Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fixation particulièrement économique, qui présente en même temps une haute sécurité de fonctionnement, pour des ouvrages horizontaux et inclinés dans l'exploitation souterraine et la construction de tunnel. Ledit procédé permet à un ou plusieurs boulons d'être forés, insérés et positionnés dans une opération et un système définis à partir de la zone de galerie déjà supportée et fixée au moyen d'un chariot saillant sans nécessiter d'intervention manuelle supplémentaire. Ensuite, les têtes de boulon de toit de la zone complètement fixée avec des boulons sont disposées en série ou tour à tour sur un garnissage flexible et y sont fixées avec des éléments auxiliaires, de sorte que le garnissage prenne déjà appui contre la roche et empêche des fragments de roche de taille relativement petite de tomber. Seulement après, les plaques de retenue et de couronnement sont appliquées et pourvues d'éléments de fixation et de serrage.
