Abstract

본 발명은 면도 효과를 증대시킨 면도기 카트리지 및 그것을 이용한 면도기를 제공한다. 이를 위하여, 하우징, 상기 하우징에 설치되며 체모를 절단하는 에지를 갖는 면도날, 그리고, 상기 면도날의 에지에 인접한 가드를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 가드는 상기 면도날의 에지에 인접한 밑판과 상기 밑판에서 돌출되어 위로 갈수록 면적이 좁아지는 판형상의 탄성돌기를 가지는 면도기 카트리지를 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의하면, 피부압착 효과가 뛰어나며, 사용시 부드러운 느낌을 받을 수 있다.

Description

면도기 카트리지 및 그것을 이용한 면도기
본 발명은 면도기 카트리지 및 그것을 이용한 면도기에 관한 것이며, 구체적으로 면도날에 인접한 가드를 설치하여 면도 효과를 증대시킨 면도기 카트리지 및 그것을 이용한 면도기에 관한 것이다.
면도기의 기본 기능은 면도날(블레이드)을 사용하여 몸에서 자란 털이나 수염과 같은 체모를 절단하여 제거하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 면도날의 기능에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되었으나 근래에는 면도날뿐만 아니라 면도날의 기능을 보조하여 면도 성능을 향상시키기 위한 구조에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다.
그 예로서 면도날에 인접하게 설치되는 가드가 있다. 가드는 면도날로 체모를 절단하기 전에 피부에 흡착하여 체모가 잘 잘릴 수 있도록 일으켜 세워주는 역할을 한다.
이러한 가드 구조에 대하여 미국특허 제6,651,342호에 기재되어 있으며, 도 1을 참조하여 상기 구조에 대하여 설명한다.
도 1에서 도면부호 18은 면도날, 도면부호 20은 가드를 나타낸다.
이와 같이, 종래의 가드는 일자형태의 바형상으로서 여러 개의 바를 병렬적으로 설치한 구성으로 되어 있다.
하지만, 상기한 구성은 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다.
첫째, 단순한 일자 형태의 바 형상으로 되어 있어 미세한 피부형상에 대한 고려가 없어 피부에 대한 압착효과가 떨어진다.
둘째, 바 형태가 면도날 방향으로 길게 되어 있어 탄성이 떨어지게 되어 사용자는 부드러운 느낌을 받지 못하고 불쾌감을 느낄 수 있다.
세째, 일자 형태의 바 형상으로는 무질서하게 돋아난 체모의 독립적인 제어가 어렵다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 피부압착에 대한 효과가 뛰어나고 사용시 부드러운 느낌을 줄 수 있는 면도기 카트리지 및 면도기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 하우징, 상기 하우징에 설치되며 체모를 절단하는 에지를 갖는 면도날, 그리고, 상기 면도날의 에지에 인접한 가드를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 가드는 상기 면도날의 에지에 인접한 밑판과 상기 밑판에서 돌출되어 위로 갈수록 면적이 좁아지는 판형상의 탄성돌기를 가지는 면도기 카트리지를 제공한다.
상기 가드는 상기 탄성돌기가 측면 방향으로 복수 개 배열된 돌기열을 포함하며, 상기 돌기열은 복수 개가 앞뒤로 배치되는 것이 바람직하다. 그리고, 인접한 상기 돌기열의 탄성돌기는 서로 엇갈려 배치되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 탄성돌기는 정면에서 보았을 때, 위로 갈수록 가로길이가 작아지며, 상기 돌기열은 호 형상으로 된 것이 바람직하다.
상기 밑판은 측면에서 보았을 때 상기 하우징의 끝쪽으로 갈수록 아래로 향하는 곡면형상으로 될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 돌기열의 탄성돌기는 하우징의 끝쪽으로 갈 수록 높이가 낮아지게 구성할 수도 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 의하면, 하우징, 상기 하우징에 설치되며 체모를 절단하는 에지를 갖는 면도날 및 상기 면도날의 에지에 인접한 가드를 가지는 면도날 카트리지, 그리고 상기 면도날 카트리지를 지지하는 손잡이를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 가드는 상기 면도날 방향으로 형성된 밑판과 상기 밑판에서 돌출되어 위로 갈수록 면적이 좁아지는 판형상의 탄성돌기를 가지는 면도기를 제공한다.
본 발명에 의하면 미세한 피부형상에 대하여 대응하도록 구성되어 피부압착 효과가 뛰어난 이점이 있다.
또한, 탄성이 크게 되어 사용자로 하여금 면도시 부드러운 느낌을 줄 수 있다.
그리고, 무질서하게 돋아난 체모마다 제어가 가능하여 면도 성능이 월등히 향상된다.

본 발명의 실시예의 구성 및 작용에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 2 및 도 3을 참조하여, 본 발명에 따른 면도기 카트리지의 기본적인 구성을 설명하면 다음과 같다. 또한, 도 2에서 A방향에서 바라본 방향을 정면, B방향에서 바라본 방향을 측면으로 정의한다.
본 실시예에 따른 면도기 카트리지(100)는 하우징(110), 가드(120), 윤활밴드(130), 면도날(140), 결합돌기(150)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 하우징(110)은 면도기 카트리지의 외관을 형성하며 면도날을 설치할 수 있는 구조를 제공한다. 또한, 상기 하우징(110)에는 가드(120), 윤활밴드(130), 결합돌기(150) 등이 구비된다. 본 실시예에서 하우징(110)의 재질은 합성수지로 되어 있으나, 필요에 따라서 나무나 금속 등 다른 재질로 구비될 수도 있다.
상기 가드(120)는 면도날의 에지에 인접하여 형성되어, 면도시 접촉하는 피부상의 체모를 세워 면도날로 하여금 쉽게 절단될 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다.
상기 윤활밴드(130)는 피부보습 및 진정 효과를 위하여 면도날(140)의 에지 반대쪽에 설치된다. 상기 윤활밴드(130)는 캐모마일, 올리브, 알라토인 성분을 함유할 수 있어 사용자는 면도 후 더욱 산뜻한 느낌을 받을 수 있다.
상기 면도날(140)은 털이나 수염 같이 몸에서 자라는 체모를 절단하는 역할을 한다. 상기 면도날(140)의 일면에는 끝이 뾰족하게 가공된 부분인 에지(142)가 형성되어 있다. 상기 에지(142)에는 성능 향상을 위하여 여러가지 코팅이 될 수 있다. 상기 에지(142)가 움직임에 따라 체모가 절단되는 것이다.
도 4를 참조하여, 상기 면도날(140)의 설치에 대하여 설명한다. 도 4는 본 실시예에 의한 면도기 카트리지의 중간 부분을 절단한 일부분을 나타낸다.
상기 면도날(140)은 절곡된 형상으로 구성되며, 상기 하우징(110)에 형성되는 고정돌기(132) 사이에 삽입되어 설치된다. 결국, 상기 면도날(140)의 일부분은 고정돌기(132)에 의하여 고정되고, 절곡된 부분은 도 2 및 도 3에 나타나듯 사용자의 피부와 직접 접촉이 되는 부분이 되는 것이다.
상기 면도날(140)은 한 개 설치되는 것도 가능하지만, 면도 성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 복수 개 설치되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 실시예에서는 6개의 면도날이 설치된다.
상기 고정돌기(132)는 하우징(110)의 양끝 및 중간부분에 형성되어 있다. 따라서, 면도날(140)의 양끝 및 중간부분을 지지하게 된다.
상기 가드(120)는 상기 면도날(140)에 의해 체모가 절단되기 전에 피부를 잡아당겨 체모를 세워주는 역할을 한다.
도 6을 참조하면, 본 실시예에서 상기 가드(120)는 탄성을 가지는 고무 재질로 형성되며, 밑판(126)과 탄성돌기(122)를 포함한다.
상기 탄성돌기(122)는 정면에서 보았을 때 점점 면적이 좁아지도록 돌출된 형상으로 구성된다.
예를 들어, 도 7 및 도 8을 참조하면, 상기 탄성돌기(122)는 정면으로 보았을 때 끝이 곡면인 삼각형 형상으로 형성된다. 또한, 상기 탄성돌기(122)는 측면으로 보았을 때 두께가 일정한 판형상으로 되어 있다.
본 실시예에서 상기 탄성돌기(122)는 가로 0.6~1mm, 높이 0.3~0.6mm, 두께 0.2~0.5mm의 삼각형 형상으로 구성된다.
상기한 형상으로 같은 힘을 주더라도 탄성돌기(122)가 더욱 부드럽게 휘어질 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 복수 개의 탄성돌기(122)가 모여 돌기열(124)이 구성된다. 구체적으로, 정면에서 보았을 때 복수 개의 탄성돌기(122)가 옆으로 병렬적으로 연결되어 돌기열(124)이 구성된다.
상기 돌기열(124)은 또한, 복수 개가 앞뒤로 배치되어 상기 가드(120)가 형성되는 것이다. 상기 돌기열은 3개 내지 15개가 배열되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 실시예에서는 8개의 돌기열(124)이 배치되어 가드(120)가 형성된다.
상기 돌기열(124)에서 각각의 탄성돌기(122)는 개별적으로 피부에 작용하므로 무질서하게 자란 체모에 대하여 독립적으로 제어가 가능해진다.
다음으로, 도 3을 참조하여 돌기열의 형상에 대하여 설명한다.
본 실시예에 의하면, 상기 돌기열(124)은 호 형상으로 되어 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 돌기열(124)의 가운데 부분이 양끝보다 인접한 면도날의 에지(142)로부터 멀어지는 형상으로 되어 있다.
이러한 형상에 의하여 면도시에 가드(120)가 사용자의 피부에 보다 압착되어 면도 성능이 향상된다.
도 7을 참조하면, 복수 개의 돌기열(124)에서 인접한 앞뒤 돌기열의 탄성돌기(122)는 서로 엇갈려 배치되어 있다. 즉, 한 돌기열의 탄성돌기는 그 앞뒤 돌기열의 탄성돌기 사이에 배치된다.
이러한 구조로 인하여 탄성돌기(122)가 피부에 닿아 탄성변형되어 휘어질 때, 바로 인접한 돌기열의 탄성돌기와 부딪히는 것이 방지된다. 따라서, 보다 부드럽게 휘어질 수 있어 사용자가 면도시에 보다 부드러운 느낌을 받을 수 있는 것이다.
탄성돌기(122)의 형상은 다른 형상으로 변형이 가능하다. 즉, 도 9 및 도 10을 참조하면 탄성돌기는 사다리꼴 형상으로 구성된다. 또한, 도 11 및 도 12를 참조하면, 사다리꼴 형상의 탄성돌기 사이에 일정한 간격을 두는 것이 바람직하다.
도 5 및 도 6을 참조하면, 상기 밑판(126)은 상기 하우징(110)의 끝으로 갈수록 낮아지는 곡면형상을 하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 형상으로 인하여 면도시 피부에 닿는 느낌이 더욱 부드러워 지며, 피부에 대한 압착력이 상승된다.
한편, 상기 밑판(126)은 평면형상으로 하고 상기 복수 개의 돌기열을 하우징(110)의 끝으로 갈 수록 탄성돌기의 높이를 작게 하는 것도 바람직하다. 이렇게 하면 면도시 사용자가 느끼는 감촉을 더욱 좋게 할 수 있으며 제작비를 절감하는 효과가 있다.
상기 결합돌기(150)는 손잡이(미도시)와 결합하는 부분이다.
본 발명에 의한 면도기는 상기 손잡이에 대하여 상기 면도기 카트리지가 일정 각도 회전하도록 하여 부드럽게 면도가 이루어지도록 한다.
다음으로, 본 발명에 따른 면도기 카트리지 및 면도기에 대한 작용을 설명한다.
사용자는 손잡이를 잡고 상기 면도기 카트리지(100)를 피부에 접촉시킨 후, 상기 가드를 앞방향으로 하여 밀어준다. 이 때, 상기 가드(120)는 피부를 잡아당겨 체모를 세워주어 면도날(140)에 의하여 체모가 절단될 수 있도록 도와준다.
구체적으로, 상기 가드(120)의 탄성돌기(122)는 피부에 접촉하여 탄성변형되어 휘어지면서 피부를 압착한다. 본 발명에 따른 탄성돌기(122)는 위쪽으로 갈수록 면적이 작아지므로 용이하게 휘어진다. 또한, 앞뒤 돌기열(124)의 탄성돌기가 엇갈려 배치되어 있으므로 더욱 크게 휘어질 수가 있어 압착력이 향상된다.
이후, 상기 면도날의 에지(142)에 의하여 체모가 절단된다. 그 다음, 윤활밴드에 의하여 피부보습 및 진정효과를 나타내는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하우징;
    상기 하우징에 설치되며 체모를 절단하는 에지를 갖는 면도날; 및
    상기 면도날의 에지에 인접하고 체모를 세우는 가드를 포함하고,
    상기 가드는 상기 면도날의 에지에 인접한 밑판과 상기 밑판에서 돌출되어 위로 갈수록 면적이 좁아지는 판형상의 탄성돌기가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가드는 상기 탄성돌기가 측면 방향으로 복수 개 배열된 돌기열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 돌기열은 복수 개가 앞뒤로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 돌기열의 탄성돌기는 서로 엇갈려 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성돌기는 정면에서 보았을 때, 위로 갈수록 가로길이가 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 돌기열은 호 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 밑판은 측면에서 보았을 때 상기 하우징의 끝쪽으로 갈수록 아래로 향하는 곡면형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  8. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성돌기는 하우징의 끝쪽으로 갈 수록 높이가 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  9. 하우징;
    상기 하우징에 설치되며 체모를 절단하는 에지를 갖는 면도날 및 상기 면도날의 에지에 인접하여 체모를 세우는 가드를 가지는 면도날 카트리지; 그리고
    상기 면도날 카트리지를 지지하는 손잡이를 포함하여 구성되며,
    상기 가드는 상기 면도날 방향으로 형성된 밑판과 상기 밑판에서 돌출되어 위로 갈수록 면적이 좁아지는 판형상의 탄성돌기를 가지는 면도기.
