Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung mit der aus beliebigen kohlenstoffhaltigen Ausgangsstoffen, wie z. B. Hausmüll oder biogenem Material, hochwertiges Synthesegas gewonnen werden kann. Die Anordnung umfasst eine mit mindestens einer Beschickungseinrichtung (6, 7) ausgestattete Prozesskammer (1), die vier funktionelle Zonen jeweils zum Trocknen (2), Pyrolisieren (3), Vergasen (4) und Verbrennen (5) der Ausgangsstoffe aufweist. In der Prozesskammer (1) ist konzentrisch und von ihrem oberen Ende beginnend ein Schneckenförderer (10), der sich aus einer Schneckenwelle (11) und einer diese umgebenden Laderöhre (12) zusammensetzt, angeordnet. Der Schneckenförderer (10) reicht nicht vollständig bis zum unteren Ende der Prozesskammer (1), wodurch ein vom Schneckenförderer (10) nicht durchsetzter Abschnitt (13) gebildet ist, der der Vergasung und der Verbrennung der Ausgangstoffe dient. Die Anordnung ermöglicht es, den Volumenstrom bei allen Prozessschritten genau zu kontrollieren sowie eine Verkokung bzw. Verschlackung praktisch vollständig zu vermeiden; hierdurch sind hohe Ausbeuten und Standzeiten erreichbar.
