Abstract

Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un système pour raccorder une prothèse et un amputé ayant des configurations magnétiques interagissant avec l'os résiduel de l'amputé tout en transférant la charge par l'intermédiaire de l'os à l'articulation sus-jacente. Une configuration magnétique est contenue dans un implant dans l'os résiduel, une deuxième configuration magnétique est fixée de manière externe en stabilisant et en transférant les charges latérales et verticales par l'intermédiaire de l'os via l'implant tout en créant un espacement pour la chair du moignon. Une troisième configuration magnétique transfère des charges verticales tout en créant un espacement pour la chair du moignon. Un raccordement est créé avec le squelette d'un amputé via des charges étant produites et enregistrées. Ces informations sont utilisées pour créer de nouvelles fonctions et commandes de membre artificiel. Le transfert de charges restaurant de manière interne l'endosquelette d'un amputé crée un membre artificiel plus utilisable.
