Selon les systèmes techniques fournis dans la présente invention, le système peut fournir à des utilisateurs des services multimédias mobiles de qualité élevée dans une largeur de bande d'exploitation de 10 MHz. En outre, des sélections d'optimisation sont exécutées sur le codage RS selon la largeur de bande d'exploitation du système, en sélectionnant de ce fait un mode de codage approprié selon les différentes conditions de canal, et par conséquent, une optimisation est réalisée sur le dispositif d'entrelacement de multiplets, en utilisant de ce fait des paramètres d'entrelacement raisonnables de façon à exécuter un entrelacement de multiplets. Selon la largeur de bande réelle du système, les systèmes techniques fournis dans la présente invention établissent et attribuent de manière raisonnable les pilotes continus, les pilotes diffusés et les sous-porteuses de données du système et permettent de ce fait qu'un système d'émission de radiodiffusion multimédia mobile établisse de manière raisonnable un surdébit du système et utilise de façon efficace les ressources du spectre afin de transmettre des données.
