Abstract

La présente invention concerne un permis de conduire électronique à points sur une carte à puce ainsi que le concept dudit. L'outil de l'invention capture, stocke de manière sécurisée, analyse et entretient toutes les informations associées à un véhicule motorisé circulant sur route ainsi que les données sur le conducteur sous forme numérique et électronique. L'identité du conducteur, la photo, la date de validité du permis et des examens, l'établissement et l'attribution de points de pénalité pour mauvaise conduite et délits de la circulation routière, les données médicales d'urgence élémentaires du conducteur : l'ensemble de ces éléments est stocké dans un petit dispositif à microprocesseur à l'état solide, de la taille d'une carte de crédit, suffisamment léger et petit pour être rangé à l'intérieur d'un portefeuille et pouvant être connecté à tout ordinateur, système de bureau ou mobile équipé d'un lecteur de carte à puce. Le permis de conduire électronique à points sur carte à puce peut être transporté partout par le conducteur et permet, le cas échéant, de donner instantanément un accès à la personne autorisée, aux données médicales d'urgence du conducteur en cas d'urgence, ainsi qu'à l'historique de la conduite du conducteur. L'utilisation d'un logiciel convivial permet de visualiser toutes les données associées à la conduite, notamment techniques, administratives, et concernant l'assurance. Il est en outre possible, pour une autorité de contrôle, d'accéder à un rapport résumé sur la situation du conducteur concernant la conduite. De plus, grâce à l'utilisation d'un site portail Internet dédié dans un but de communication et de sauvegarde, l'autorité de contrôle dispose de facilités lui permettant de télécharger l'image et les dernières données d'un conducteur ayant perdu ou oublié son permis de conduire, et finalement d'émettre une amende en cas de délit de la circulation routière. Un algorithme de communication et de stockage sécurisé basé sur Rijndael en conjonction avec une technique sécurisée utilisant le dispositif de carte à puce à micropuce permet de sécuriser le stockage des données.
