Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la fabrication de fenêtres faites de profilés métalliques extrudés. L'invention permet d'augmenter le niveau d'isolation thermique et la résistance de la structure. Le système de connexion par points de profilés d'une fenêtre à insérer comprend un profilé porteur creux (1) avec une plaque de console (2) à l'extrémité de laquelle est formée une gorge longitudinale (3) afin de recevoir un joint (4) entrant en contact avec la surface externe de la plaque d'une réglette creuse (5). Le profilé porteur creux (1) et la réglette creuse (5) comportent, sur les côtés orientés vers l'intérieur de la connexion par points, des paires de gorges longitudinales (63) dans lesquelles sont disposées des protubérances (7) de type queue d'aronde d'éléments d'isolation thermique à cavités multiples creux et disposés en parallèle (8). Les protubérances opposées de type queue d'aronde sont disposées par paires, respectivement, dans les gorges longitudinales d'un profilé creux (9) d'une plaque à double épaulement comprenant des épaulements inégaux (10, 11). Le plus grand des épaulements (10) de la plaque à deux épaulements entre en contact avec un profil creux (12) comportant une latte de console (13), tandis que le plus petit comporte une gorge dans laquelle est disposée une serrure du profilé à cavités multiples (16) de remplissage. Le profilé (16) et l'épaulement (11) sont disposés entre les joints de l'imposte et la latte de pression. Entre la réglette creuse et le profilé creux se trouve un joint à cavités multiples (17) avec une protubérance de type console (18). Le profilé porteur (1) comprend une parclose (20) par le biais de laquelle le joint (21) est comprimé contre le verre (14). Le joint (15 ou 21) en contact avec le verre (14) comprend une protubérance (22) divisant la cavité entre la parclose et la plaque de console en chambres.
