有益效果
本发明既可以将透明发热膜等作为发热源, 通过透明的底板直接导热, 最后实 现对衣物进行熨烫以及各种皱折的花纹效果的处理, 也可以在电熨斗内设置有 作为发热源的电发热体, 电发热体与底板不相接, 该电发热体产生的热量穿过 底板后加热被熨烫物体, 此吋, 底板就成为单纯的熨烫压板, 其主要负责将被 熨烫物体压平或者处理各种皱折的花纹效果。 照明灯可以照射到透明底板上, 使更好地辅助观察到衣服熨烫的情况, 也使得熨烫进程更加清晰。
本发明使用了透明微晶板作为传热导体, 根据微晶板的垂直导热特性, 加快了 底板的导热速度, 而且其热效能的利用率也更加充分。
本发明可以根据具体需要, 而将底板设置为整体透明或局部透明, 从而具有较 大的灵活性。
本发明中的手柄可以转动后与熨斗座处于同一方位, 从而减小其占地面积, 减 少包装和储运成本。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。 参见图 1-图 2, 本电熨斗, 包括熨斗座 3、 底板 1及手柄 (8) , 底板 1为整体透 明或局部透明, 透明包括无色透明和有色透明。 底板 1可釆用透明微晶板、 透明 玻璃、 透明钢化玻璃或透明塑料。
熨斗座 3上设置有透明的观察窗 5, 观察窗包括无色透明的观察窗和有色透明的 观察窗。 底板 1和观察窗 5上分别设置有控制其透光率的电子控制膜; 通电吋, 电子控制膜的透光率加大, 增加底板 1和观察窗 5的透明效果, 不通电吋, 电子 控制膜的的透光率减低, 可以起到暂吋遮档电熨斗的内部结构。
观察窗 5倾斜的设置在熨斗座 3的前上方。 熨斗座 3内设置有照明灯 4。 照明灯 4 的灯光出口倾斜向下设置。 底板 1上设置有作为发热源的透明发热膜 2、 稀土厚 膜或电热丝, 该透明发热膜、 稀土厚膜或电热丝与设置在熨斗座 3内的控制电路 电连接。
熨斗座 3和手柄 8之间设置有转动定位机构, 图中未画出转动定位机构。
本发明革命性地将透明材料作为底板, 与透明发热膜 2相结合作为发热体, 形 成透明的底板 1, 代替原有的金属导热或底板, 让用户在熨烫过程中可以一边观 察, 一边熨烫衣物, 达到更好的熨烫效果。 操控面板 6设置在手柄 8前端, 定有 开关及温度调节等功能设置, 方便手指触控。

[1] 一种电熨斗, 包括熨斗座 (3) 、 底板 (1) 及手柄 (8) , 其特征是底板为 整体透明或局部透明, 透明包括无色透明和有色透明。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电熨斗, 其特征是所述熨斗座 (3) 上设置有透明的 观察窗 (5) , 观察窗包括无色透明的观察窗和有色透明的观察窗。
[3] 根据权利要求 2所述的电熨斗, 其特征是所述底板 (1) 或观察窗 (5) 上设 置有控制其透光率的电子控制膜; 通电吋, 电子控制膜的透光率加大, 不 通电吋, 电子控制膜的的透光率减低。

[8] 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的电熨斗, 其特征是所述底板 (1) 上设置有作为发 热源的透明发热膜 (2) 、 稀土厚膜或电热丝, 该透明发热膜、 稀土厚膜或 电热丝与设置在熨斗座 (3) 内的控制电路电连接; 或者, 电熨斗内设置有 作为发热源的电发热体, 电发热体与底板不相接, 该电发热体产生的热量 穿过底板后加热被熨烫物体。
[9] 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的电熨斗, 其特征是所述底板 (1) 为透明微晶板、 透明玻璃、 透明钢化玻璃或透明塑料。
