Abstract

The invention relates to a method for biosynthesizing and obtaining substances from cells. Fields of application of the invention include industry, in particular the food industry, but also all other branches, medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. The method according to the invention for obtaining substances from cells is characterized in that the cells producing the desired substances are cultivated and the formed substances are released from the cells or made accessible for extraction by treating the culture medium with high voltage pulses and are subsequently extracted from the medium.
