Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système d'imagerie fluoroscopique dentaire qui comprend un détecteur à panneau plat composé d'un convertisseur de rayons gamma ou de rayons X, d'une plaque, d'un collecteur, d'une unité de traitement et d'un émetteur approprié pour une fluoroscopie dentaire intra-orale/extra-orale en 2D et extra-orale en 3D. Le convertisseur de rayons X contient un matériau capable de transformer le faisceau de rayons gamma ou de rayons X à dose faible, reçu en provenance d'un émetteur après être passé à travers la zone d'examen dentaire, en signaux électriques ou en une image de lumière conforme à l'image radiographiée. La plaque transmet les signaux électriques ou l'image de lumière à un collecteur qui l'amplifie et l'envoie à une unité de traitement puis à un émetteur conçu pour transférer des images numériques en séquence à un ordinateur hôte et à un logiciel hôte qui peuvent acquérir, traiter, transformer, enregistrer, geler et améliorer les images en 2D et en 3D à des fréquences de trames vidéo. On obtient les images en deux dimensions en utilisant une configuration bras en C/bras en U, tandis que l'on obtient les images en 3D en utilisant la configuration bras en O.
