过敏性呼吸道疾病发病频繁, 对人体健康造成不同程度的危害, 尤其是以哮 喘、 过敏性鼻炎等为主的过敏性呼吸道疾病一直以来严重影响着患者的身心健康 和生活质量, 哮喘被认为是四大顽症之一, 其患者往往迁延不愈、 痛苦不堪, 严 重者甚至会因急性发作而死亡。 目前旨在防治这类疾病的方法主要是药物治疗。 例如治疗哮喘主要是服用激素类药物和茶碱类药物来松弛患者呼吸道平滑肌, 达 到恢复气道通畅的目的。 但是药物治疗存在着一定的局限性比如会产生副作用, 长期使用会产生耐药性使药物疗效降低甚至失效, 患者急性严重发作时药物有时 起效较慢, 患者仍会承受较大的病痛折磨甚至有生命危险。 目前医学界对于哮喘 这类过敏性呼吸道疾病的认识和防治手段一直没有太大变化, 还不能从根本上控 制这类疾病, 哮喘病长期以来一直被列为发病机理不明的世界级的疑难杂症, 每 年全世界仍有数十万严重哮喘患者死于该病。 发明内容
目前医学界公认的关于哮喘病的理论是, 哮喘发病机理复杂, 发病诱因主要 有过敏源剌激、 病毒细菌感染、 空气污染、 气侯变化 (温度、 湿度、 气压变 化) 、 药物过敏、 运动、 精神及情绪因素等等, 治疗手段主要以激素类药物缓解 患者呼吸道阻塞, 并长期用药预防, 通过局部热敷等理疗手段配合。 但是现有理 论没有明确阐明引起哮喘发作的最重要原因是什么, 也未认识到气温的变化 (准确 地说是气温的下降;)和哮喘发病之间有着最直接的因果关系 (其他的诱发因素都可 以认为是次要的) , 因而也未真正认识到给呼吸道保温才是治疗这类疾病的根本 有效手段。 针对以上现有医学理论和治疗技术的局限, 本发明者通过长期的实 验, 验证了给患者的呼吸道保温是治疗哮喘等过敏性呼吸道疾病的根本有效手 段, 并提出关于这类疾病的新理论如下:
哮喘的发病原因是环境气温的骤降引起过敏体质人体的呼吸道 (往往存在高 反应性) 对过敏源、 细菌微生物、 运动、 情绪变化等剌激因素的剌激产生变态异 常反应从而产生支气管粘膜水肿阻塞气道, 呼吸受阻。 同样, 过敏性鼻炎的发病 原因是环境气温的骤降引起过敏体质人体的鼻腔粘膜产生变态异常反应从而产生 水肿阻塞鼻腔。
众所周知, 当环境气温骤降时, 人体自身免疫能力会有一定的下降, 疾病容 易侵入, 对于非过敏体质的正常人而言, 气温骤降也容易引发感冒, 但不至于引 发哮喘之类的过敏性疾病, 因为正常人不存在气道高反应性, 气候变化时, 对过 敏源等因素的剌激不会产生变态异常反应。
哮喘病发病的首要的也是必要的条件是环境气温骤降, 次要条件才是过敏源 如尘螨、 微生物、 情绪变化等等在当前医学理论中被认为同等重要的诱发哮喘的 原因。 也就是说在存在诸如过敏源、 细菌、 运动、 精神因素等诱因的环境下, 只 要所处环境气温没有出现持续降低的过程, 过敏体质的人就不会出现哮喘发作的 情况。
以上所说的气温骤降, 指气温在一定时间段内有持续的下降, 且下降斜率在 一段时间内持续大于 0, 患者就容易发病。 如果把每天的气温变化曲线画出来, 那 么在 τ (温度) 曲线处于下降过程中的时间段, 理论上都是哮喘病发作的时间段。 降温速率越大, 降温持续时间越长, 越容易引发哮喘发作。 这就能很好地解释为 什么哮喘的发作总是在秋、 冬、 春天的夜间或者凌晨, 也能很好地解释为何在夏 天, 细菌微生物、 螨虫等在空气中的密度也很高的情况下, 哮喘患者几乎不发 病。
因此, 哮喘等过敏性呼吸道疾病的治疗可以简单地以消除环境气温骤降这一 诱因的存在为唯一治疗目标。
基于以上新理论, 本发明者提出治疗这类疾病的方法就是消除环境气温下降 这一因素, 或者对患者的呼吸道进行持续地保温, 避免环境气温下降对患者呼吸 道产生影响而引起发病。 通过消除环境气温下降这一因素可以避免哮喘发作或者 从发作状态恢复健康状态, 在无法改变生活环境气温的情况下, 可以使用湿热空 气对呼吸道进行保温, 必须不受时间和空间的限制, 何时降温, 何时使用, 降温 时间长, 使用时间需要长, 降温时间短, 使用时间可以短些; 何时发病, 何时使 用, 发病程度重, 使用时间长, 发病程度轻, 使用时间可以短些。 通过对呼吸道 进行保温, 避免了过敏体质者的气道产生变态异常反应, 并可以提高呼吸道的抵 抗能力, 增强呼吸道纤毛运动, 便于咳痰, 对于调动和恢复患者自身的免疫能力 杀灭细菌和致敏微生物有较大帮助,最终实现恢复气道的通畅。 这样即使不依赖药 物也能使患者恢复健康。
为了实现以上方法, 达到对人体呼吸道持续保温的目的, 本发明提供了一种 口鼻罩, 它的发明构思是: 人体呼出气体有一定热量且对人体无害, 因此可以利 用人体呼出气体自带的热量来加热下一次吸入的空气, 循环往复, 使使用者的吸 入空气温度保持在约 24°C至 30°C之间的范围内。 该口鼻罩是一个双层口鼻罩, 其 形状和体积根据不同患者的脸型而定, 原则是佩戴舒适, 在人脸和口鼻罩体的中 间大约有 200毫升气体的容量, 空气通过口鼻罩的主通气孔进入, 沿着内、 外层之 间的空隙从四周进入罩内, 呼出气体也从同样路径排出罩体, 戴上本口鼻罩后, 可避免冷空气直接冲击患者的呼吸道, 利用人呼出气体的热量对吸入的冷空气进 行适当地加热。 以下是这种口鼻罩的附图。 附图概述
