[2] 目前花洒已不再是仅出单一水花的功能, 其通过面盖中不同进水腔配合不同出 水孔可以形成多种水花功能, 如气泡水、 按摩水或是花洒水等等。 而各种出水 的选择是通过旋转花洒的面盖相对花洒中的分水体的进水孔进入面盖不同的进 水腔而实现切换, 如此切换结构在使用吋必须双手同吋操作方可实现, 而且握 持面盖的手部必然会接触到水流, 且旋转力矩大, 因而操作中会略有不便之感
发明内容
[3] 本发明的主要目的是提供一种单手即可实现水花切换的花洒出水推拨切换装置
[4] 本发明的次要目的是提供一种可以具有灯光显示功能的花洒出水推拨切换装置
[5] 为实现上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是: 一种花洒水出水推拨切换装置, 是配 合花洒本体、 分水片及出水装置而实施, 其中在花洒本体容置腔的分水片上方 设有一推拨切换装置, 该推拨切换装置的前端为密封片, 后部凸伸于花洒本体 之外, 该密封片可以活动的封堵分水片上的不同功能进水口。
[6] 所述花洒本体上部形成容置腔, 容置腔后部与进水管相通, 在容置腔的中部后 方设有导向孔; 在该导向孔后部的花洒本体上设有定位敞口以供推拨切换装置 的后部伸出于花洒本体之外。
[7] 所述分水片置于花洒本体的容置腔下部, 并将花洒本体的容置腔封住, 其与花 洒本体之间设有一供推拨切换装置导向移动的导向区, 分水片上至少设有按摩 水进水口及花洒水进水口。
[8] 所述出水装置固定在花洒本体的下部, 其至少包括按摩水进水腔及花洒水进水
腔, 在出水装置的下部设有按摩水出水嘴和花洒水出水嘴。
所述推拨切换装置前端为密封片, 密封片后部连接一推杆, 推杆的后端连接一 推钮。
所述花洒本体的容置腔设置水力发电系统, 并在花洒本体的前部设有容置区容 纳电路板, 在花洒面板的周缘设有发光系统, 一感温探头是设在容置腔中, 水 力发电系统、 电路板、 发光系统及感温探头为电连接。
釆用上述方案后, 本发明通过在分水片上设置可以移动的推拨切换装置, 以分 别封堵分水片上不同功能的进水口, 以达不同功能水的切换功能, 如此切换利 用单手手指拨动推钮即可实现, 令淋浴中切换功能水的操作更加省力而方便。 另外, 本发明还利用花洒本体容置腔的空间, 在其中设置水力发电系统及感温 探头, 可以利用水流进行发电供给电能, 经感温探头感测水温后, 由电路板控 制花洒面板周缘的发光系统发光, 令灯光的颜色依水温的变化而变化, 如此可 以附加花洒具有灯光显示的功能。

具体实施方式
如图 1、 3所示, 本发明的花洒功能切换结构, 是包括花洒本体 1、 分水片 2、 出 水装置 3及操作分水片 2的推拨切换装置 4。
花洒本体 1上部形成容置腔 11, 容置腔 11后部与进水管相通, 在容置腔 11的中 部后方设有导向孔 12; 在该导向孔 12后部的花洒本体 1上设有定位敞口 13以供推 拨切换装置 4的后部伸出于花洒本体 1之外。
分水片 2置于花洒本体 1的容置腔下部, 并将花洒本体 1的容置腔 11封住, 与此 同吋其与花洒本体 1之间设有一导向区 14, 分水片 2上分别设有按摩水进水口 21
及花洒水进水口 22, 此处是以按摩水与花洒水两种功能水进行说明, 当然, 亦 可设置其它功能水的进水口, 上述各进水口 21、 22分别对准出水装置 3的不同进 水腔。
[22] 出水装置 3是固定在花洒本体 1的下部, 其包括按摩水进水腔 31及花洒水进水腔 32, 按摩水进水腔 31的下部设有按摩水出水嘴 311, 花洒水进水腔 32下部设有花 洒水出水嘴 321。
[23] 推拨切换装置 4前端为密封片 41, 密封片后部连接一推杆 43, 推杆后部连接一 推钮 45。
[24] 组合吋, 该推拨切换装置 4是置于花洒本体 1的容置腔与导向区 14中, 其间推杆 43穿过花洒本体 1的导向孔 12, 一端连接有密封片 41, 另一端连接推钮 45; 于此 同吋, 其推钮 45的端部是凸伸在花洒本体 1的定位敞口 13之外, 该推杆 43与导向 孔 12之间设有密封圏 42及限位套筒 44, 以防止水流从导向孔 12向花洒本体 1的定 位敞口 13漏出。 而推钮 45在定位敞口 13之间的活动区域即为其前端密封片 41分 别封堵住分水片 2上按摩水进水口 21及花洒水进水口 22的移动区域; 另分水片 2 及出水装置 3分别固定在花洒本体 1上以形成一功能水花洒。
[25] 如图 4所示, 打开水源开关, 水流由进水管进入花洒本体 1的容置腔 11中, 此吋 推动推钮 45向花洒本体 1前部移动, 带动推杆 43及密封片 41一块往前平移, 待移 至推钮 45不可移动吋, 此吋的密封片 41恰好封住分水片 2的按摩水进水口 21, 而 花洒水进水口 22处于打开状态, 水流会从花洒水进水口 22流入出水装置 3花洒水 进水腔 32并由花洒水出水嘴 331喷出, 此吋的花洒是出花洒水。
[26] 如图 5所示, 向后拨动推钮 44向花洒本体 1后方移动, 带动推杆 43及密封片 41一 块往后平移, 待移至中间位置吋, 密封片 4恰恰好位于按摩水进水口 21与花洒水 进水口 22之间, 则按摩水进水口 21及花洒水进水口 22均处于打开状态, 此吋水 流会同吋流入出水装置 3的按摩水进水腔 31及花洒水进水腔 32并由按摩水出水嘴 311和花洒水出水嘴 321喷出, 此吋的花洒是出按摩水和花洒水的混合水。
[27] 如图 6所示, 继续拨动推钮 45向花洒本体 1后方移动, 待移至推钮 45不可移动吋 , 此吋的密封片 41恰好封住分水片 2的花洒水进水口 22, 而按摩水进水口 21处于 打开状态, 水流会从按摩水进水口 21流入出水装置 3按摩水进水腔 31并由按摩水
出水嘴 311喷出, 此吋的花洒是出按摩水。
[28] 综上, 本发明通过在分水片 2上设置可以移动的推拨切换装置 4, 以分别封堵分 水片 2上不同的进水口, 以达不同功能水的切换功能, 如此切换利用单手手指拨 动推钮 45即可实现, 令淋浴中切换功能水的操作更加省力而方便。
[29] 再配合图 1、 2所示, 本发明的花洒本体 1的容置腔 11中, 可进一步设置水力发 电系统 5, 该水力发电系统 5为可转动且具有磁铁的叶轮 51及设置在叶轮 51中心 的定子 52, 利用进入花洒本体 1容置腔 11中的水流冲击叶轮 51相对定子 52转动吋 使发电机组件工作, 即可产生电力, 并在花洒本体 1的前部设有容置区 15容纳电 路板 6, 而在花洒面板 3的周缘设有发光系统 7, 一感温探头 8是设在容置腔 11中 , 以感测水温, 水力发电系统 5、 电路板 6、 发光系统 7及感温探头 8为电连接。 水力发电系统 5所得电能供给电路板 6工作, 感温探头 8将温度参数传给电路板 6 , 电路板 6控制发光系统 7发光, 控制灯光的颜色依水温的变化而变化, 如此可 以附加花洒具有灯光显示的功能。
工业实用性
[30] 本发明一种花洒水出水推拨切换装置, 通过在分水片上设置可以移动的推拨切 换装置, 以分别封堵分水片上不同功能的进水口, 以达不同功能水的切换功能 , 如此切换利用单手手指拨动推钮即可实现, 令淋浴中切换功能水的操作更加 省力而方便, 具有良好的工业实用性。
