Abstract

본 발명은 액체 크로마토그래피/미세유체소자/질량분석기 시스템을 이용한 신약후보물질 스크리닝 방법 및 액체 크로마토그래피/미세유체소자/질량분석기 시스템 에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 미량의 천연물 혹은 합성 신약후보물질과 타겟물질(단백질 또는 세포 등)과의 미세반응의 조절을 통하여 분자간의 상호작용을 실시간으로 검출할 수 있어, 저비용 및 고효율로 신약후보 물질을 개발할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 삶의 질 향상 및 의료비용 절감을 기대할 수 있고, 나노기술, 바이오 기술, 분석화학 기술의 융합을 통한 새로운 과학기술로 영역을 확대하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
