此外, 在跟踪区更新(TAU, Tracking Area Update )过程中, MME可以 将为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List和该 UE的 GUTI封装在跟踪区更新接受( TAU Accept, Tracking Area Update Accept ) 消息中下发给该 UE, 如果 MME在接 收到 UE反馈的 TAU完成(TAU Complete ) 消息之前检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 那么 MME使用该 UE的 OLD GUTI或 NEW GUTI对该 UE进行寻 呼, 若使用 OLD GUTI和 NEW GUTI寻呼的结果都为寻呼失败, 此时 MME 使用该 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼, 该 UE接收到 MME的寻呼后可以重 新接入到网络中。
MME中存储有 UE的移动性管理上下文,其中包含 UE的 TAI LIST, MME 在寻呼 UE时通过移动性管理上下文中的 TAI LIST来确定 UE所注册的跟踪 区( TA, Tracking Area ),然后在确定的该 UE所注册的 TA中发送寻呼( Paging ) 消息,在上述 GUTI重分配( GUTI Reallocation )过程和 TAU过程中,若 MME 没有为 UE分配 NEW TAI List, 则 MME存储的该 UE已有的 TAI List有效, 即 OLD TAI List有效, 此时 MME在使用 UE的 IMSI寻呼该 UE时, 在 OLD TAI List中包含的跟踪区标识(TAI, Tracking Area Identity )对应的 TA中进 行寻呼,若 MME为 UE分配了 NEW TAI List,而 MME在检测到 Lower Layer Failure后可能不能确定 NEW TAI List和 OLD TAI List的有效性, 即不能确定 是 MME为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List有效,还是该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List 有效, 因此 MME在使用 UE的 IMSI对 UE进行寻呼时, 不能确定在哪些 TA 中寻呼 UE。
此外,若 MME由于重新启动等原因使得自身没有 UE的移动性管理上下 文数据, 或者该 UE的移动性管理上下文数据被破坏, 从而导致了 MME无法 确定 UE的 TAI LIST, 因此 MME在使用 UE的 IMSI对 UE进行寻呼时, 也 不能确定在哪些 TA中寻呼 UE。
当检测到 Lower Layer Failure或者 MME重新启动等网络错误时, UE可 能不能接入到网络中, 此时为了使 UE重新接入到网络中, 需要对 UE进行寻 呼。 综上可见, 在上述网络错误恢复过程中, MME在使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼时,可能存在 MME不能确定该 UE的 TAI List的情况,此时 MME 就不能确定在哪些 TA中寻呼该 UE。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种寻呼方法, 以解决现有技术中存在的在网络错误 恢复过程中, MME在使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼时, 不能确定在哪 些 TA中寻呼该 UE的问题。 相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种寻呼装置。
本发明实施例技术方案如下:
一种寻呼方法, 该方法包括步骤: 确定使用国际移动用户标识对用户设 备进行寻呼; 在进行寻呼前, 判断出未存储有所述用户设备的跟踪区标识列 表时, 在与本地连接的基站所服务的跟踪区中对所述用户设备进行寻呼。
一种寻呼装置, 包括: 确定单元, 用于确定是否使用国际移动用户标识 对所述用户设备进行寻呼; 判断单元, 用于在确定单元确定出使用国际移动 用户标识对所述用户设备进行寻呼后, 在进行寻呼前, 判断是否存储有所述 用户设备的跟踪区标识列表; 寻呼单元, 用于在判断单元的判断结果为否时, 在与本地连接的基站所服务的跟踪区中对所述用户进行寻呼。
一种寻呼方法, 该方法包括步骤: 将为用户设备分配的新跟踪区标识列 表下发给所述用户设备; 在检测到网络发生错误后 , 使用国际移动用户标识, 在所述用户设备已有的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户设备分配的新跟踪区标 识列表包含的跟踪区标识对应的跟踪区中, 对所述用户设备进行寻呼。
一种寻呼装置, 包括: 发送单元, 用于将为用户设备分配的新跟踪区标 识列表下发给所述用户设备; 检测单元, 用于检测网络是否发生错误; 寻呼 单元, 用于在检测单元检测到网络发生错误后, 使用国际移动用户标识, 在 所述用户设备已有的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户设备分配的新跟踪区标识 列表包含的跟踪区标识对应的跟踪区中, 对所述用户设备进行寻呼。
本发明实施例技术方案中, 首先确定使用 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼, 在进 行寻呼前, 判断是否存储有该 UE的 TAI List, 若判断结果为否, 则在与本地 连接的基站所服务的 TA中对该 UE进行寻呼, 这就使得在网络错误恢复过程 中, MME在使用 IMSI对 UE进行寻呼时, 即使未存储有该 UE的 TAI List, 也能够指示对应的基站在服务的 TA 中寻呼该 UE, 进而使得 UE在接收到 MME的寻呼后可以重新接入到网络中; 本发明实施例技术方案还提出, 将为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List下发给该 UE,在检测到网络发生错误后,使用 IMSI, 在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对 应的 TA中, 对该 UE进行寻呼, 这就使得在网络错误恢复过程中, 若无法确 定 OLD TAI List和 NEW TAI List的有效性, 也能指示对应的基站使用 IMSI, 在 OLD TAI List和 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中寻呼该 UE, 进而 使得 UE在接收到 MME的寻呼后可以重新接入到网络中。 附图说明

下面结合各个附图对本发明实施例技术方案的主要实现原理、 具体实施 方式及其对应能够达到的有益效果进行详细的阐述。
本发明实施例中, GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消息中 包含的 GUTI和 TAI List的组合可以为以下三种方式:
第一种组合方式: OLD GUTI和 NEW TAI List, 即 MME只为 UE分配 NEW TAI List, 并不为 UE分配 NEW GUTI;
第二种组合方式: NEW GUTI, 即 MME只为 UE分配 NEW GUTI,并不 为 UE分配 NEW TAI List;
第三种组合方式: EW GUTI和 NEW TAI List, 即 MME同时为 UE分 配 NEW GUTI和 NEW TAI List。
如图 1所示, 为本发明实施例一中, 使用 UE的 IMSI寻呼该 UE的方法 流程图, 其处理过程如下:
步骤 11 , 确定使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼;
步骤 12, 在进行寻呼前, 首先判断是否存储有该 UE的 TAI List, 该 UE 的 TAI List可以为 NEW TAI List, 或 OLD TAI List、 或 NEW TAI List和 OLD TAI List;
其中本发明实施例一可以但不限于在 GUTI Reallocation过程或 TAU过程 中。 在 GUTI Reallocation过程或 TAU过程中, 将为 UE分配的 NEW GUTI 和 /或 NEW TAI List下发给该 UE后, 检测出存在 Lower Layer Failure的情况 下使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼, 其中将为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List和 /或 NEW TAI List下发给该 UE有以下三种实施情况:
第一种实施情况针对上述第一种组合方式, 具体为: 将该 UE 已有的 OLD GUTI 和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List, 封装在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消息中, 下发给该 UE;
第二种实施情况针对上述第二种組合方式, 具体为: 将为该 UE分配的 NEW GUTI封装在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消息中, 下发给该 UE;
第三种实施情况针对上述第三种组合方式, 具体为: 将为该 UE分配的 NEW GUTI 和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List, 封装在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消息中, 下发给该 UE。
若在发出 GUTI Reallocation Command消息和接收到 UE反馈的 GUTI Reallocation Complete消息之间的时间段内, 检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 贝1 J 需使用该 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼, 以建立 UE和网络侧之间的 NAS信 令连接; 若在发出 TAU Accept消息和接收到 UE反馈的 TAU Complete消息 之间的时间段内, 检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 且使用该 UE的 OLD GUTI或 NEW GUTI对该 UE进行寻呼的结果都为寻呼失败, 则需使用该 UE的 IMSI 对该 UE进行寻呼。
步骤 13, 若判断得到未存储有该 UE的 TAI List, 则在与本地连接的基站 所服务的 TA中对该 UE进行寻呼。 这里的本地可以指 MME。
若 MME 由于重新启动等原因使得自身没有 UE的移动性管理上下文数 据, 或者该 UE的移动性管理上下文数据被破坏, 则此时 MME就未存储有该 UE的 TAI List0
其中,在连接的基站所服务的 TA中对该 UE进行寻呼可以但不限于包含 以下两种实施情况, 具体为:
第一种实施情况: 首先在待发送给与本地连接的每个基站的 Paging消息 中, 插入用于指示该基站在自身服务的 TA中进行寻呼的参数, 然后将插入了 上述参数的 Paging消息发送给与本地连接的每个基站, 其中上述参数可以插 入到 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中或 Paging消息的新增字段中;
第二种实施情况: 首先在存储的基站标识和 TAI的对应关系中, 分别确 定与本地连接的基站所服务的 TA对应的 TAI, 然后在待发送给与本地连接的 每个基站的 Paging消息中,插入确定的对应基站服务的 TA对应的 TAI,将插 入了 TAI的 Paging消息发送给对应的基站。
下面给出更为具体的实施方式。
若与本地连接的基站为基站 1和基站 2,其中基站 1服务的 TA为 TA1和 TA2,基站 2服务的 TA为 TA3和 TA4, 如图 2所示, 为本发明实施例一中, 使用 UE的 IMSI寻呼该 UE的寻呼方法一的具体实现流程图, 其处理过程如 下:
步骤 21 , 将 UE已有的 OLD GUTI和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List封装 在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息中下发给该 UE;
步骤 22, 检测是否存在 Lower Layer Failure;
步骤 23 , 若步骤 22中检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 则判断是否存储有该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List或为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List;
步骤 24,若步骤 23中判断得到既没有存储有该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List, 也没有存储有为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List, 则在待发送给连接的基站 1和 基站 2的 Paging消息中插入约定的参数, 该约定的参数用以指示基站 1和基 站 2接收到该 Paging消息后, 分别在服务的 TA中寻呼该 UE, 其中该约定的 参数可以插入到 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中, 此时该约定参数可以为 0, 也可以为一个具有特殊含义的参数, 例如某个字母或数字等, 此外, 该约定 的参数也可以插入到 Paging消息的新增字段中 , 即在 Paging消息中新增一个 指示信息单元;
步骤 25, 将该 Paging消息分别发送给与本地连接的基站 1和基站 2, 基 站 1在接收到该 Paging消息后, 根据 Paging消息中的约定参数, 使用 Paging 消息的用户寻呼标识( UE Paging Identity )字段中的 IMSI, 在 TA1和 TA2中 对该 UE进行寻呼, 基站 2在接收到该 Paging消息后, 根据 Paging消息中的 约定参数, 使用 Paging消息的 UE Paging Identity字段中的 IMSI, 在 TA3和 TA4中对该 UE进行寻呼。
如图 3所示, 为本发明实施例一中, 使用 UE的 IMSI寻呼该 UE的寻呼 方法二的具体实现流程图, 其处理过程如下:
步驟 31, 将该 UE已有的 OLD GUTI和为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List封装 在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息中下发给该 UE;
步骤 32, 检测是否存在 Lower Layer Failure;
步骤 33, 若步骤 32中检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 则判断是否存储有该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List或为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List;
步骤 34, 若步骤 23中判断得到既没有存储有该 UE的已有的 OLD TAI List,也没有存储有为该 UE分配的 EW TAI List,则在存储的基站标识和 TAI 的对应关系中, 分别确定出基站 1服务的 TA为 TA1和 TA2, 基站 2服务的 TA为 TA3和 TA4;
步骤 35,在待发送给基站 1的 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中插入 TAI和 TA2, 在待发送给基站 2的 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中插入 TA3和 TA4; 步骤 36,将上述待发送的 Paging消息分别发送给连接的基站 1和基站 2, 基站 1在接收到 Paging消息后,根据 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中的 TA1和 TA2, 使用 Paging消息的 UE Paging Identity字段中的 IMSI, 在 TA1和 TA2 中对该 UE进行寻呼,基站 2在接收到 Paging消息后,根据 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中的 TA3和 TA4, 使用 Paging消息的 UE Paging Identity字段中的 IMSI, 在 TA3和 TA4中对该 UE进行寻呼。
本发明实施例一提供的技术方案中, 首先确定使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE 进行寻呼, 在进行寻呼前, 判断是否存储有该 UE的 TAI List, 若判断结果为 否, 则在与本地连接的基站所服务的 TA中对该 UE进行寻呼, 这就使得在网 络错误恢复过程中, MME在使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼时, 即使未 存储有该 UE的 TAI List,也能指示对应的基站在服务的 TA中寻呼该 UE,进 而使得 UE在接收到 MME的寻呼后可以重新接入到网络中。
本发明实施例一还提供一种寻呼装置, 如图 4所示, 包括: 确定单元 41、 判断单元 42和寻呼单元 43, 其中:
确定单元 41, 用于确定是否使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼; 判断单元 42, 用于在确定单元 41确定使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻 呼后, 在进行寻呼前, 判断是否存储有该 UE的 TAI List;
寻呼单元 43, 用于在判断单元 42的判断结果为否时,在与本地连接的基 站所服务的 TA中对该 UE进行寻呼。
较佳地, 寻呼单元 43具体包括第一插入子单元和第一发送子单元, 其中 第一插入子单元, 用于在待发送给与本地连接的每个基站的 Paging消息中, 插入用于指示基站在服务的 TA中进行寻呼的参数; 第一发送子单元, 用于将 第一插入子单元插入了上述参数的 Paging消息发送给连接的每个基站。
较佳地, 寻呼单元 43具体包括确定子单元、 第二插入子单元和第二发送 子单元, 其中确定子单元, 用于分别确定与本地连接的基站所服务的 TA对应 的 TAI; 第二插入子单元, 用于在待发送给与本地连接的每个基站的 Paging 消息中, 插入确定子单元确定的对应基站服务的 TA对应的 TAI; 第二发送子 单元, 用于将第二插入子单元插入了 TAI的 Paging消息发送给对应的基站。
如图 5所示, 为本发明实施例二中, 使用 UE的 IMSI寻呼该 UE的方法 流程图, 其处理过程如下:
步骤 51 , 将为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List下发给该 UE;
其中将为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List下发给该 UE有以下两种实施情况: 第一种实施情况针对 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消 息中包含的 GUTI和 TAI List的第一种组合方式, 具体为: 将该 UE已有的 OLD GUTI 和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List, 封装在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消息中, 下发给该 UE;
第二种实施情况针对 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消 息中包含的 GUTI和 TAI List的第三种组合方式, 具体为: 将为该 UE分配的 NEW GUTI和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List, 封装在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消息中, 下发给该 UE。
步骤 52, 检测网络是否发生错误;
其中, 网络错误可以但不限于为 Lower Layer Failure, 若在发出 GUTI Reallocation Command消息和接收到 UE反馈的 GUTI Reallocation Complete 消息之间的时间段内, 检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 则需使用该 UE的 IMSI 对该 UE进行寻呼,以建立 UE和网络侧之间的 NAS信令连接;若在发出 TAU Accept消息和接收到 UE反馈的 TAU Complete消息之间的时间段内, 检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 且使用该 UE的 OLD GUTI或 NEW GUTI对该 UE进行 寻呼的结果都为寻呼失败, 则需使用该 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼。
步骤 53, 若步骤 52检测到网络发生错误, 则使用该 UE的 IMSI, 在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中, 对该 UE进行寻呼。
其中, 在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包 含的 TAI对应的 TA中, 对该 UE进行寻呼, 可以但不限于为下述过程: 首先在基站标识和 TAI的对应关系中,确定对应基站在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中所服务的 TA对应的 TAI, 然后在待发送给每个对应基站的 Paging消息中, 插入该基站 在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对 应的 TA中所服务的 TA对应的 TAI,将插入了 TAI的上述 Paging消息发送给 对应的基站。
下面给出更为具体的实施方式。
若连接的基站为基站 1和基站 2, 其中基站 1服务的 TA为 TA1和 TA2, 基站 2服务的 TA为 TA3和 TA4, UE已有的 OLD TAI List中包含的 TAI为 TAI, 为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List中包含的 TAI为 TA3, 如图 6所示, 为 本发明实施例二中, 使用 UE的 IMSI寻呼该 UE的寻呼方法的具体实现流程 图, 其处理过程如下:
步骤 61 , 将 UE已有的 OLD GUTI和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List封装 在 GUTI Reallocation Command消息中下发给该 UE;
步骤 62, 检测是否存在 Lower Layer Failure;
步骤 63 , 若步骤 62中检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 则在存储的基站标识 和 TAI的对应关系中, 分别确定出基站 1在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为 该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中所服务的 TA为 TA1,基 对应的 TA中所服务的 TA为 TA3;
步骤 64, 在待发送给基站 1的! ¾ging消息的 TAI List字段中插入 TA1 , 在待发送给基站 2的 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中插入 TA3;
步骤 65,将上述待发送的 Paging消息分别发送给连接的基站 1和基站 2, 基站 1在接收到 Paging消息后, 根据 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中的 TA1 , 使用 Paging消息的 UE Paging Identity字段中的 IMSI, 在 TA1中对该 UE进 行寻呼, 基站 2在接收到 Paging消息后, 根据 Paging消息的 TAI List字段中 的 TA3, 使用 Paging消息的 UE Paging Identity字段中的 IMSI, 在 TA3中对 该 UE进行寻呼。
此外, 针对 GUTI Reallocation Command消息或 TAU Accept消息中包含 的 GUTI和 TAI List的第二种组合方式, 即没有为该 UE分配 NEW TAI List, 此时只存储有该 UE 已有的 OLD TAI List, 若在发出 GUTI Reallocation Command消息和接收到 UE反馈的 GUTI Reallocation Complete消息之间的时 间段内,检测到 Lower Layer Failure,则需使用该 UE的 IMSI,在 OLD TAI List 包含的 TAI对应的 TA中对该 UE进行寻呼,以建立 UE和网络侧之间的 NAS 信令连接; 若在发出 TAU Accept消息和接收到 UE反馈的 TAU Complete消 息之间的时间段内, 检测到 Lower Layer Failure, 且使用该 UE的 OLD GUTI 或 NEW GUTI对该 UE进行寻呼的结果都为寻呼失败, 则需使用该 UE的 IMSI, 在 OLD TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中对该 UE进行寻呼。
本发明实施例二提供的技术方案中, 将为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List下发 给该 UE, 在检测到 Lower Layer Failure后, 使用该 UE的 IMSI, 在该 UE已 有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中, 对该 UE进行寻呼, 这就使得 MME在使用 UE的 IMSI对该 UE进行寻呼时, 在不能确定该 UE的 TAI List的情况下, 也能指示对应的基站在哪些 TA中寻 呼该 UE, 进而使得 UE在接收到 MME的寻呼后可以重新接入到网络中。
相应的, 本发明实施例二还提供一种寻呼装置, 如图 7所示, 包括: 发 送单元 71、 检测单元 72和寻呼单元 73, 其中:
发送单元 71, 用于将为 UE分配的 NEW TAI List下发给该 UE;
检测单元 72, 用于检测网络是否发生错误;
寻呼单元 73, 用于在检测单元 72检测到网络发生错误后, 使用该 UE的 IMSI, 在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中, 对该 UE进行寻呼。
较佳地, 寻呼单元 73具体包括确定子单元、 插入子单元和发送子单元, 其中确定子单元, 用于确定对应基站在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE 分配的 NEW TAI List包含的 TAI对应的 TA中所服务的 TA对应的 TAI; 插入 子单元, 用于在待发送给每个对应基站的 Paging消息中, 插入确定子单元确 定的该基站在该 UE已有的 OLD TAI List和为该 UE分配的 NEW TAI List包 含的 TAI对应的 TA中所服务的 TA对应的 TAI; 发送子单元, 用于将插入子 单元插入了 TAI的 Paging消息发送给对应的基站。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 在与本地连接的基站所 服务的跟踪区中对所述用户设备进行寻呼, 具体包括:
在待发送给与本地连接的每个基站的寻呼消息中, 插入用于指示基站在 服务的跟踪区中进行寻呼的参数;
将插入了所述参数的寻呼消息发送给与本地连接的每个基站。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 在所述寻呼消息的跟踪 区标识列表字段中插入所述参数。

6、 如权利要求 5所述的寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 在所述寻呼消息的跟踪 区标识列表字段中插入跟踪区标识。
7、 一种寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定单元, 用于确定是否使用国际移动用户标识对用户设备进行寻呼; 判断单元, 用于在确定单元确定出使用国际移动用户标识对所述用户设 备进行寻呼后, 在进行寻呼前, 判断是否存储有所述用户设备的跟踪区标识 列表;
寻呼单元, 用于在判断单元的判断结果为否时, 在与本地连接的基站所 服务的跟踪区中对所述用户进行寻呼。
8、如权利要求 7所述的寻呼装置,其特征在于,所述寻呼单元具体包括: 第一插入子单元, 用于在待发送给与本地连接的每个基站的寻呼消息中, 插入用于指示基站在服务的跟踪区中进行寻呼的参数;
第一发送子单元, 用于将第一插入子单元插入了所述参数的寻呼消息发 送给连接的每个基站。
9、如权利要求 7所述的寻呼装置,其特征在于, 所述寻呼单元具体包括: 确定子单元, 用于分别确定与本地连接的基站所服务的跟踪区对应的跟 踪区标识;
第二插入子单元, 用于在待发送给与本地连接的每个基站的寻呼消息中, 插入确定子单元确定的对应基站服务的跟踪区对应的跟踪区标识;
第二发送子单元, 用于将第二插入子单元插入了跟踪区标识的所述寻呼 消息发送给对应的基站。
10、 一种寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
将为用户设备分配的新跟踪区标识列表下发给所述用户设备;
在检测到网络发生错误后, 使用国际移动用户标识, 在所述用户设备已 有的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户 i 备分配的新跟踪区标识列表包含的跟踪 区标识对应的跟踪区中, 对所述用户设备进行寻呼。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备已有 的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户设备分配的新跟踪区标识列表包含的跟踪区 标识对应的跟踪区中, 对所述用户设备进行寻呼, 具体包括:
确定对应基站在所述用户设备已有的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户设备 分配的新跟踪区标识列表包含的跟踪区标识对应的跟踪区中所服务的跟踪区 对应的跟踪区标识;
在待发送给每个对应基站的寻呼消息中, 插入该基站在所述用户设备已 有的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户设备分配的新跟踪区标识列表包含的跟踪 区标识对应的跟踪区中所服务的跟踪区对应的跟踪区标识;
将插入了跟踪区标识的所述寻呼消息发送给对应的基站。
12、 一种寻呼装置, 其特征在予, 包括:
发送单元, 用于将为用户设备分配的新跟踪区标识列表下发给所述用户 设备;
检测单元, 用于检测网络是否发生错误;
寻呼单元, 用于在检测单元检测到网络发生错误后, 使用国际移动用户 标识, 在所述用户设备已有的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户设备分配的新跟 踪区标识列表包含的跟踪区标识对应的跟踪区中, 对所述用户设备进行寻呼。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼单元具体包 括:
确定子单元, 用于确定对应基站在所述用户设备已有的跟踪区标识列表 和为所述用户设备分配的新跟踪区标识列表包含的跟踪区标识对应的跟踪区 中所服务的跟踪区对应的跟踪区标识;
插入子单元, 用于在待发送给每个对应基站的寻呼消息中, 插入确定子 单元确定的该基站在所述用户设备 ¾有的跟踪区标识列表和为所述用户设备 分配的新跟踪区标识列表包含的跟踪区标识对应的跟踪区中所服务的跟踪区 对应的跟踪区标识;
发送子单元, 用于将插入子单 插入了跟踪区标识的所述寻呼消息发送 给对应的基站。
