Abstract
The present invention relates to a promoter variant of Bacillus thuringiensis cry3Aa, and more particularly, to a polynucleotide having the enhanced expression rate of downstream genes by the mutation of at least one region from among the -35 region, space region, and -10 region of a Bacillus thuringiensis cry3Aa promoter, to a vector comprising the sequence of the polynucleotide, to a host cell comprising the vector, and to a method for protein production comprising (a) a step of preparing a vector comprising a cry3Aa promoter variant, (b) a step of introducing the prepared vector into a host cell, and (c) a step of recovering a target protein from the host cell.
