Abstract

The present invention relates to a 3D metal-organic framework having a wide surface area and a large pore volume, and more particularly, to the 3D metal-organic framework expressed in chemical formula 3, or to a solvate thereof. The metal-organic framework of the present invention has a long organic linker, a wide surface area, and a large pore volume, thus achieving an enhanced gas adsorption capability. Accordingly, the framework can be useful as a gas retainer.
