背景技术

中国专利200520057606.5号公开了一种“旋转式出水的花洒”,该花洒的原理主要是通过一斜水体上的斜水孔产生斜水流,带动一叶轮转动,该叶轮通过一偏心轴驱动一叶轮套转动,该叶轮套绕叶轮的中心轴转动,转动的半径为偏心轴轴心与叶轮中心轴的距离,但叶轮套本身并不自转,而叶轮套通过球面配合与各出水嘴的顶部连接,各出水嘴装配于面盖的台阶孔中,因此叶轮套使每个出水嘴下方的出水口发生摆动旋转,每个出水嘴的出水流转动成一喇叭形。此花酒有以下缺点:一,每个出水嘴的旋转水流的转动范围过小,达不到预期的效果;二,仅适用于较少的出水嘴,若有多个出水嘴,则会发生装配上的困难和造成结构过于复杂,造成生产困难或提高生产成本。
中国专利200420070842.6号公开了一种“可产生旋转水流的花洒头”,其主要是通过在花洒出水孔处的出水体上安装一旋转体,该旋转体包括叶轮和转子,叶轮上设有导流板,转子上设有出水孔,水流冲击叶轮的导流板使叶轮转动,叶轮带动转子一起转动,从转子的出水孔射出的水流即成为旋转水流。此方案的缺点是:转速难以控制,水压小则无法驱动旋转体转动,水压大则旋转体的转速过快。
发明内容
本发明提供一种旋转出水的花洒,其主要目的在于克服旋转出水的花洒的转动部件设计不合理,从而导致出水旋转范围较小而无法满足要求的缺点;本发明的另一目的在于克服现有旋转出水花洒的水流转速难以控制的缺点。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种旋转出水的花洒,包括:本体,具有一进水端和一出水端,该进水端和出水端之间形成水路;面盖组件,可转动地设于上述本体的出水端,该面盖组件上设有与水路连通的喷水嘴;水力驱动单元,设于上述本体的水路中并通过一转轴与所述面盖组件连接,水力驱动单元受水路中水流的推动带动面盖组件旋转。
前述一种旋转出水的花洒,所述水力驱动单元与所述转轴之间通过一减速机构传动连接。

由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:一,本发明通过水流驱动整个面盖旋转从而达到出水旋转的目的,面盖上的各喷水嘴绕整个面盖的中心转动,而非绕各自中心转动,因而水流的旋转范围较大;二,各喷水嘴的结构无特别要求,喷水嘴的多少几乎不影响整体的结构复杂性的生产成本;三,面盖组件的转轴与水力驱动单元之间采用行星轮系原理进行减速,使面盖组件的转速变得可控和平稳。

一种旋转出水的花洒,参照图1,其主要包括本体1、面盖组件2及面盖组件2的转轴3。该本体1包括一具有朝下开口的外壳11以及一具有朝上开口的支撑壳体12,该外壳11中心部位顶端形成进水口110,该支撑壳体12装配于该进水口110的底部,该进水口110中装配有一接头座32,该接头座32通过球面配合连接一进水接头31。
所述支撑壳体12中装设有水力驱动单元4和减速机构5。同时参照图2和图3,所述水力驱动单元4包括一斜水体41和一叶轮42,该斜水体41上分布有产生斜向水流以驱动该叶轮42转动的斜向孔410,该叶轮42设有一偏心凸轴421。

参照图1可知,本体1外壳11的进水口110、支撑壳体12的内腔、转轴3的通水孔30、该上盖22与面盖21之间的腔体220以及面盖21上的喷水嘴210构成一完整的水路。水流由连接头31、连接座32进入,通过斜水体41的斜向孔410产生斜向水流冲击叶轮42,使叶轮42转动,叶轮42通过其偏心凸轴421带动行星齿轮51以叶轮42及外齿圈52的中心线为中心进行公转,在公转的过程中,由于行星齿轮51与外齿圈52啮合,因此行星齿轮51以偏心凸轴421为中心进行自转,行星齿轮51的自转通过传动杆511与传动孔530的配合带动连接盘53转动,该传动孔530提供该传动杆511公转时所需的活动空间。连接盘53带动转轴3转动,转轴3带动整个面盖组件2转动,从而实现旋转出水。
另外,上述传动杆511与传动孔530的位置可相互对换,即,将传动杆511设于连接盘53上,将传动孔530设于行星齿轮51上,同样可实现上述传动效果。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明一种旋转出水的花洒,通过水流驱动整个面盖旋转从而达到出水旋转的目的,面盖上的各喷水嘴绕整个面盖的中心转动,而非绕各自中心转动,因而水流的旋转范围较大。本发明结构简单,制造加工方便。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种旋转出水的花洒,其特征在于包括:
    本体,具有一进水端和一出水端,该进水端和出水端之间形成水路;
    面盖组件,可转动地设于上述本体的出水端,该面盖组件上设有与水路连通的喷水嘴;
    水力驱动单元,设于上述本体的水路中并通过一转轴与所述面盖组件连接,所述转轴与水力驱动单元之间通过一减速机构传动连接;
    水力驱动单元受水路中水流的推动通过减速机构带动面盖组件旋转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转出水的花洒,其特征在于:所述水力驱动单元包括一斜水体和一叶轮,该斜水体上分布有产生斜向水流以驱动叶轮转动的斜向孔,所述减速机构包括一行星齿轮、一外齿圈及一连接盘;
    该叶轮、外齿圈和连接盘具有相同中心线,该叶轮设有一偏心凸轴,该偏心凸轴作为行星架与该行星齿轮、外齿圈构成一行星轮系,偏心凸轴为该行星齿轮的自转中心,外齿圈的中心线为该行星齿轮的公转中心,该行星齿轮与外齿圈啮合;
    所述行星齿轮的偏心位置设有传动杆,所述连接盘设有传动孔,行星齿轮的自转通过该传动杆与传动孔的配合带动该连接盘转动,该传动孔大于传动杆的横截面以提供该传动杆随行星齿轮公转时所需的活动空间;
    所述面盖组件的转轴与该连接盘固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种旋转出水的花洒,其特征在于:所述本体包括一具有朝下开口的外壳以及一具有朝上开口的支撑壳体,该外壳中心部位顶端形成进水口,所述支撑壳体装配于该进水口的底部,所述水力驱动单元、减速机构装配于该支撑壳体中,所述转轴可转动地装配于该支撑壳体内的中心位置并向下凸伸,所述面盖组件装配于该转轴的伸出部分。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种旋转出水的花洒,其特征在于:所述面盖组件包括一面盖和一上盖,该面盖分布有所述的喷水嘴,该面盖固定于所述转轴的底端,该上盖套接于所述转轴上并位于面盖的上方,该上盖与面盖之间构成一腔体,所述转轴上设有连通所述支撑壳体与该腔体的通水孔,所述本体外壳的进水口、支撑壳体、转轴的通水孔、该上盖与面盖之间的腔体以及面盖上的喷水嘴构成所述的完整的水路。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种旋转出水的花洒,其特征在于:所述面盖组件的上盖设有卡块,所述本体的外壳设有一旋钮,该旋钮连接有可与所述卡块配合以使所述面盖组件定位卡爪。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种旋转出水的花洒,其特征在于:所述面盖组件还包括一装饰侧盖,该装饰侧盖夹设于所述上盖和面盖之间。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种旋转出水的花洒,其特征在于:所述转轴中段作为水通路,在其上凸台的周缘设有进水孔,在下凸台的周缘设有出水孔。
