若所述支持业务共享的账户匹配失败或所述不支持业务共享的账户匹配 失败, 则鉴权失败, 否则鉴权成功。
上述方案中, 所述支持业务共享的账户匹配为: 判断当前登录账户所在 的一户中多个机顶盒账户中的任意一个账户是否订购了所请求的业务, 若是 则匹配成功; 否则匹配失败; 以及
所述不支持业务共享的账户匹配为: 判断当前登录账户是否订购了所请 求的业务, 若是则匹配成功; 否则匹配失败。 上述方案中, 所述执行一户多机业务订购流程的所述步骤可为: 判断当 前登录账户是否为子账户类型, 如果是子账户类型, 则判断所述业务配置参 数中用于控制是否允许所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的子账户订购业务的第 二业务配置参数是否设置为允许子账户订购, 若是, 则执行业务订购操作; 否则, 拒绝当前登录账户的订购请求; 以及
如果当前登录账户为主账户类型, 则执行业务订购操作。
本发明还提供了一种 IPTV—户多机系统, 包括:
关联设置模块, 其设置为建立一户中多个机顶盒账户之间的关联关系; 参数配置模块, 其设置为设置包括业务共享权限和订购权限的业务配置 参数; 以及
业务实现模块, 其设置为提供业务, 并依据所建立的关联关系和所述业 务配置参数, 对所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户使用业务或订购 业务进行控制。
其中, 所述关联设置模块、 参数配置模块和业务实现模块位于服务端; 所述业务实现模块可进一步包括:
开立账户模块, 其设置为开立账户;
业务鉴权模块, 其设置为对所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户 进行业务鉴权;
业务订购模块, 其设置为对所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户 进行业务订购; 以及
业务处理模块, 其设置为处理和反馈业务请求, 以及分别对所述一户中 多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户使用业务或订购业务进行控制。
上述方案中, 所述业务鉴权模块可包括:
业务共享判断模块, 其设置为判断所述业务配置参数中第一业务配置参 数是否设置为支持业务共享;
第一匹配模块, 其设置为执行支持业务共享情况下的业务鉴权; 以及 第二匹配模块, 其设置为执行不支持业务共享情况下的业务鉴权。 上述方案中, 所述业务订购模块可包括:
账户类型判断模块, 其设置为判断当前登录账户的账户类型, 当前账户 为主账户类型时向订购执行模块发送请求消息; 当前账户为子账户类型时向 订购权限判断模块发送请求消息;
订购权限判断模块, 其设置为判断所述业务配置参数中的第二业务配置 参数是否设置为允许子账户订购, 在允许子账户订购时向订购执行模块发送 请求消息; 以及
订购执行模块, 其设置为执行一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户的 业务订购操作。
通过本发明, 能够实现一户多机账户中多个账户之间的业务共享, 符合 用户的实际使用情况, 能够充分满足一户多机账户的业务需求, 如家庭拥有 多个机顶盒账号的情况对业务共享的需求,使得 IPTV业务在服务的订购与共 享方面, 具有很强的灵活性, 基本涵盖各种业务应用场景, 极大的提高用户 的业务体验度。 附图概述

本发明的基本思想是: 将多个独立的用户账户形成一个用户组(以下简 称为一户多机帐户) , 并建立账户之间的关联关系; 通过配置订购权限与业 务共享权限, 分别对一户多机账户订购业务或使用业务进行控制。
具体来说, 所述控制指: 如果配置订购权限为子账户没有订购权限, 但 具有业务共享权限, 那么只有主账户可以订购, 子账户只能共享主账户订购 的业务; 如果配置订购权限为子账户有订购权限, 但无业务共享权限, 那么 所有业务账户只能自己订购业务、 自己使用自己订购的业务; 如果配置订购 权限为子账户有订购权限, 且有业务共享权限, 那么所有账户都可以订购, 并且所有订购的产品与服务都能共享。
这里, 所述的用户账户为机顶盒账户; 进一步的, 可选择一个机顶盒账 户作为主账户, 其他的机顶盒账户作为子账户, 子账户归属于主账户。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并参 照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
图 1A为本发明一户多机实现系统的结构示意图, 该系统包括机顶盒单 元和服务端, 其中, 机顶盒单元用于一户多机系统终端功能的实现, 服务端 用于为机顶盒单元提供一户多机业务, 服务端进一步包括关联设置模块、 参 数配置模块和业务实现模块。
关联设置模块, 用于建立一户多机账户之间的关联关系, 账户之间的关 联关系通过设置一户多机参数来实现; 参数配置模块, 用于设置包括业务共 享权限和订购权限的业务配置参数, 业务配置参数中至少包括: 用于判断是 否支持一户多机账户间业务共享的第一业务配置参数, 以及用于判断是否允 许一户多机账户中的子账户订购业务的第二业务配置参数; 业务实现模块, 用于提供业务, 并依据所建立的关联关系和所述业务配置参数, 分别对所述 一户多机账户使用业务或订购业务进行控制。
机顶盒单元包括多个机顶盒, 每个机顶盒对应一个用户账户。 在确定主 机顶盒账户和子机顶盒账户后, 对应主机顶盒账户的机顶盒为主机顶盒, 其 余对应子机顶盒账户的机顶盒为子机顶盒; 相应的, 机顶盒单元一般包括一 个主机顶盒和多个子机顶盒。 多个子机顶盒, 分别为子机顶盒 11到子机顶盒 1N。
图 1B为本发明业务实现模块的结构示意图, 包括开立账户模块、业务鉴 权模块、 业务订购模块、 业务处理模块; 开立账户模块, 用于开立账户; 鉴 权模块用于对一户多机账户进行一户多机业务的业务鉴权; 业务订购模块, 用于对一户多机账户进行一户多机业务订购; 业务处理模块, 用于处理和反 馈业务请求, 以及分别对一户多机账户使用业务或订购业务进行控制, 来自 机顶盒单元的业务请求先由该模块接收并根据业务流程调用相应模块进行处 理, 再将处理结果反馈给机顶盒单元。
图 1C为本发明业务处理模块的结构示意图,业务处理模块包括鉴权处理 模块、 订购处理模块、 资源反馈模块。 机顶盒发起的一户多机业务订购请求 由订购处理模块接收, 订购处理模块调用服务端模块中的业务订购模块进行 业务订购并向机顶盒反馈处理结果; 用户发起的业务使用请求先由鉴权处理 模块接收, 鉴权处理模块再调用业务鉴权模块对业务请求账户进行一户多机 业务鉴权, 若鉴权成功, 则由资源反馈模块向机顶盒单元反馈业务资源位置, 若鉴权失败, 则调用业务订购模块进行一户多机业务订购。
图 1D 为本发明业务鉴权模块的结构示意图, 业务鉴权模块包括业务共 享判断模块、 第一匹配模块、 第二匹配模块。 业务共享判断模块, 用于根据 所述业务配置参数中的第一配置参数判断是否支持业务共享;第一匹配模块 , 用于执行支持业务共享情况下的业务鉴权; 第二匹配模块, 用于执行不支持 业务共享情况下的业务鉴权。
图 1E为本发明业务订购模块的结构示意图,业务订购模块包括账户类型 判断模块、 订购权限判断模块、 订购执行模块。 账户类型判断模块, 用于判 断当前登录账户的账户类型, 当前账户为主账户类型时向订购执行模块发送 请求消息; 当前账户为子账户类型时向订购权限判断模块发送请求消息; 订 购权限判断模块, 用于根据所述业务配置参数中的第二配置参数判断是否允 许子账户订购, 若允许则向订购执行模块发送请求消息, 若不允许则向机顶 盒反馈订购失败信息; 订购执行模块, 用于执行一户多机账户的业务订购操 作, 包括将业务订购关系存储于订购关系表中, 业务订购关系包括内容有: 请求的业务信息、 订购账户、 订购账户的归属账户信息等。
图 2为本发明一户多机实现方法的总体流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 该方 法包括以下步骤:
步骤 201 : 建立账户之间的关联关系;
在建立一户多机账户之间的关联关系时, 需要设置一户多机参数, 一户 多机参数主要包括: 用户的当前账户、 当前账户的归属账户、 当前账户类型、 高清参数等。 当前账户可以是已经存在的账户, 也可以是开立账户时系统自 动分配给用户的账户唯一标识; 当前账户的类型分为主账户类型和子账户类 型, 由一户多机参数中的当前账户类型来标识。 一户多机账户之间关联关系 主要体现在账户的归属关系上,归属账户用于标识当前账户所归属的主账户, 即只要建立了归属关系, 那么子账户的归属账户就主账户, 主账户的归属账 户就是其本身。 高清参数主要用于标识是否支持高清, 以便后续对于高清业 务的支持。
步骤 202: 设置包括业务共享权限和订购权限的业务配置参数; 本实施例中, 通过在订户管理系统中 ( Subscriber Management System,
SMS ) 中设置业务配置参数来控制一户多机账户之间的业务共享及子账户的 订购, 业务配置参数中的第一配置参数用于控制一户多机账户之间的业务共 享, 第二配置参数用于控制是否允许子账户订购业务。
步骤 203 : —户多机账户发起业务使用请求或业务订购请求时, 根据所 建立的关联关系及所设置的业务配置参数, 分别对所述一户多机账户使用业 务或订购业务进行控制。
图 3为本发明所述方法中建立账户间关联关系的流程示意图, 对应图 2 的步骤 201 , 如图 3所示, 详细步骤包括:
步骤 301、 产生或输入当前账户, 选择账户类型;
若需新开立账户可由系统自动产生当前账户, 若只是为了建立已有账户 间的关联关系则可手动输入或选择已存在的账户作为当前账户。 账户类型指 当前账户的账户类型, 分为主账户类型和子账户类型。
步骤 302、 设置归属账户; 当前账户为主账户类型时, 其归属账户为其本身, 当前账户为子账户类 型时, 设置其归属账户为当前账户的主账户; 账户间的关联关系通过账户之 间的归属关系来体现。
步骤 303: 设置高清参数, 主要是设置是否支持高清, 以便后续对于高 清业务的支持;
步骤 304、 存储包括账户归属关系在内的账户信息。
具体的, 将当前账户信息, 包括当前账户的账户标识、 账户类型、 高清 参数, 特别是当前账户用户和归属账户之间的账户关系等信息存储于数据库 中, 以备业务订购和业务鉴权时使用。
图 4为本发明用户通过一户多机的方式使用一户多机业务的业务流程示 意图, 对应图 2的步骤 203 , 如图 4所示, 详细步骤说明如下:
步骤 401、 用户通过机顶盒发起业务使用请求;
步骤 402、 电子节目菜单( Electronic Program Guide, EPG )解析所述业 务使用请求, 并向 SMS发起业务鉴权请求;
步骤 403、 SMS接收到 EPG的业务鉴权请求后, 进行一户多机的业务鉴 权, 返回鉴权结果给 EPG;
步骤 404、 EPG解析返回的业务鉴权结果, 判断鉴权是否成功, 若鉴权 成功则执行 405; 若鉴权失败则执行步骤 406;
步骤 405、 EPG返回业务资源位置( Uniform Resource Locator, URL )给 机顶盒, 机顶盒根据 URL重定向到业务资源位置, 用户使用该业务, 流程结 束;
步骤 406、 EPG返回鉴权失败信息给机顶盒, 提示用户订购业务, 用户 执行一户多机业务订购流程。
图 4所述业务流程为本发明优先的业务流程, 用户也可以先发起业务订 购请求, 由 EPG转发给 SMS, SMS执行一户多机的业务订购, 订购成功后 再执行如图 4的步骤流程。
图 5所示为一户多机的业务鉴权流程示意图, 对应图 4步骤 403的业务 鉴权内容, 如图 5所示, 其具体实施步骤如下: 步骤 501、 获取当前登录账户信息及用于控制业务共享和业务订购的业 务配置参数;
EPG向 SMS发起业务鉴权请求,业务鉴权请求中包含相关鉴权信息,相 关鉴权信息指当前登录账户的账户信息、 一户多机参数等; SMS系统中包含 用于控制一户多机账户间业务共享和控制是否允许子账户订购业务的业务配 置参数。 业务配置参数中的第一配置参数用于在全局范围内标识系统是否支 持账户之间的业务共享。
本实施例中第一配置参数为布尔型的开关变量, 该参数在系统安装后在 SMS的系统配置中设定, 作为一个全局配置参数对所有用户生效。
步骤 502、 SMS根据第一配置参数判断当前登录账户是否支持一户多机 账户间的业务共享; 若支持则执行步骤 503; 若不支持则执行步骤 504;
步骤 503 ; 执行支持业务共享的账户匹配, 若匹配成功则鉴权成功, 否 则鉴权失败;
支持业务共享的账户匹配的方法为使用所述当前登录账户的归属账户在 订购关系表中的归属账户字段进行账户匹配; 若匹配成功则鉴权成功, 否则 鉴权失败; SMS向 EPG反馈鉴权结果;
步骤 504; 执行不支持业务共享的账户匹配, 若匹配成功则鉴权成功, 否则鉴权失败;
不支持业务共享的账户匹配的方法为使用所述当前登录账户在订购关系 表中的订购账户字段进行账户匹配, 若匹配成功鉴权成功, 否则鉴权失败; SMS向 EPG反馈鉴权结果。
所述订购关系表记录了业务信息、 订购账户信息; 其中业务信息包含业 务标识字段、订购账户信息包含订购账户字段及订购账户的归属账户字段等。 本发明中, 若配置支持业务共享, 则主账户和子账户之间或子账户与子账户 之间可以共享它们各自订购的业务。 因为主账户的归属账户就是其本身, 而 子账户的归属账户是其主账户, 所以从属于一个家庭的所有机顶盒账户所订 购的业务在所述订购关系表中的归属账户字段都只能是主账户, 因此, 当系 统配置为支持业务共享时, 则只需要使用所述当前登录账户的归属账户在所 述订购关系表中的归属账户字段进行检索即可判断该当前登录账户是否可以 使用当前用户选择的业务; 当系统配置为不支持业务共享时, 则使用当前登 录账户在所述订购关系表中的订购账户字段进行检索即可判断该账户是否订 购了当前业务。
图 6为一户多机的业务订购流程示意图, 对应图 4步骤 406, 如图 6所 示, 详细步骤说明如下:
步骤 601、 用户通过机顶盒向 EPG发起订购请求, EPG将订购请求转发 给 SMS, SMS接收来自用户的订购请求, 根据当前登录账户及其一户多机参 数判断当前登录账户是否为子账户,若是则执行步骤 602;否则执行步骤 603; 步骤 602、 SMS根据业务配置参数中的第二配置参数判断是否允许子账 户订购, 若允许则执行步骤 603 , 否则执行步骤 608;
SMS系统中包含用于控制是否允许子账户订购的第二配置参数, 默认情 况下, 主账户拥有订购业务的权限, 子账户没有订购业务的权限, 只有第二 配置参数设置为允许子账户订购时, 才允许子账户订购业务。 本实施例中第 二配置参数为布尔型的开关变量,该参数在系统安装后在 SMS的系统配置中 设定, 作为一个全局配置参数对所有用户生效。
步骤 603、 SMS执行业务订购操作;
业务订购操作主要是对各种类型的业务内容进行分别的处理, 如一些免 费的内容不需要扣费等, 同时进行账户余额、 是否欠费等的判断。
步骤 604、 SMS判断业务订购是否成功, 若成功则执行步骤 605 , 否则 执行步骤 607;
步骤 605、 SMS出订购话单, 话单信息中包含当前登录账户与归属账户 的相关信息, 便于后续统计;
业务订购成功后, SMS需要出订购话单, 并且话单信息中需要有当前登 录账户与其归属账户的相关信息, 便于后续统计; 在进行话单统计时, 如果 是每个账户独立计费, 那么根据话单中的当前登录账户进行统计; 如果是按 照归属账户进行统一收费, 那么根据归属账户进行统计, 由于当前登录账户 与归属账户在话单中是两个独立的字段, 因此, 进行话单统计时的效率很高。 步骤 606、 SMS将当前登录账户与其归属账户写入订购关系表中, 并向 用户反馈订购成功消息, 流程结束;
步骤 607、 SMS向 EPG反馈订购失败消息, EPG进而提示给用户, 流程 结束;
步骤 608、 SMS返回无订购权限给 EPG, EPG进而提示给用户, 流程结 束。
当然, 本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
通过本发明, 能够实现一户多机账户中多个账户之间的业务共享, 符合 用户的实际使用情况, 能够充分满足一户多机账户的业务需求, 如家庭拥有 多个机顶盒账号的情况对业务共享的需求,使得 IPTV业务在服务的订购与共 享方面, 具有很强的灵活性, 基本涵盖各种业务应用场景, 极大的提高用户 的业务体验度。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种 IPTV—户多机的实现方法, 包括:
建立一户中多个机顶盒账户之间的关联关系;
设置用于控制所述一户中多个机顶盒账户的、 包括业务共享权限和订购 权限的业务配置参数; 以及
所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的一个机顶盒账户发起业务使用请求或业 务订购请求时, 根据所建立的关联关系及所设置的业务配置参数, 分别对所 述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的所述一个机顶盒账户使用业务或订购业务进行 控制。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的所 述一个机顶盒账户为已存在的账户, 或为新开立的账户。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中建立一户中多个机顶盒账户之间的 关联关系的所述步骤包括:
选择所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的一个机顶盒账户作为主账户, 其余 机顶盒账户作为子账户;
将所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中主账户的归属账户设置为其本身, 并将 所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的子账户的归属账户设置为所述一户中多个机 顶盒账户中的主账户。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中对所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的 所述一个机顶盒账户使用业务进行控制的所述步骤包括:
所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的所述一个机顶盒账户发起业务使用请 求;
对发起的业务使用请求进行一户多机业务鉴权, 判断鉴权是否成功, 若 鉴权成功, 则向发起请求的所述一个机顶盒账户返回业务资源位置; 若鉴权 失败, 则执行一户多机业务订购流程。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 还包括: 在所述一户中多个机顶盒账户 中的所述一个机顶盒账户发起业务使用请求之前, 所述一户中多个机顶盒账 户中的所述一个机顶盒账户发起业务订购请求, 根据发起的业务订购请求执 行一户多机业务订购流程。
6、根据权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其中进行一户多机业务鉴权的所述 步骤包括:
判断所述业务配置参数中用于控制所述一户中多个机顶盒账户之间业务 共享的第一业务配置参数是否设置为支持业务共享, 若是, 则执行支持业务 共享的账户匹配; 否则, 执行不支持业务共享的账户匹配; 以及
若所述支持业务共享的账户匹配失败或所述不支持业务共享的账户匹配 失败, 则鉴权失败, 否则鉴权成功。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中
所述支持业务共享的账户匹配为: 判断当前登录账户所在的一户中多个 机顶盒账户中的任意一个账户是否订购了所请求的业务, 若是则匹配成功; 否则匹配失败; 以及
所述不支持业务共享的账户匹配为: 判断当前登录账户是否订购了所请 求的业务, 若是则匹配成功; 否则匹配失败。
8、根据权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其中所述执行一户多机业务订购流 程的所述步骤为:
判断当前登录账户是否为子账户类型, 如果是子账户类型, 则判断所述 业务配置参数中用于控制是否允许所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的子账户订 购业务的第二业务配置参数是否设置为允许子账户订购, 若是, 则执行业务 订购操作; 否则, 拒绝当前登录账户的订购请求; 以及
如果当前登录账户为主账户类型, 则执行业务订购操作。
9、 一种 IPTV—户多机系统, 包括:
关联设置模块, 其设置为建立一户中多个机顶盒账户之间的关联关系; 参数配置模块, 其设置为设置包括业务共享权限和订购权限的业务配置 参数; 以及
业务实现模块, 其设置为提供业务, 并依据所建立的关联关系和所述业 务配置参数, 对所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户使用业务或订购 业务进行控制。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中所述关联设置模块、 参数配置模 块和业务实现模块位于服务端, 以及所述业务实现模块进一步包括:
开立账户模块, 其设置为开立账户;
业务鉴权模块, 其设置为对所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户 进行业务鉴权;
业务订购模块, 其设置为对所述一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户 进行业务订购; 以及
业务处理模块, 其设置为处理和反馈业务请求, 以及分别对所述一户中 多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户使用业务或订购业务进行控制。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中所述业务鉴权模块包括: 业务共享判断模块, 其设置为判断所述业务配置参数中第一业务配置参 数是否设置为支持业务共享;
第一匹配模块, 其设置为执行支持业务共享情况下的业务鉴权; 以及 第二匹配模块, 其设置为执行不支持业务共享情况下的业务鉴权。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中所述业务订购模块包括: 账户类型判断模块, 其设置为判断当前登录账户的账户类型, 当前账户 为主账户类型时向订购执行模块发送请求消息; 当前账户为子账户类型时向 订购权限判断模块发送请求消息;
订购权限判断模块, 其设置为判断所述业务配置参数中的第二业务配置 参数是否设置为允许子账户订购, 在允许子账户订购时向订购执行模块发送 请求消息; 以及
订购执行模块, 其设置为执行一户中多个机顶盒账户中的机顶盒账户的 业务订购操作。
