. 1 shows a medicine tray transport cart 1 according to the present embodiment. The medicine tray transport cart 1 has a plurality of partition members 3 arranged on a support base 2 at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction. *
The support base 2 includes a lower center beam 4 and a support beam 5 extending in a direction perpendicular to the lower ends of both ends. Casters 6 are respectively provided below both ends of the support beam 5. *
The partition member 3 includes a frame portion 7 having a rectangular frame shape, and horizontal bars 9 that are fixed between vertical beams 8 that constitute both side portions of the frame portion 7 and are arranged at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. Prepare. *
In each frame portion 7, the lower surface central portion of the lower horizontal beam 10 constituting the lower end portion is connected and supported by the lower center beam 4 of the support base 2 via a connecting bar 11 extending vertically. In each frame portion 7, the upper surface central portion of the upper horizontal beam 12 that constitutes the upper end portion is connected to each other by the upper center beam 13. Rubber pads 14 are provided at four locations on both sides of the upper center beam 13 respectively. As will be described later, these pads 14 avoid collision between the upper center beams 13 when a plurality of medicine tray transport carts 1 are arranged in an overlapping manner. *
A handle 15 is integrated with each of the vertical beams 8 of the frame portion 7 positioned at both ends of the medicine tray transport cart 1. Each handle 15 includes a straight portion 16 at a central portion to be gripped, and curved portions 17 protruding at both sides thereof. The dimension of the straight line portion 16 is set to a value that is just suitable for grasping by hand (not longer than necessary). The protruding dimension of the curved portion 17 with respect to the straight portion 16 is a value at which the hand (mainly the instep portion) is not from the most protruding portion of the curved portion 17 or hardly appears when the straight portion 16 is gripped by a hand. Is set to This prevents the hand from being pinched between the handle 15 and another member (wall or the like) when the medicine tray transport cart 1 is transported while gripping the handle 15. *
As shown in FIG. 3, the horizontal bar 9 is obtained by molding a synthetic resin material, and includes a groove portion 18 extending in the horizontal direction on the facing surface side of each partition member 3. The upper wall 19 constituting the groove portion 18 has notches 20 at both ends. The lower wall 21 has both end walls 22, and a recess 23 is formed on the inner side of the lower wall 21. The upper wall 19 and the lower wall 21 are reinforced by a plurality of ribs 24 provided at predetermined intervals. The horizontal bars 9 are respectively arranged at corresponding positions in the vertical direction of the facing surfaces of the adjacent partition members 3. A support portion 25 that supports one medicine tray (not shown) is constituted by a pair of opposed horizontal bars 9. A region occupied by the medicine tray supported by the support unit 25 is a storage region 26 (see FIG. 1). The medicine tray has a box shape formed of a bottom surface and four side surfaces, and the top surface is open. A flange portion is formed on the opening edge portion, and the flange portion is supported by the support portion 25. *
As shown in FIG. 4, a lid member 27 is rotatably attached to one upper horizontal beam 12 of the partition members 3 facing each other. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the vertical part 28a of the support plate 28 bent in a substantially L shape is screwed to both ends of the upper horizontal beam 12. One plate 29a of a hinge 29 is attached to the horizontal portion 28b of the support plate 28 by bolts and nuts. The other plate 29 b of the hinge 29 is screwed to the lid member 27. As a result, the lid member 27 can rotate between a horizontal position (closed position: FIG. 1) and a vertical position (standby position: FIG. 7) around the hinge 29. A magnetic plate 30 is provided at the center of the upper horizontal beam 12, and a permanent magnet 31, which is a positioning means, is attached to the lid member 27 at a portion corresponding to the magnetic plate 30. Accordingly, when the lid member 27 is rotated to the standby position, the permanent magnet 31 attracts the magnetic plate 30 and the lid member 27 is positioned at the vertical position. Accordingly, the swinging and rattling of the lid member 27 in the vertical position is prevented. *
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a shielding portion 32 is extended at the corner portion on the rotation center side of the lid member 27. The shielding part 32 protrudes upward from the horizontal position when the lid member 27 rotates to the standby position. And if the shielding part 32 protrudes upwards, it will be formed by the optical path which connects the both ends of the chemical | drug | medicine tray conveyance cart 1 formed by the opening part of the upper corner part of the partition member 3 arranged in parallel, ie, by the lid | cover detection sensor mentioned later. It is located in the optical path from the light emitting element to the light receiving element so that light is blocked. *
As shown in FIG. 4, a locking portion 33 is provided at the center of the free end of the lid member 27. Although not shown in detail for details, the locking portion 33 has a configuration in which a support body is provided with an operation portion and a protruding portion that can be projected and retracted with respect to the support body. The support is attached to the upper surface of the lid member 27. The operation unit is disposed on the lower surface of the lid member 27. The protrusion is attached to the support and protrudes from the support so as to be pushed by being biased by a spring. The tip portion of the protrusion is gradually curved downward as it goes to the tip. Accordingly, when the lid member 27 is rotated to the horizontal closed position, the protruding portion is smoothly locked to the locking receiving portion 34 described later. Further, if the operation portion is rotated, the protruding portion is immersed in the support body, and the locked state with the locking receiving portion 34 is released. However, since the operation member is disposed on the lower surface of the lid member 27 as described above, the operation member cannot be operated in a state where the medicine tray is stored in the lower storage area 26, that is, the uppermost storage area 26. *
The other upper horizontal beam 12 of the opposing partition member 3 has a latch receiving portion 34 in which a latch portion 33 provided on the lid member 27 is engaged and disengaged, and the lid member 27 moves upward beyond the horizontal position. A rotation blocking piece 35 that prevents the rotation is provided. *
As shown in FIG. 2, guide portions 36 are respectively provided on the upper horizontal beam 12 of the partition member 3 located at two locations inside. The guide portion 36 has a plate-like shape that extends along one side of the upper horizontal beam 12 from one end portion toward the other end portion. The guide portions 36 are formed in an arc shape on both ends of the upper horizontal beam 12. The projecting dimension of the guide portion 36 from the upper horizontal beam 12 is set to a value slightly larger than the maximum projecting dimension of the horizontal bar 9 and the lid member 27 rotated to the vertical position. As a result, as will be described later, it is possible to prevent the horizontal bar 9 and the lid member 27 from being damaged due to interference with each other when the carts 1 for transporting chemical trays are arranged in an overlapping manner. *
An operation lever 37 that can be rotated between a lock position and an unlock position is provided at the end of the upper center beam 13. As shown in FIG. 6, the operating lever 37 is connected to a first rod 38 provided in the upper center beam 13 (however, the upper center beam 13 is not shown in FIG. 6). . The first rod 38 is provided with rotating pieces 39 at predetermined intervals in the axial direction. Each rotary piece 39 is connected to a second rod 40 that extends downward through the center of each frame portion 7. In the middle of the second rod 40, a pressing piece 41 that presses the collar portion of the medicine tray placed in the groove portion 18 of each horizontal bar 9 against the lower wall 21 of the horizontal bar 9 is provided. Accordingly, when the operation lever 37 is rotated to the locked position, the pressing piece 41 is lowered via the first rod 38, the rotating piece 39, and the second rod 40, and the collar portion of the chemical tray is moved to the horizontal bar 9. It will be in a locked state by pressing against the lower wall 21 of the. Note that the operation lever 37 cannot be rotated by a key operation while being rotated to the lock position. *
Next, the operation of the medicine tray transport cart 1 having the above-described configuration will be described. *
When the medicine tray is stored in each support portion 25 of the medicine tray transport cart 1, the lid member 27 is rotated to the horizontal position. The lid member 27 is prevented from rotating downward by the locking portion 33 being locked to the locking receiving portion 34 provided on the upper horizontal beam 12. At this time, the lid member 27 is also prevented from rotating further upward by the rotation blocking piece 35. Thereby, the lid member 27 is positioned at the horizontal position. In this state, the medicine tray is stored in each storage area 26. *
In the state where the medicine trays are stored in all the storage areas 26, the medicine tray located on the lower side is in a state in which the upper opening is closed by the medicine tray located immediately above. Therefore, the medicine accommodated inside cannot be taken out without permission. Further, the medicine tray located at the top is in a state where the upper opening is closed by the lid member 27. In this state, the locking portion 33 provided on the lid member 27 has a structure that can be operated only from the lower surface side. That is, the locking part 33 is located inside the medicine tray located at the top and cannot be operated. Therefore, the stored medicine cannot be taken out from the medicine tray located at the top. *
Here, the operation lever 37 is operated to lock the medicine trays stored in the storage areas 26. As a result, all the medicine trays cannot be taken out from the medicine tray transport cart 1. And as above-mentioned, it becomes impossible to take out a medicine from each medicine tray. *
Then, the case where the said cart 1 for chemical | medical agent tray conveyance is employ | adopted as a chemical | medical agent supply system (for example, refer international publication 2005/105619) is demonstrated. *
The medicine tray transport cart 1 is set in a tray supply unit (not shown). The tray supply unit is provided with a lid detection sensor (not shown) composed of a light emitting element and a light receiving element. The light output from the light emitting element passes through the communication path of the set medicine tray transport cart 1 and is received by the light receiving element. Therefore, if any one of the plurality of lid members 27 is positioned in the vertical position, the light output from the light emitting element is blocked by the shielding plate 32 and cannot be received by the light receiving element. In this case, there is an area where the medicine tray cannot be stored. Therefore, an error is notified and the supply process of the chemical tray is stopped. *
Thus, according to the medicine tray transport cart 1, even if it is set in the tray supply section, if all the lid members 27 are not positioned at the closed position, this is automatically detected and an error is notified. The In addition, the rotation position of the lid member 27 can be detected by the shielding part 32 in which only a part of the lid member 27 is extended using a sensor having a simple configuration including a light emitting element and a light receiving element. For this reason, it is possible to cope with a very simple and inexpensive configuration. *
By the way, when not using the cart 1 for chemical | medical agent tray conveyance, as shown in FIG. That is, each partition member 3 of another medicine tray transport cart 1 is positioned between each partition member 3 of a certain medicine tray transport cart 1. At this time, the support beam 5 of the former support table 2 enters below the latter lower center beam 4. In this overlapping operation, it is inevitable that the parts of the medicine tray transport cart 1 collide with each other. In particular, since the horizontal bar 9 is made of a resin material, it may be damaged by a collision. Further, since the lid member 27 is configured to be rotatable, there is a possibility that the lid member 27 may be deformed due to a collision. However, in the cart 1 for transporting medicine trays, a guide portion 36 is provided at the upper end portion of each frame portion 7, and it is this guide portion 36 that mainly collides with each other. Therefore, the horizontal bar 9 and the lid member 27 are not damaged. *
In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure described in the said embodiment, A various change is possible. *
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, a screen device 42 may be provided in the upper center beam 13. Although not shown in detail, the screen device 46 is formed by winding a shielding sheet around a roll so that the shielding sheet can be pulled out. A rod-shaped body made of resin is integrated with the drawing end of the shielding sheet, and a permanent magnet 31 is provided there. The permanent magnet 31 can be attracted to the vertical beam 8 of the frame portion 7 with the shielding sheet pulled out. Then, it is possible to maintain the pulled-out state of the shielding sheet and cover the entire medicine tray stored in each storage region 26. Thereby, there is no worry that the identification card attached to the end face of the medicine tray can be seen by a third party. *
The guide portions 36 are provided on both sides of the upper horizontal beam 12, but may be provided at other locations. For example, the guide portion 36 can be provided at any position in the vertical direction of each frame portion 7. However, the storage area 26 cannot be formed at the position where the guide portion 36 is provided. *
One lid member 27 is provided for each step, but can be provided for each of the opposing partition members 3. However, a mechanism for connecting the free ends to each other with the lid members 27 being rotated to the horizontal position is required. *
Further, the lid member 27 is not limited to a pivoting type, and is, for example, a multi-stage sliding type, a closed position for closing the upper opening of the medicine tray stored in the uppermost stage, and the upper side horizontal beam 12 of the partition member 3. It is good also as a structure which expands-contracts between standby positions. In short, the lid member 27 closes the upper opening of the medicine tray stored in the uppermost stage in the closed position and does not get in the way even if a plurality of medicine tray transport carts 1 are stacked in the standby position. Any configuration can be adopted.
