Abstract
The invention relates to a device for mapping the surface of a sample by means of a device for recording a plurality of signals in a plurality of points of the surface, every signal relating to every point having signal values that are associated with individual measuring channels. The invention is characterized in that the device comprises an analytical device which is designed in such a manner that a global or partial analysis of a plurality of signals that are associated with respective different points of the sample surface is carried out and the result thereof characterizes a point of the sample surface.
