一种终端设备配置方法、 装置、 终端及终端设备 本申请要求于 2008 年 12 月 5 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200810177120.3、 发明名称为"一种终端设备配置方法、 装置、 终端及终端设 备"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域 本发明涉及参数配置技术, 尤其涉及一种终端设备配置方法、 装置、 终 端及终端设备。 背景技术 业务发放是指对运营终端设备进行配置, 使其能提供服务的过程。 例如 对家庭网关, 需要配置接入帐号和密码、 提供业务的服务器地址、 服务质量 (QoS, Quality of service) 等参数, 以及防火墙、 路由等相关参数。 对于网络 电视 (IPTV, Internet Protocol Television) 机顶盒, 则需要配置业务服务器地 址、 帐号和密码、 加密方法和密钥等数据。 这些数据由用户自己配置存在巨 大困难, 由服务提供商手工配置又带来巨大成本问题, 因此不同的组织开发 了自动业务发放方法。 例如, 数字用户线路 (DSL, Digital Subscriber Line ) 论坛开发了驻地设备广域网管理协议 (CWMP 协议, Customer Premise Equipment Wide Area Network Management Protocol)实现对家庭网络设备的自 动配置,用户设备从位于在公网上的自动配置服务器 (ACS, Auto-Configuration Server) 下载配置参数获得配置, 而 ACS的统一资源定位符 (URL, Uniform Resource Locator ) 则可以通过动态主机配置协议 (DHCP, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) 协议、 出厂预置和手工输入的方式使用户设备获得。
在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 当使 用 DHCP协议自动获得 ACS的 URL时, 服务提供商和用户都不需要向用户 设备输入任何数据,但缺点是获得 ACS的 URL的过程不够安全,这是 DHCP 协议本身造成的, 因此服务提供商实际上不希望用 DHCP协议来让用户设备 自动获取 ACS的 URL。当使用预置方式时,用户设备必须由服务提供商定制, 这样的设备就不适合零售。 如果采用手工输入 ACS的 URL方式, 虽然输入 的数据量很小, 但对于用户来说仍然存在技术障碍, 而由服务提供商来完成 输入, 同样存在成本和效率问题。 可见, 对家庭网关、 IPTV机顶盒等终端设 备进行配置的业务发放存在诸多安全、 复杂等难题。 发明内容 本发明实施例的发明目的是为了解决对终端设备进行配置的业务发放存 在的诸多安全、 复杂问题。
一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种终端设备配置方法, 所述方法包括: 接收服务提供商设备发来的消息, 所述消息包含终端设备配置信息; 利用无 线保真 (WiFi, Wireless Fidelity ) 技术建立与终端设备之间的无线连接; 将所 述终端设备配置信息通过所述无线连接传送给所述终端设备。
另一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种终端设备配置装置, 所述装置包括: 消息接收单元, 用于接收服务提供商设备发来的消息, 所述消息包含终端设 备配置信息; 无线连接单元, 用于利用 WiFi技术建立与终端设备之间的无线 连接; 配置信息传送单元, 用于将所述终端设备配置信息通过所述无线连接 传送给所述终端设备。
又一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种终端, 所述终端包括上述的终端设 备配置装置。
再一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种终端设备, 所述终端设备包括: 无线连接获取单元, 用于利用 WiFi技术建立的无线连接获取终端设备配置信 息; 终端设备配置信息配置单元, 用于利用所述终端设备配置信息配置该终 端设备。
上述技术方案具有如下有益效果: 因为采用手机接收包含终端设备配置 信息的消息, 然后根据所述消息向所述终端设备传送所述配置信息的技术手 段, 所以克服了对终端设备进行配置的业务发放存在的诸多安全、 复杂问题, 进而达到了对终端设备进行配置的配置信息安全而简便的进行发放的技术效 果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 并不构成对本发明的限定。 在附图中:

实施例一: 如图 1A所示, 是本发明实施例一种终端设备配置装置结构示意图, 所述 装置包括: 消息接收单元, 用于接收服务提供商设备发来的消息, 所述消息 包含终端设备配置信息; 无线连接单元, 用于利用 WiFi技术建立与终端设备 之间的无线连接; 配置信息传送单元, 用于将所述终端设备配置信息通过所 述无线连接传送给所述终端设备。
可选的, 所述消息接收单元可以包括: 彩信模块, 用于通过彩信方式接 收所述服务提供商设备发来的消息; 或短消息模块, 用于通过短消息方式接 收所述服务提供商设备发来的消息。 所述消息接收单元可以包括: 消息解析 模块, 用于通过解析所述彩信或者短消息中的帧头的标志位, 或者通过解析 所述彩信或者短消息中的文本信息段的前缀标识符来识别该彩信或者短消息 包含终端设备配置信息; 消息提取模块, 用于提取所述消息解析模块获得的 终端设备配置信息。 所述消息解析模块还可以用于解析出所述终端设备配置 信息中的所述终端设备的设备标识, 以及解析出所述终端设备的配置参数或 者自动配置服务器的统一资源定位符。所述配置信息传送单元可以包括: WiFi 安全设置模块, 用于利用 WiFi安全设置方法传送所述终端设备配置信息给所 述终端设备。 所述 WiFi安全设置模块可以为 WiFi安全设置注册器。 还可以 提供一种终端, 所述终端包括如上述的终端设备配置装置。
如图 1B所示, 是本发明实施例一种终端设备结构示意图, 所述终端设备 包括: 无线连接获取单元, 用于利用 WiFi技术建立的无线连接获取终端设备 配置信息; 终端设备配置信息配置单元, 用于利用所述终端设备配置信息配 置该终端设备。
可选的, 所述无线连接获取单元可以包括, 第一获取子单元, 用于获取 的终端设备配置信息中的所述终端设备的配置参数或者自动配置服务器的统 一资源定位符。 第二获取子单元, 用于在所述终端设备获得了所述自动配置 服务器的统一资源定位符时, 根据所述统一资源定位符通过驻地设备广域网 管理协议从所述自动配置服务器获得所述配置参数。 如图 2所示, 是本发明实施例一种终端设备配置方法流程图, 所述方法 包括:
步骤 201, 接收服务提供商设备发来的消息, 所述消息包含终端设备配置 信息。
可以通过彩信方式或者短消息方式接收所述服务提供商设备发来的消 息。 可以通过解析所述彩信或者短消息中的帧头的标志位, 或者通过解析所 述彩信或者短消息中的文本信息段的前缀标识符来识别该彩信或者短消息包 含终端设备配置信息。 所述终端设备配置信息可以包括所述终端设备的设备 标识, 还可以包括所述终端设备的配置参数或者自动配置服务器的统一资源 定位符。
步骤 202, 利用 WiFi技术建立与终端设备之间的无线连接。
步骤 203,将所述终端设备配置信息通过所述无线连接传送给所述终端设 备。
传送所述终端设备配置信息的方法可以包括 WiFi安全设置方法。传送所 述配置信息的 WiFi安全设置方法可以采用 WiFi安全设置注册器。
如果所述终端设备获得了所述自动配置服务器的统一资源定位符, 则可 以根据所述统一资源定位符通过驻地设备广域网管理协议从所述自动配置服 务器获得所述配置参数。
上述本发明实施例因为采用手机接收包含终端设备配置信息的消息, 然 后根据所述消息向所述终端设备传送所述配置信息的技术手段, 所以克服了 对终端设备进行配置的业务发放存在的诸多安全、 复杂问题, 进而达到了对 终端设备进行配置的配置信息安全而简便的进行发放的技术效果。
实施例二:
由于 WiFi成为家庭网络中越来越重要的连接技术, 越来越多的应用终端 设备支持 WiFi,家庭网关这样的家庭接入设备也大多提供接入点(AP, Access Point) 以便组建家庭无线局域网络。 WiFi作为家庭网络中的连接技术, 一般 与服务提供商无关, 因此 WiFi网络的配置需要用户自己完成。 WiFi联盟为了 方便用户建立和配置安全的无线局域网 (WLAN, Wireless Local Area Network) , 开发了 WiFi安全设置 (WPS, WiFi Protected Setup) 规范, 用户 只需要最少和最简单的操作即可建立安全的 WLAN,并向加入 WLAN的设备 配置安全参数。
考虑到家庭网关和有些应用终端设备支持 WiFi,而 WiFi网络的配置又是 用户自己完成的, 因此可以考虑在用户对家庭网关上的 AP和其它支持 WiFi 的应用终端设备进行 WiFi配置时同时完成对家庭网关和应用终端设备的业务 数据配置。 WPS规范规定在使用 WPS方法对设备进行配置的过程中,可以在 配置信息中包含非 WiFi的网络和应用配置参数。而手机是一种十分普及的用 户应用终端设备, 而且越来越多的手机支持 WiFi, 手机是具有丰富用户界面 的设备,适合作为 WPS注册器, 因此用包括图 1A所述单元的 WiFi手机对家 庭网关和运营应用终端设备等包括图 1B 所述单元的终端设备进行配置成为 可能, 其中, 所述配置信息传送单元可以包括 WPS注册器, 以实现其功能。
如图 3所示, 是本发明实施例通过手机对家庭网关进行配置的过程示意 图。
步骤 31, 开户。
用户需要使用互联网接入服务或 IPTV等应用服务时,需首先购买终端设 备, 例如家庭网关、 IPTV机顶盒等, 然后到提供服务的运营商处开户。 例如 向接入服务提供商申请接入服务, 向 IPTV服务提供商申请 IPTV服务。
以申请接入服务为例, 在用户购买家庭网关之后到接入服务提供商那里 开户, 接入运营商记录用户家庭网关的设备标识和用户的手机号码。 家庭网 关的设备标识印在包装外侧, 不用拆包装即可看到。
接入服务提供商为用户开户后, 为用户家庭网关产生配置信息置于其运 营系统中。 而用户在开户后即可携带完整的设备包装回家。
开户过程也可以有其它的方式, 例如用户直接拨接入服务提供商的业务 申请电话, 报出自己的家庭网关的设备标识和用于业务发放的手机号码, 以 及可能的缴费银行帐号。
步骤 32-步骤 33, 手机获得配置信息。
开户后, 服务提供商通过移动网络将配置信息发送至用户在开户时登记 的手机号码。 如果开户时立即就生成相应的配置信息, 用户手机可以立即收 到配置信息。
接入服务提供商使用类似彩信的通信方式将用户家庭网关的配置信息传 送至用户手机, 这个过程本发明中称为发放业务, 对称于短信、 彩信业务。
发放业务由应用服务提供商 (或者移动通信网络运营商) 提供。 类似彩 信服务, 应用服务提供商提供一个发放业务服务器, 接入服务提供商将用户 家庭网关的配置信息和用户的手机号码发送至发放业务服务器, 发放业务服 务器根据用户手机号码将配置信息发送到用户手机。
用户手机为了支持这种业务, 支持类似彩信协议的业务发放协议, 并支 持认证和加密传输。 具体的业务发放协议本发明不作具体描述, 了解彩信协 议的本领域技术人员可以简单推理定义出来。
步骤 34, 用手机对家庭网关等终端设备应用 WPS配置方法进行配置。 如图 4所示, 是本发明应用实例图 3中一种发放业务消息传输过程示意 图, 进一步描述了接入服务提供商将家庭网关配置信息传送到用户手机的一 种实现过程, 包括:
步骤 401, 接入服务提供商的运营系统产生用户家庭网关的配置信息后, 自动将家庭网关的设备标识、 配置参数和用户手机号码传递到发放业务请求 系统。
步骤 402, 发放业务请求系统将家庭网关的设备标识、配置参数和目的手 机号码通过移动通信网的数据业务传送至发放业务服务器, 类似手机发送彩 信的过程。
步骤 403, 发放业务服务器将家庭网关的设备标识、配置参数传递到用户 手机。 发放业务服务器可以直接将上述配置参数推送到用户手机, 也可以先 发一个通知到用户手机, 其中包含一个链接, 然后手机再根据链接地址主动 从发放业务服务器索取配置信息, 例如使用超文本传输协议获取(HTTP Get, Hypertext Transfer Protocol ) 操作, 配置参数加密后送达用户手机。
步骤 404, 用户手机获得配置信息后, 向发放业务服务器发送一个消息, 表明其成功收到配置信息。
步骤 405, 发放业务服务器向发放业务请求系统发送一个消息, 表明配置 信息已传递到目的地。
步骤 406, 发放业务请求系统向运营系统反馈配置信息已传递到用户手 机。
接入服务提供商的运营系统可以直接和移动通信网络运营商的发放业务 服务器之间建立一条连接, 以另一种方式向用户手机发送配置信息, 如图 5 所示, 是本发明应用实例图 3中另一种发放业务消息传输过程示意图, 包括: 步骤 501,接入服务提供商的运营系统直接通过互连网连接将用户家庭网 关的设备标识、 配置参数和目的手机号码发送至移动通信网络的发放业务服 务器。 这个过程类似与用户通过计算机登录彩信服务器直接给目的手机发送 彩信。
步骤 502、 503, 与图 4所示的步骤 403、 404相同。
步骤 504,发放业务服务器在确定手机收到配置信息后向接入服务提供商 的运营系统发送一个消息, 表明配置信息已传递到目的地。
上述图 4所示的过程类似于用一部手机向另一部手机发送彩信的过程, 图 5所示的过程类似用户直接通过互连网向目的手机发送彩信的过程, 其实 现细节这里不再描述, 本领域技术人员可知其实现方法。
图 4、图 5所示的例子旨在说明接入服务提供商将用户家庭网关的配置信 息送达用户手机的技术可行性, 其实现方法不限于此。
下面介绍 WPS配置方法。 手机收到配置信息后, 通知手机上的 WPS注 册器模块。
当家庭网关上电开机后, AP自动发送信标(Beacon)帧, WiFi手机上的 注册器模块发现 AP, 提示用户是否配置此 AP。 用户回答 "是" , 则手机对 AP进行配置, 家庭网关配置(HGW, Home Gateway) 的配置参数同时在配置 过程中传送到 AP。 因为 AP只是家庭网关上的一个模块, 因此 HGW顺利拿 到配置参数。 至于 WPS方法的配置过程这里就不详细描述了, 本发明不改变 WPS的任何步骤,只是按照 WPS允许的操作在从注册器向 AP传输配置参数 的时候包含家庭网关的配置信息。 图 6所示是本发明应用实例图 3中手机使 用 WPS方法向家庭网关传送配置信息的过程示意图, 包括:
步骤 601, 手机上存在一个发放业务消息接收和处理模块, 在获得发放业 务消息后, 获得其中的配置信息, 并作解密处理。
步骤 602,发放业务消息接收和处理模块将配置信息存储到配置信息存储 区。
步骤 603,发放业务消息接收和处理模块将接收到配置信息的信息通知到 WPS注册器模块, 并告知其配置信息对应的设备标识、 配置参数存储地址信 息。
步骤 604, 当用户将家庭网关上电启动后, 家庭网关上的 AP模块开始周 期性地向外发送信标帧,在其中包含 AP/家庭网关的设备标识, 同时表明其支 持 WPS配置方法, 并且没有通过 WPS方法获得过配置。
步骤 605, 因为手机支持 WiFi, 因此手机可以收到 AP的信标帧, 或者通 过主动探测的方法搜索到 AP的存在。 手机上的 WPS注册器发现一个 AP支 持 WPS且允许外部 WPS注册器对其进行配置, 则提示用户是否对这个 AP 进行配置。 用户回答 "是" , 触发 WPS注册器对 AP的配置过程。
步骤 606, 因为用户回答对所发现的 AP进行配置, 则 WPS注册器根据 设备标识从配置信息存储区读取相应的配置参数,准备在对 AP发送配置信息 时将此配置参数一并发过去。 步骤 607,手机上的 WPS注册器对家庭网关上的 AP使用 WPS方法进行 配置, 并在其中的传输配置信息的步骤一并传递家庭网关的配置参数。 这个 过程是多个消息交互的过程,并且需要用户在注册器即手机上输入 AP即家庭 网关的初始密码。 根据 WPS规范的规定, AP即家庭网关的密码可以在设备 上的标签或说明书上查看到。
步骤 608, AP收到来自注册器发来的配置参数后,如果其中包含非 WLAN 配置参数则将这些数据转交家庭网关配置处理模块处理。由于 AP和家庭网关 的配置处理模块都在同一设备内部, 容易处理这一过程, 这里不再详细描述。
上述关于 AP和手机之间的通讯的具体过程参见 IEEE 802.11协议和 WiFi 联盟的 WPS规范, 这里不作详细描述。
家庭网关的配置信息中可以包含家庭网关完整的配置参数, 也可以仅仅 包含管理家庭网关的 ACS的 URL。如果手机获得的配置信息只包含家庭网关 的 ACS的 URL,则上述过程只是解决了如何向家庭网关输入 ACS的 URL的 难题, 家庭网关后续可以通过 DSL论坛制定的 CWMP协议进一步从 ACS上 获得配置参数, 在此不再重复描述。
上述本发明实施例具有如下有益效果: 所有配置参数可以安全地、 简单 地到达设备上。 虽然看上去用户用手机作为 WPS注册器对 AP、 应用终端设 备作配置时仍然要作一些操作, 但这些操作不需要用户掌握特殊技能, 而且 是在自动提示的基础上给出应答而完成, 操作并不复杂。
实施例三:
现介绍一种不需要移动运营商特殊支持的方法。 上述实施例二内容描述 的方法是在移动运营商提供特别的发放业务的支持下实现由手机对家庭网关 进行配置的方法。 如果仅仅通过手机向家庭网关传送管理家庭网关的 ACS的 URL, 则手机可以通过不同于上述方法的过程获得 ACS的 URL。
由于 URL是一个字符串, 一般不会很长, 而目前的短消息可以支持到 70 个汉字即 140个西文字符, 足够表达一个 URL, 因此可以通过短消息方式将 家庭网关的 ACS的 URL发送至用户手机, 然后 WiFi手机在通过 WPS方式 对家庭网关上的 AP进行配置时将此 URL顺带传送至家庭网关。
如图 7所示, 是本发明应用实例通过短消息将家庭网关的 ACS 的 URL 发送至用户手机的示意图, 包括:
步骤 701, 接入服务提供商的运营系统产生用户家庭网关的配置信息后, 自动将家庭网关的设备标识、 ACS的 URL和用户手机号码传递到发放业务短 消息发送系统。
步骤 702,发放业务短消息发送系统将家庭网关的设备标识、 ACS的 URL 组织成一条特殊格式的短消息向用户手机号码发送。 可以在短消息帧头中用 标志位来标识这个短消息的用途, 也可以直接在短消息的文本信息段中添加 特殊的前缀标识符。 具体形式这里就不描述了。 发放业务短消息发送系统可 以申请短消息送达报告服务, 这样短消息服务系统在短消息确实送达用户手 机后会向短消息发送端即这里的发放业务短消息发送系统回送一个短消息报 告所发送的短消息已送达对方。
短消息是经过移动网络的短消息服务系统转发到被叫端即用户手机的, 由于现有技术短消息服务系统多种多样, 这里就不描述短消息服务系统的结 步骤 703, 如果发放业务短消息发送系统申请了短消息送达报告服务, 短 消息服务系统会要求短消息接收端即用户手机在收到短消息后回送一个确认 信息, 这样短消息服务系统就可以向发放业务短消息发送系统发送一个特殊 短消息告知其所发送的短消息已经送达目的地。
步骤 704, 发放业务短消息发送系统收到短消息送达对方的报告短消息 后, 进一步告知运营系统所要发送的信息已经送达目的手机。
即使没有步骤 703、 704也没有关系, 运营商可以在用户现场开户时就向 用户手机发送这样的短消息, 直到用户确定收到这样的短信之后再离开营业
)丁。 当手机收到短信后, 应用程序对短消息的内容进行解析, 判断出其是一 个业务发放短消息后将其中的设备标识和 URL取出来送到 WPS注册器模块。 之后,注册器模块在对 AP进行配置时,如果设备的标识相符就将获得的 URL 附加在 WLAN配置参数中发送给 AP, 由 AP所在的设备使用此 URL。
如图 8所示,是本发明应用实例的手机对短消息的处理以及对 AP的配置 过程示意图, 包括:
步骤 801,手机上存在一个对发放业务消息作处理的发放业务短消息应用 模块, 支持业务发放的手机需要加载此模块, 并代替普通的普通短消息应用 模块接收短消息。 也可以对普通短消息应用模块升级使其可识别业务发放短 消息。 还可以使普通短消息应用模块具有开放的接口, 已方便手机上扩展特 殊的短消息应用, 这样就仍然是普通短消息应用模块接收短消息, 然后逐个 调用开放的接口将短消息交给扩展的应用模块处理。 本发明仅以一例子说明 手机上对业务发放短消息的处理。
步骤 802, 发放业务短消息应用模块解析短消息后, 如果发现其不是业务 发放短消息, 转交普通短消息应用模块继续处理。
步骤 803, 发放业务短消息应用模块解析短消息后, 如果发现其是业务发 放短消息, 则提取其中的设备标识和 URL转交 WPS注册器模块, WPS注册 器模块将设备标识和 URL存储起来备用。
步骤 804, 当用户将家庭网关上电启动后, 家庭网关上的 AP模块开始周 期性地向外发送信标帧,在其中包含 AP/家庭网关的设备标识, 同时表明其支 持 WPS配置方法, 并且没有通过 WPS方法获得过配置。
步骤 805, 因为手机支持 WiFi, 因此手机可以收到 AP的信标帧, 或者通 过主动探测的方法搜索到 AP的存在。 手机上的 WPS注册器发现一个 AP支 持 WPS且没有经过 WPS配置,则提示用户是否对这个 AP进行配置。用户回 答 "是" , 触发 WPS注册器对 AP的配置过程。
步骤 806,手机上的 WPS注册器对家庭网关上的 AP使用 WPS方法进行 配置, 并在其中的传输配置信息的步骤一并传递家庭网关的设备标识对应的 所获取的 URL, 这个 URL就是家庭网关的 ACS的 URL。 这个过程是多个消 息交互的过程,并且需要用户在注册器即手机上输入 AP即家庭网关的初始密 码。 根据 WPS规范的规定, AP即家庭网关的密码可以在设备上的标签或说 明书上查看到。
步骤 807, AP收到来自注册器发来的配置信息后,如果其中包含非 WLAN 配置信息则将这些数据转交家庭网关配置模块处理, 在本方法中, 非 WLAN 的配置信息仅仅是一个 URL。
通过上述过程, 家庭网关获得了 ACS的 URL, 然后就可以通过 CWMP 协议进一步从 ACS获得完整的配置参数, 从而最终得到配置。
以上方法, 也适用于对家庭网络中的其它支持 WiFi的运营应用终端设备 进行配置, 例如 IPTV机顶盒。 IPTV运营商同样将 IPTV机顶盒的业务配置 参数或机顶盒对应的 ACS的 URL发送到用户手机上, 用户在利用 WPS方法 对 IPTV机顶盒进行 WLAN配置时同时也将 IPTV业务数据配置到机顶盒中。
上述本发明实施例具有如下有益效果: 用户、 运营商 /服务提供商、 厂家 都不需要向设备输入 ACS URL, 而这个 URL可以安全地、 简单地到达设备 上。 虽然看上去用户用手机作为 WPS注册器对 AP、 应用终端设备作配置时 仍然要作一些操作, 但这些操作不需要用户掌握特殊技能, 而且是在自动提 示的基础上给出应答而完成, 操作并不复杂。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种终端设备配置方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收服务提供商设备发来的消息, 所述消息包含终端设备配置信息; 利用 WiFi技术建立与终端设备之间的无线连接;
将所述终端设备配置信息通过所述无线连接传送给所述终端设备。
2、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于,
通过彩信方式或者短消息方式接收所述服务提供商设备发来的消息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述方法, 其特征在于,
通过解析所述彩信或者短消息中的帧头的标志位, 或者通过解析所述彩 信或者短消息中的文本信息段的前缀标识符来识别该彩信或者短消息包含终 端设备配置信息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于,
所述终端设备配置信息包括所述终端设备的设备标识, 还包括所述终端 设备的配置参数或者自动配置服务器的统一资源定位符;
如果所述终端设备获得了所述自动配置服务器的统一资源定位符, 则根 据所述统一资源定位符通过驻地设备广域网管理协议从所述自动配置服务器 获得所述配置参数。
5、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于,
传送所述终端设备配置信息的方法包括 WiFi安全设置方法。
6、 如权利要求 5所述方法, 其特征在于,
传送所述配置信息的 WiFi安全设置方法采用 WiFi安全设置注册器。
7、 一种终端设备配置装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
消息接收单元, 用于接收服务提供商设备发来的消息, 所述消息包含终 端设备配置信息;
无线连接单元, 用于利用 WiFi技术建立与终端设备之间的无线连接; 配置信息传送单元, 用于将所述终端设备配置信息通过所述无线连接传 送给所述终端设备。
8、 如权利要求 7所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述消息接收单元包括: 彩信模块, 用于通过彩信方式接收所述服务提供商设备发来的消息; 或 短消息模块, 用于通过短消息方式接收所述服务提供商设备发来的消息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述消息接收单元包括: 消息解析模块, 用于通过解析所述彩信或者短消息中的帧头的标志位, 或者通过解析所述彩信或者短消息中的文本信息段的前缀标识符来识别该彩 信或者短消息包含终端设备配置信息;
消息提取模块, 用于提取所述消息解析模块获得的终端设备配置信息。
10、 如权利要求 9所述装置, 其特征在于,
所述消息解析模块还用于解析出所述终端设备配置信息中的所述终端设 备的设备标识, 以及解析出所述终端设备的配置参数或者自动配置服务器的 统一资源定位符。
11、 如权利要求 7所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述配置信息传送单元包括:
WiFi安全设置模块,用于利用 WiFi安全设置方法传送所述终端设备配置 信息给所述终端设备。
12、 如权利要求 11所述装置, 其特征在于,
所述 WiFi安全设置模块为 WiFi安全设置注册器。
13、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括如上述权利要求 7至 12任一 项所述的终端设备配置装置。
14、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备包括:
无线连接获取单元, 用于利用 WiFi技术建立的无线连接获取终端设备配 置信息;
终端设备配置信息配置单元, 用于利用所述终端设备配置信息配置该终 端设备。
15、 如权利要求 14所述终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述无线连接获取单元 包括,
第一获取子单元, 用于获取的终端设备配置信息中的所述终端设备的配 置参数或者自动配置服务器的统一资源定位符;
第二获取子单元, 用于在所述终端设备获得了所述自动配置服务器的统 一资源定位符时, 根据所述统一资源定位符通过驻地设备广域网管理协议从 所述自动配置服务器获得所述配置参数。
