Abstract

앱시스산을 수송체 유전자들과 이들 유전자를 이용하여 제조된 형질전환체에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 앱시스산 수송과 관여하여 염이나 건조 저항성을 향상시키는 유전자 및 이 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 이 재조합 벡터를 이용하여 제조한 형질전환체 및 염, 건조에 대한 내성이 우수한 형질전환 식물과 상기 식물들을 이용한 건조지역에서의 환경정화방법 및 작물생산성을 향상시킨 작물 개발에 관한 것이다.
