Abstract

본 발명은 비분산 적외선(NDIR, Non-Dispersive Infrared) 방식의 가스 센서의 핵심 부분인 광 공동(optical cavity)에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에서의 광 공동은 장 광경로와 단 광경로를 함께 구비하여 광 흡수율이 낮은 가스와 광 흡수율이 높은 가스를 동시에 측정할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명에서의 광 공동은 광축과 초점을 공유하나 초점거리가 다른 서로 마주보는 두 포물경인 제1포물경과 제2포물경, 두 포물경의 광축에 위치하는 제1평면경, 제1평면경과 마주보는 위치에 구비된 제2평면경으로 구성된다. 또한 부가적으로 방출광을 평행광으로 변환하기 위해 포물경이나 타원경으로 구성된 집광부를 포함한다.
